Your hosts, Courtney Watts and Andrew Paynter, delve into the minds of local greats in the Savannah, GA area. This community-based podcast aims to educate and entertain by talking with interesting, passionate, and brilliant individuals in long-form conversations.
Jon Dunham is a traveler, writer, and friend of the program. We previously talked with Jon about his 10-year walking trip to the tip of South America. Make sure to give that a listen if you haven't! Today, we sit down to talk about life post-walking, as well as what other adventures Jon has been on that led him down this life path.
Christine Barker was a prosecuting attorney in Chatham County from 1994 until her retirement at the beginning of this year. During that time, she prosecuted some of Savannah's most notorious and violent criminals. Amidst a chaotic time of national discussion about police and prosecution, and the approaching DA election, this was a really enlightening conversation about how all of this actually works and what problems we face in Savannah.
