This week's Super Paua Story is The Office of Lost Things, by Sara Buckley.

"Ding. Another pile of mail comes down the shoot and lands on the table, amongst the sea of brown there is one cream envelope. Seeing this ANEURIN stands quickly and shuffles through the mountain before grabbing it.

Aneurin: Finally.

He opens it with great care, using a letter opener.

Aneurin: ‘I find myself to still be utterly bewitched by you and yet the spell must be broken if I am to go on living…this will be my last correspondence…even now in my mind’s eye I gaze upon the deep green sea and bask in the shade of JJ’s Tower. And you, my most cherished Winnie, are all that fills my thoughts…all my love, Violet.’

This week's Super Paua Story is Duisíonn Na hIoraí Rua, by Lewis Kenny.

"Far across the sea, in a wild and mystical forest called Iorainn, there lived a fuzzy bunch of red squirrels known as the Iora Rua. Now red squirrels love nothing more in the world than collecting acorns. Every autumn they would all go out together and gather them up in a big pile to store for winter. They would sing their squirrel songs, dance their acorn jigs, tell magical squirrel stories in their squeaky squirrel language called Bíog. These were exceptional times and the Iora Rua lived in peace and harmony. But nothing lasts forever."

This week's Super Paua Story is Derval, by Gráinne Keenan.

"The thing about Derval was that she had a serious affliction. She didn’t actually want to stab Angela Fitzgerald’s birthday trampoline with a knife or smash her face into the birthday cake. Or yank Donal Higgins’ trousers down in front of everyone at lunch. Or cover all the boys’ toilet seats with cling film. Or plant worms in Neasa Toohill’s ham sandwich. She didn’t want to do these things but there was something powerful and irresistible inside that made her do them. Every time she tried to make a friend, her own mischievous urges got in the way. "
