What started as a diagnosis, became an illness that would ultimately be my blessing... “Cancer...the diagnosis, illness and blessing” Cancer had to be the central focus to bring everyone together. It mended fences, created more love. Cancer brought my family to a stand still. My mother’s death couldn’t do it..... this illness is going to change the entire trajectory of my family.

I learned how to pray daily because this sickness was just going to go away. I learned at an early age when you need something from God pray until something happens.
Becoming comfortable with prayer takes practice and yet if we want to grow our faith it is important that we are able to have honest conversation with our relational God
Sometimes in life we hear horrific news and we become afraid but that is just a distraction we should always keep my eyes and I thoughts on God.

When the team of doctors came in to give me the results of the biopsy. I heard CANCER. My reaction was calm and still I never flinched or cried. I was a Rock.
