Lee is the Head coach of two SFEA teams: 2006 and 2007 Boys Orange. Since moving to Northern California from Sheffield, England Lee has coached club soccer, directed soccer camps & clinics, instructed coaching courses and is currently the Director of Programs at SF Youth Soccer.
Lee holds a USSF "A" License and; in addition, he holds an NSCAA (now United Soccer Coaches) Premier Diploma and Director of Coaching certificate, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Youth Sport from Sheffield Hallam University in England.

Beyond coaching the Academy’s U19 Girls teams, Jeff Wilson is also the Women’s Head Coach at San Francisco City College and an Olympic Development Program (ODP) Cal North State team Head Coach.
Prior coaching positions include serving as the Head Boy's Varsity Soccer Coach at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory where his teams amassed 151 wins and 4 Central Coast Sections titles, Assistant Men's Coach at Skyline College for five years, and with the youth of San Francisco where he had lead teams to a Surf Cup Championship and Cal North's Association, President, and State titles. In 2005, he helped guide the San Francisco Chivas to both Cal North and NorCal US Club State Championships in the same calendar year.
Jeff is also the recipient of the prestigious Cal North's 2005 District 1 Boy's Coach of the Year and the 2009-2010 Central Coast Section and 2013-2014 California Interscholastic Federation Honor Coach Award for high school soccer.
Jeff hold a US Soccer Federation "A" License, NSCAA Premier Diploma; a USSF National Youth Diploma, as well as the KNVB (Dutch Federation) International Coaching Certificate. Jeff also holds a Masters degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration.
