There is only so much we can control, therefore, let's start thinking of what we can do within our control. In this month’s episode we will look at some steps we can take while we reflect on how to take care of ourselves from now on and new habits we have created or will create as a result of these hard times.

Happy International Women’s Day! Today we look back on the change that has been established as a time to celebrate the power of women, and a moment to reflect on the progress to be made in the future. In this month’s episode we will be celebrating our day with a very special guest: Iris Maldonado. Iris will be talking about the importance of International Women’s Day as Latinas and will tell us all about the work she does to help other women in the Grand Rapids community.
Motivation is what drives us to make things happen – pero quedarnos motivadas no es siempre facil. We will give you some tips on how to become (and stay!) motivated, and suggestions for what to do if you just can’t seem to stick to accomplishing your daily goals.
