In this episode, I was honored to have Glenn Peoples, Sam Frost, and Chris Date on the show to discuss spiritual and physical death. We spend the first part of the episode hearing from Sam Frost about his recent writing on the topic of spiritual death and what happened to Adam in the garden. We then shift gears into a conversation between two dualists and two physicalists about the nature of death and the intermediate state. It is a long episode with lots of very strange concepts and opinions. I had a great time hearing from all my guests on this show. In this episode, I have my friend, Nick Potts back on the show to address some pushback from our Postmillennial friends. We go through many of the Postmillennial arguments and discuss why we don't find their interpretation convincing. I quote a few popular Postmillennial Preterists and we discuss what we think is a better way to frame all these issues. I want to be clear that this episode is not a slander fest. No, Nick and I love our Postmill friends and we love folks like Jeff Durbin and Gary DeMar. I respect these men more than I can articulate. However, I must be honest when they say things that trouble me.

In this episode, Nick Potts and I discuss partial preterism and its relationship with Amillennialism. We go through many texts and concepts pointed to by partial preterists and discuss a different approach than the options typically given. We discuss futurism and preterism and try to point out the strengths and weaknesses of both systems. Nick explains the hermeneutic of modified idealism and shows why he thinks it best captures the urgency of biblical eschatology while also respecting what is clearly in the past.
Nick and I had a free flowing discussion and circled around many different aspects of theology that we believe play a vital part in eschatology. I loved this discussion and I learned so much once again from simply having an honest conversation with a brother in Christ.

In this episode, I take a break from some of the complicated topics and have a discussion with my dear friend, Danny Cooper. We talk a little bit about Reformed Theology and mainly spend our time thinking about the concept of "Christian Liberty". Is it a sin to listen to secular music? In this episode, I interview Sam Frost about his commentary on Daniel. We discuss the possibility that Daniel's 70 Weeks Prophecy had its entire fulfillment in the events surrounding Antiochus IV in the 2nd century BC. This view is controversial because it removes any messianic implications of Daniel 9.
