Hey legend,
If you’re walking into 2026 with that weird mix of
“I’m fine… but also deeply not fine” energy... this is your sign.
I sat down with Liv Colbear for a conversation that goes straight to the heart of self-sabotage, identity shifts, and re-starting your life without blowing it all up dramatically.
This is not a “manifest harder” episode.
It’s a get honest, get grounded, and redesign from the inside out kind of chat.
🎧 This episode is a must-listen if:
• Your life looks good on paper but feels flat, heavy, or misaligned
• You know you’re playing small — and you’re also low-key avoiding admitting it
• You keep “starting again” mentally but never actually changing anything
• You’re stuck in the in-between: not burnt out, not inspired… just meh
• You want 2026 to be different — but you’re not willing to self-sabotage your way into it again
We talk about:
• Why self-sabotage isn’t laziness... it’s identity protection
• How to restart without shaming yourself for the past
• Redesigning your life when the old version technically “works”
• Making aligned changes without burning everything to the ground
• And what it actually takes to sort your sh*t out in 2026 (without the hustle-high nonsense)
If you’ve been quietly waiting for permission to want more, or to want different, this episode might be it.
Pour a coffee. Go for a walk. Let this one land.

Hey legend,
If you’ve ever looked at the world your kids are growing up in and thought… “How are they meant to thrive in this?” ... this episode is your lifeline.
Screens. Social media. Meltdowns. Pressure. It’s a lot, and most of us are just trying to raise kind, confident humans without losing our minds (or our patience) in the process.
I’m six months pregnant, deeply curious, and joined by Dr Justin Coulson: co-host of Parental Guidance, author, researcher, and dad of six girls, to unpack what’s really going on behind modern parenting.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll get in this conversation:
You’ll walk away with practical scripts for emotional moments, clarity on how to protect your kids from screen overwhelm, and a grounded confidence that you’re doing better than you think.
If this hits home, forward it to a parent who’s doing their best in a world that’s doing the most. They need this one, too.
With love (and a very wiggly bump),

This week on The Mind School Podcast, I sit down with Jenna Kennedy,my American mirror, truly - to pull back the curtain on the coaching industry, success, and what it actually costs to build a life that feels like yours.
In this episode, Jenna shares:
If you’re scaling, pivoting, or just tired of performing “CEO” on the internet, this conversation will bring you back to self, service, and sanity.
Share it with the coach bestie who’s been hustling herself numb — and then text me your aha moment. I want to hear it.

Hey legend,
This week’s episode is a big one.
If you’ve ever looked at your child and thought —
“School is literally draining their soul,”
You’re not crazy… you’re onto something.
In Part 2 of my deep dive into the Aussie education system, I’m answering listener questions about:
🎒 The Year 7 crash landing (and why so many kids disengage)
🌱 Montessori, Steiner, and the alternative models that actually make sense
🏡 The homeschooling boom and what parents aren’t being told
💻 Online learning - when it helps, when it harms, and how to tell the difference
It’s raw, real, and the kind of chat every parent wishes schools were having.

Hey legend,
If you’re here for polished and perfect… this ain’t it 😅
This month’s episode of The Preggo Diaries is raw, hilarious, a little feral, and a lot emotional.
I’m talking:
💥 Lightning crotch (yep, it’s real and WTAF)
💞 The moment Paul finally felt our baby kick - and how Dad felt it first
🧠 Identity shifts, marriage feels, and missing the “us” before “three”
🙏 IVF reflections and a love letter to anyone still in the thick of it
🔥 The surprising business lessons that came from slowing down... and how I accidentally made more while doing less
It’s real, it’s rogue, and it’s the most me episode yet.
If you’ve ever wondered what pregnancy is actually like (beyond the curated bump pics and “glow”), you’re going to love this one.

Hey legend,
A few weeks ago, I went on what can only be described as a passionate rage on Instagram.
It started with a news article about a new pilot program in WA introducing full-time school for four-year-olds...
And ended with my DMs full of stories, questions, and a whole lot of parents saying: “I feel like the system is breaking my kid.”
So, I recorded one of the longest, most personal, most important episodes I’ve ever done —
and then realised it was too big to fit into one week.
So I’ve split it.
🎧 This week: Part One — Why I Believe the Australian Education System is Broken.
I’m breaking down:
This one is equal parts research, rage, and raw truth.
If you’re a parent, teacher, or anyone who gives a damn about the next generation — this one’s for you.
Next week, I’ll be answering listener questions and diving into alternative models like Montessori, Steiner, homeschooling, and how to actually choose the right approach for your child.
But for now…
Start with Part One.
Because it’s time we stop saying “it could be worse” — and start demanding better.
Big love,
B 🤍

New episode just dropped and it’s one of my all-time favourites because 1) my little brother Trav absolutely roasts me, 2) he gives the most grounded male perspective on “personal development,” and 3) the convo will make your partner way more open to this world without you nagging or dragging.

Why you’ll love it:
If the episode lands, forward it to the person you love, the mate who thinks manifestation is “woo,” or your sister who needs a good belly laugh today.

Hey Legend,
I hit record this week with zero notes and no plan. Just a gut feeling that this conversation needed to happen. And wow… it landed.
Because lately, I’ve noticed a pattern, in my clients, my friends, even myself of falling into the comparison trap.
That creeping thought of:
“I should be further along.”
“I thought I’d be more successful by now.”
“Why does it feel like everyone else is winning?”
We know better… but that doesn’t stop the spiral, does it?
In this episode, I talk about:
✨ Why comparison makes zero logical sense
✨ How social media hijacks your peace (and how to take it back)
✨ The antidote to “I’m not doing enough”
✨ How to know your season and define your version of success
Because here’s the truth: you cannot compare apples to oranges.
Your path, your timing, your values they’re your compass.
And if you’ve ever felt behind, or questioned your pace in life or business this one will bring you back home to yourself.

And if this episode hits (which I know it will), share it to your stories and tag me @iambreannamay, it helps more women find these messages right when they need them most.

Hey legend,
Ever felt like you’re doing all the right things ... journaling, therapy, self-help books, and still feel… off?
Like you can’t quite explain what’s wrong, but something in your body knows it’s not right?
That’s usually when I call Nat.
She’s the person I recommend when life feels crunchy and nothing else cuts it. I just say, “Book a session with Nat.”
I can’t explain what happens, I just know it lands.

👉 What even is a shaman… and how does any of this actually help real humans with real lives?
If you’ve ever wondered things like:
Inside we talk about:
This convo is for the woman who’s secretly spiritual but allergic to the “woo-woo” label — and also for the ones who’ve been on the journey for years but crave something more grounded, real, and raw.

I just dropped Episode 2 of The Pregnancy Diaries and this one is juicy.
The second trimester has been a wild mix of:
✨ Finally feeling like me again after food aversions and needles galore
✨ The surreal moment of seeing my bump pop (and sometimes not at all… depends on the time of day lol)
✨ Anxieties I’ve never experienced before irrational, raw, and totally unexpected
✨ The gender reveal (!!) and the emotions I didn’t realise I’d have around it
✨ Why I’ve chosen to ignore most parenting books and trust myself instead
✨ And meeting the OB who’s just as stubborn as me about low-intervention birth 👏
This isn’t the glossy, Pinterest-perfect pregnancy content. It’s the messy, hilarious, sometimes-WTF real deal — the kind of behind-the-scenes stuff I used to obsess over in other women’s journeys when I was trying to conceive.
If you’ve ever wondered what really happens when you hit halfway, or you just love an honest story, this is for you.

Hi there,
If you’ve ever thought:
You need this week’s episode of The Mind School Podcast.
I sat down with the ray of sunshine herself, Monique (aka The Socialista), who went from 100 followers and Canva logos to selling out courses, running powerhouse events, and navigating business + motherhood like an absolute weapon.
Here’s what we unpacked (and trust me, it’s juicy):
✨ Why “job security” is the biggest lie we were all sold
✨ The answer to the question: Do you need to niche to stand out online?
✨ How she rebuilt her multi-6-figure business after losing every single client in COVID
✨ The real secret behind selling with only 2,000 followers
✨ What actually happens when you blow up overnight (and what comes after)
✨ Motherhood, mat leave, identity shifts and the messy truth of running a business with a baby on your hip
It’s honest. It’s hilarious. It’s refreshing. And it’s going to give you a big permission slip to do business YOUR way... no niche boxes, no AI-bot sounding content, no “play it safe” rules.
This episode is basically your new fave pep talk.

Hey legend,
You know that moment where you look around at your life and think… “Hang on. I did all the ‘right’ things. I ticked all the boxes. So why am I not happy?”
That’s exactly where Rayne found herself.
From the outside? She had it all.
From the inside? Her heart was literally breaking.
In this conversation, Rayne shares:
✨ The day she realised her marriage was over (and the symptoms her body sent her first)
✨ Why women stay in situations that don’t light them up – and how to get unstuck
✨ The difference between “existing” and truly living
✨ How to grieve a life you thought would make you happy
✨ Why authenticity isn’t a hashtag – it’s a daily practice
This isn’t just a chat. It’s a raw, radically honest, permission slip to stop settling.

In this week’s episode of The Mind School Podcast, I sat down with the fiery, unapologetic, and wildly entertaining Rebecca Antonucci, and let me tell you...We went there.
We talked about:
✨ How the online #bossbabe space has become like a popular Mean Girls school-yard.
✨ Rebecca's story of overcoming Herpes shame, and her experience disclosing to new partners.
✨Gross, wounded, icky things women are doing online that are actually demasculating men (PREACH).
✨ Why the “mad at men” era is keeping women stuck & disconnected.
✨ How to practice vulnerability in bite-sized, doable steps (instead of faking it).
✨ And yes… why women faking orgasms is actually sabotaging their relationships.
Rebecca doesn’t sugarcoat. She doesn’t play nice for the nuance police. She says the thing most people won’t, and that’s exactly why I knew I had to bring her on.
If you’ve ever dimmed yourself online, held back your real opinions, or feared being “too much,” this conversation is your permission slip to stop playing small.

Hey waddup,
Welcome to The Pregnancy Diaries! the raw, unfiltered, probably-too-honest series I never thought I’d get to record. After two pretty f*cked years of trying to conceive, ya girl is finally pregnant. 🙏✨
And I promised myself (and you) that when this day came, I wouldn’t sugar-coat it.
This is the messy, magical middle.
Episode One is officially live and it’s a full recap of my first trimester:
🍟 Why my body has basically turned into a trash can (hint: 90% fries, 10% baby).
🍔 How I went from “my body is a temple” to smashing Hungry Jack’s Whoppers like a teenage boy.
💤 The exhaustion, swollen boobs and emotional rollercoaster of IVF meds + pregnancy hormones.
😂 The funniest reactions from friends & family when we shared the news.
👶 Plus, the scans, the tears, and the first “oh sh*t this is real” moment.
If you’re pregnant, trying to be, or just love an honest story with equal parts humour + heart, this one’s for you.

Hey,
This week on The Mind School Podcast, I’m going rogue on my real thoughts about the personal development industry, and why I think it can be toxic.
👉 Allow me to introduce the Six (Toxic) Stages of the personal development industry.
Because sometimes the very thing that can change your life… can also become toxic AF.
I’ve seen it in clients. I’ve lived it myself.
And maybe you have too:
✨ The honeymoon stage, where everything feels limitless.
✨ The cracks that appear when nothing feels like enough.
✨ The toxic phase that SO MANY people are stuck in.
✨ And finally, the sweet spot... which often comes AFTER a break-up.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering…
"Why isn't this working for me?"
"Was I better off before?"
"I never have/do enough"
…then this one is going to land.

Hey Legends,
This week’s episode is not your average success story.
But it's probably one of the most interesting conversations I’ve ever had.
I sat down with Paris Le Maistre, and I walked away absolutely gobsmacked by the trenchy-depths she’s lived through, and the heights she’s now rising to. It is a story of being:
💥 Addicted to meth at 19.
💥 Using daily for a decade.
💥 What a hit of meth actually feels like (I had to know)
💥 What it looks like to be a high-functioning meth addict (my assumptions and stereotypes were so wrong).
💥 The crazy shit that happens on drug-induced psychosis.
💥 How she got into high-class escorting to survive...and the wild things she witnessed in the Underbelly of Melbourne
And how, somehow…
💫 She clawed her way out
💫 She found sobriety
💫 She’s built a business helping others do the same
💫 She’s become the kind of woman who can say “I got this” and mean it.
This is not a cute little redemption arc.
This is a jaw-dropping, holy-shit-she-survived kind of story.
And it will recalibrate your compassion, your understanding of addiction, and your belief in what's possible.
✨ If you’ve ever known someone battling demons they don’t talk about…
✨ If you’ve ever been curious what really goes on beneath addiction…
✨ Or if you just want to witness a woman turning her pain into powerful purpose...
You need to listen to this episode.

Hiiiiiiii,
This is the episode.
The one I’ve played out in my head a thousand times… but honestly, there were days I wasn’t sure it would ever exist.
For two years, I’ve been on a fertility rollercoaster that’s chewed me up, spat me out, patched me together and then thrown me back on for another round.
I’ve sat in waiting rooms with my heart in my throat. I’ve done injections at 6 am with shaking hands. I’ve cried in carparks. I’ve Googled at 2 am until my eyes stung.
And now… I finally get to tell you what happened after our first IVF transfer.
And our second.

Hey there,
I’ve been sitting on this one for two years.
Two years of doctor’s appointments, test results, surgeries, injections, hope, heartbreak, more hope… and so much I’ve never said out loud.
On The Mind School Podcast this week, I’m sitting with my beautiful friend, Heidi Anderson, to unpack my two-year journey of trying to conceive and what it’s done to my mind, my marriage, my business, and my identity.
It’s emotional, it’s messy, and it’s so much bigger than “just” fertility.
I talk about:
If you’ve ever been through something big that no one really sees… or loved someone who has… this episode will crack something open for you.

It’s about grief, resilience, friendship, and letting yourself be seen when you’d rather hide.

Hey Legend,
Ever feel like you’ve read all the books, listened to all the podcasts, done all the “self-help” ...and yet you’re still stuck in your head? Life hasn't actually changed?
This is exactly why I invited Craig Anthony Harper on The Mind School Podcast this week.
Craig is a behavioural scientist, high-performance coach, author, speaker, researcher, and genuinely one of the most insightful humans I’ve ever met.
We went deep into:
🧠 Why thinking about thinking is both powerful and dangerous.
🙈 The difference between self-awareness and actual change (prepare to feel called out)/
😬 Why choosing comfort is the dumbest f*cking thing we can do (his words, not mine... but also... mine).
🤯 How our thoughts hijack our physiology—and how to get your power back
😵💫 Why more people than ever are aware, but not better.
📉 The trap of motivation and why habits—not hype—are the real MVP.
This conversation was raw, practical, funny, expansive, and will have you re-evaluating what it actually takes to create a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Craig said it was the best interview he’s done all year. I’m not crying, you are.

You know when a conversation stirs something deep in your chest and you don’t even realise you needed to hear it until the words are already in your bloodstream?
This is one of those.
I just dropped a brand new episode of The Mind School Podcast with the magnetic Simone Heng, global keynote speaker, author of Let’s Talk About Loneliness, and one of the most real, warm, and whip-smart women I’ve ever had the privilege of interviewing.
We spoke about:
✨ The subtle ache of feeling guilty when you're here but your heart is there
✨ Why most people don’t realise they’re lonely (and how it’s showing up in your life + work)
✨ The REAL art of connection, from rapport-building to mirroring without losing yourself
✨ The uncomfortable truth about vulnerability online and why the “authenticity era” might be ending
✨ The beauty industry, pretty privilege and the quiet grief of letting go of being the hot one
✨ Rewriting success and scaling down instead of up
Honestly, this one isn’t just thought-provoking, it’s soul-provoking.
It’s the kind of conversation that makes you question how you’ve been connecting, and who you’ve been trying to be in the process.
Simone’s blend of research, storytelling and truth-bombs will have you nodding one minute and tearing up the next.
if the topic of connection + loneliness has your heart beating faster, go grab Simone’s book Let’s Talk About Loneliness. So here's something I didn't expect to say…
Recently, I had to do some shadow work on Mel Robbins.Yes. Mel-freakin-Robbins.
I love her. I admire her.
And yet… when her name kept popping up, something inside me went ick.
It was subtle.
But it was there.
A little eye roll.
A weird internal commentary.
A “Ugh, why is everyone so obsessed with her?”
👀 Cue the ego flare-up.
But instead of spiritually bypassing it or pretending I was “just tired” (LOL),I did what I teach…
I sat the f down, got curious, and cracked open that Let Them book I’d been side-eyeing from a distance.
And what I uncovered?
Wow. Game. Changing. Clarity.
👉 The episode is raw.
👉 It’s a little unhinged.
👉 And it might just hold a mirror up to your own secret judgments (yes, even the petty ones).
This one is for the gnarly parts of ourselves we don't like to admit...are still there. The jealous. The catty. The judgmental. The
And if you're reading this thinking:
"I don't experience that...."
"I've transcended that...."
"I don't really get bitchy or jealous..."

My ego is slightly bruised....but I'm SO glad I sat down to share this story.

✨ The arrival fallacy (aka why you never feel “done” even when you “get there”)
✨ How outdated social timelines are secretly running your decisions
✨ A fiery reframe that will give you your power (and peace) back

Hey there,
Real talk:
This week, my inner critic was being a lil biiish.
You know the one:
The voice that says,
"What’s the point?"
"Are you even helping anyone?"
"Why even bother?"
It was LOUD.
It was annoying.
And for a moment, it almost stopped me from hitting record.
But I did it anyway.
And what came out of it... was one of the most honest episodes I’ve ever recorded.
🎧 My Inner Critic is Bein a Lil Biiiish: Recording Anyway
[Listen here]
If you’ve ever:
...this episode will feel like a big exhale. 🧡
Inside, I’m sharing the truth most people don’t:
➡️ How even the most confident people still hear that voice.
➡️ Why “getting rid” of fear is a scam.
➡️ The real secret to moving forward even when you feel messy, doubtful, or scared.
This is the kind of thing I wish someone said out loud when I was building my dreams.
So today, I’m saying it for you.

Hey there,
I’ve been in CEO mode. Launch mode. Keep-it-moving mode.
But under the surface… something has cracked open.
In this week’s podcast, I’m sharing:
This isn’t just a rebrand. It’s a reclamation.
Of the creative. The maternal. The messy middle. The both/and.
If you’ve ever found yourself evolving in ways that don’t fit the algorithm… this one's for you.

Hey legend 👋
This weeks episode is your official permission slip to build a business that doesn’t give you the ick.
You know what I’m talking about:
👉 The weird sales call tactics that feel like a performance
👉 The cringey way to "handle objections"
👉 The coaching scripts that promise “results” but miss the soul
👉 The mentors who seem more invested in their Stripe screenshots than your growth
Yeah. That.
This week, The Mind School School Consellor, Courney, & I sit down to chat about the stuff nobody talks about enough:
💭 Why some coaching feels off (and what to do about it)
💭 The darker side of NLP, and how to practice it ethically
💭 Red flags to watch for when choosing a mentor or program
💭 Why you don’t need to “fix” anyone to be a powerful coach
💭 The missing piece of the coaching puzzle that we teach inside The Mind School (that no one else does)
If you’ve ever wondered what makes The Mind School Method different, this episode will show you.
Spoiler:
It’s not scripts.
It’s not formulas.
It’s not “do this, say that.”
It’s real tools, taught with real heart.
Whether you’re deep in the coaching game or just getting started, this episode is gonna shift something in you.

Note from Breanna: "Fuaarkkkkkk, I got SO lit up recording this one. Didn't even stop for air."
If you’ve ever been told you’re too much, too loud, too sensitive, too opinionated, too “all over the place”… this episode is going to feel like a homecoming.
Because here’s the truth:
What the world tried to shame out of you?
That’s exactly where your power lives.
This one’s a mic-drop, heart-crack-open, permission-slip-to-be-your-whole-damn-self kinda episode.
💥 In this episode, we unpack:
🔮 The “too much” traits that are actually your greatest gifts
🎤 How to stop muting yourself and start taking up real space
📣 Why self-shrinking is the fastest way to stay stuck
💫 What it actually means to own your story, your fire, and your unapologetic YOU
This episode isn’t just a listen, it’s a reclamation.
You’re not “too much.”
You’re too ICONIC to be boxed in. 😌

Hey,
Let’s talk about something no one wants to admit...
You’re showing up.
You’re posting content.
You’re giving value.
And yet...clients still aren’t saying yes.
Or worse…
You're attracting people who ghost you, drain you, or don’t get results.
I know how frustrating that feels.
Here’s the savage truth:
👉 You might be unconsciously repelling your dream clients.
And it’s not because you’re not good at what you do.
It’s because you haven’t clarified who you are as a coach & leader.
When you’re not clear on your own style, strengths, and leadership energy…
Your content feels off.
Your message lacks magnetism.
And your dream clients can’t see themselves in your world, even if they want to.
I break it all down in this week’s episode of The Mind School Podcast:
🎙️ Ep 232: Subtle Ways You’re REPELLING Your DREAM Clients
Listen now >>
Inside, we unpack:
🚫 The reason mimicking your mentor is backfiring
🚫 Why “professional” posts are killing your power
🚫 The surprisingly common mistake of selling your methods instead of your magic
🚫 And the big one… why you might be building a business model that was never meant for you
✨ PLUS: I walk you through how to flip the script and start attracting clients who light you up. The ones who say YES with no convincing, no chasing, and no explaining required.

I just got off a plane.
Feeling lit up.
Inspired.
Clear.
And I cracked open the mic to record a straight-from-the-heart pep talk for the soul.
This episode is for the part of you that’s ready to design a life that’s truly yours, not just what looks good on Instagram or what your old self thought she wanted.
Inside, I’m sharing:
🔥 The honest truth about what it actually takes to build a life that lights you up
🔥 Why most people stop (and how to not be “most people”)
🔥 How fear and challenge are meant to show up, and why they don’t mean you’re off track
🔥 The truth about values (and why most people are doing it backwards)
This isn’t a fluffy “you got this” episode.
It’s a call forward.
A fire-starter.
A reminder that this life is YOURS, and you don’t have to live it according to someone else’s script.
This is a loving, honest pep-talk, straight from my soul to yours.

🚨 Warning: If you’re addicted to shadow work, deep-diving into your own psyche, or forever waiting for “one more mindset shift” before you take action...this might sting a little. But it might also be exactly what you need to hear.
We love personal growth.
The breakthroughs, the clarity, the aha! moments that make us feel like we’re leveling up in life.
But what happens when all that self-awareness turns into self-obsession? When the “inner work” starts feeling like an emotional treadmill, constantly analysing, questioning, and dissecting… but never really living?
In this episode, we’re calling it out. 👀
The fine line between self-discovery and self-destruction, why overanalysing can actually hold you back, and the sneaky way personal development can isolate you instead of connecting you deeper to your life and the people in it.
What You’ll Learn:
✨ How self-awareness can turn into self-absorption (yep, it’s a thing)
✨ Why too much introspection can make you feel stuck & disconnected
✨ The importance of setting big, juicy, real-life goals that actually matter
✨ Signs that it’s time to stop analysing and start experiencing

Hey there,
Ever caught yourself saying, “I’ll start Monday.”
Or, “I just need more time to prepare.”
But then… never actually doing the thing?
Yeah. You’re not alone. And no, it’s not laziness—it’s fear.
Your brain isn’t trying to ruin your life. It’s just really, really good at protecting you from the unknown. Self-sabotage? It’s just a clever way your mind avoids discomfort.
But here’s the truth:
Fear isn’t the problem. Avoiding fear is.
Which is exactly why this episode is a must-listen. You’ll learn:
✅ Why self-sabotage is actually your brain’s way of keeping you “safe” (but stuck)
✅ How to uncover the real fear behind your patterns (spoiler: it’s not what you think)
✅ Why fear never truly goes away, and why that’s actually a good thing
✅ The power of emotional intelligence in overcoming limiting behaviors
✅ How to take action despite fear (and build rock-solid confidence in the process)
This is the stuff that changes everything.

Hi there,
Are you thinking about going ALL IN on your business in 2025? If so, you’re going to love this week’s episode of The Mind School Podcast! 🎧
I’m diving deep into what “all-in” really means and sharing my best advice for making it happen without burning out or losing yourself in the process.
Here’s a sneak peek of what we cover:
✨ Define Your Version of “All-In”
Before you take the leap, decide what “all-in” actually looks like for YOU—and make sure it aligns with your values. Your why matters.
✨ Find a Role Model
Success leaves clues. Pick someone whose business aligns with your vision, and soak yourself in their mindset and strategies.
✨ Keep a Part-Time Job
You don’t have to risk everything at once. Having a financial safety net can help you build your business from a place of creativity and confidence—not desperation.
✨ Play the Long Game
Big goals take time. Stay consistent, patient, and focused on building sustainable success.
✨ Learn the Right Skills
Your business can’t thrive on mindset alone. Invest in learning the skills that will set you apart—sales, marketing, leadership, and communication.
✨ Get a Mindset Coach
Your business will only grow as much as you do. A great coach can help you navigate fears, self-doubt, and the mindset shifts needed to scale.
✨ Set Boundaries and Find Joy
Have a hobby that fuels your mind, body, and heart. Boundaries aren’t just important—they’re essential to creating a business (and life) you love.

Today’s episode is serving up ALL the tea on #triggers—those moments that make your blood boil—and how you can flip them into major personal growth.
Plus, I’m sharing how I’ve been dealing with some serious trolling lately (yep, it’s been wild) and how I managed to keep my cool through it all.
This Episode is for You if:
👉 You find yourself getting triggered by small (or big) things and want to understand why.
👉 You’ve ever lost your cool in a conversation and wished you handled it better.
👉 You’re looking for tools to manage your emotions and level up your self-awareness.
👉 You’ve dealt with criticism or trolling and want to know how to stay calm under pressure.
👉 You’re ready to turn your triggers into glow-up moments and thrive in tough situations.
👉 You want to hear how I’ve personally handled the trolls and turned their shade into strength. 💅
What We’re Talking About:
💥 Why We Get Triggered: Ever wonder why certain things set you off? Let’s dive into the psychology behind your reactions, and why emotional regulation is key when you’re face-to-face with criticism or conflict.
👀 How to Stay Cool: Want to know the ultimate life hack? Staying curious (even when you’re fuming). We’ll talk about how to stay cool and open-minded when you feel like snapping.
🔥 Triggers = Glow-Up Fuel: The things that trigger you can actually help you level up. We’ll show you how to turn those tough moments into your biggest growth opportunities.
💥 Trolls, Critics & Fear of Judgement. I’ve been dealing with a fair amount of trolls lately (yes, that radio drama was just the start), and let’s just say, the shade has been REAL. But instead of letting it get under my skin, I’ve turned it into pure growth fuel—and I’m sharing exactly how I’ve kept my cool when things got yucky. 🫖
And So. Much. More.
Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one! 💅

In this ep, we’re breaking down how being the “safe” one in the room changes everything. spoiler: it's NOT about being passive or agreeable! We're talking emotional consistency, being available for the people in your life, and why that's crucial whether you’re a coach, a leader, or a parent.
What We’re Serving:
🤗 Emotional Security = Winning: People open up and show their best selves when they feel safe around you. Are you bringing that energy?
🤗Coach/Parent/Leader Combo: The secret sauce to better leadership, coaching, and parenting? Being there for others in a real way. It’s not just about setting rules; it’s about being consistent, understanding, and present.
🤗 Setting Boundaries, Not Barriers: People – yes, even your kids – want structure. It gives them the room to be themselves, take risks, and feel safe at the same time.
🤗 Authenticity FTW: when you show up as a safe person, you inspire others to feel safe and authentic around you, strengthening relationships.
Feeling inspired to create those safe spaces? If today’s chat about safe spaces hit home for you, pass it on! ✨

Let’s talk about why you’re really not chasing your big crazy goals. It’s not a lack of confidence—it’s a lack of emotional resilience. There I said it.
In this episode, we’re breaking down how to push through that fear and take action, even when you’re second-guessing every move.
You’re not here to wait for confidence to magically appear—you’re here to build it by doing the hard stuff first.
Here’s what you’ll get:
💪 A Loving kick up the butt: If you've been saying tings like "when I'm more confident..." this is for you.
💪 Why I reject the notion that some people are more confident than others.
💪 Courage is something you already have—it's just not something you've practiced being comfortable with
💪 Forget dreaming—it’s time to make actual moves.
💪 No excuses—stop looking for a way out. If you want it, act on it.
This episode is all about calling yourself out, getting real, and taking the next step without waiting for permission. If you’ve been sitting around hoping for a spark, consider this it.

Welcome to The Mind School Coach Yourself Series. This week on the pod, Bre is going to teach you how you can overcome any problem or challenge with these 4 Power Questions.

⚡ What do I have to gain by LETTING this be a problem?
⚡ Where is the opportunity / lesson in this?
Ooooooooffffft! Time to get deep fam. Recognise a pattern and analyse the sh*t out of it to move forward. This only works if you’re brutally honest with yourself and it might feel uncomfortable….but that’s a sign you’re moving in the right direction.

This week on the podcast Bre is in a state of reflection ahead of the very fast approaching festive season, the time of year where most people start reflecting and setting goals for the year ahead.
As the end of 2023 draws near, Bre is asking you to honour what season you’re in before you decide to add more to your plate in the new year. Which is something that's become normalised. Sometimes we need to go into a season of consolidation and reaping the benefits before launching into the next thing without any reflection.
This episode is going to break this down for you. Tune in to hear Bre chat about:
🗓️ Everything is ‘seasonal’ – explained
🗓️ Bring some awareness to how you’re feeling as the end of the year approaches

There’s a phrase that’s thrown around in the personal development and coaching space that you’ve probably heard more than once – “it gets to be easy”. It certainly has merit in some instances but it’s also a saying that in certain circumstances can be quite invalidating.
In this week's episode, Bre’s going to unpack how this statement can sometimes be unhelpful and untrue.
Tune in to hear her take:
✔️ Instances where “it gets to be easy” applies
✔️ Moments where it can be invalidating
✔️ Why it’s important to feel challenged when working towards a goal
✔️ Is fulfillment linked to ease? Unpacked
This is a really interesting perspective, fam and I have no doubt you’re going to get a lot out of this episode. If you had any takeaways or a-ha moments let us know! Tag Bre in your stories and let her know.
This week on the pod we have a bit of a change of pace for you. Full disclosure – Bre did not want to record an episode today. There is so much going on in the background of her biz and she is ready to switch the hell off and rest which raised a question…
Do you honour the way you’re feeling and take a break? Or do you honour the past version of yourself that set goals and deemed ‘this thing’ as a nonnegotiable (as the pod is for Bre) and just get it done. The answer is….it depends.
Tune in to hear Bre unpack this question and discuss:
🧭 A little life update
🧭 The importance of recognizing a consistent, nagging feeling
🧭 Sometimes, you’ll feel better by doing the thing
🧭 Bre exploring her double personalities and creating space for them to coexist
🧭 The moosh - explained
We really hope you enjoy this episode as a bit of a switch out of ‘education’ mode. Perhaps you can resonate with where Bre is at right now? If you can, let us know! Share your thoughts on stories and tag @iambreannamay to let her know.

Have you taken personal development too far? Bre is discussing this very question on today’s episode of the Mind School.
She's breaking down a current theme in the personal development space where the techniques and strategies are being utilized in a way that is no longer supportive or resourceful and instead they're becoming a limitation.
Tune in to hear her chat about:
💆 Why it’s important to remain present in the pursuit of growth
💆 Bre’s own experience with this very concept
💆 There comes a time where the tool becomes a weapon
💆 Why it’s important to recognize the seasons of growth
Sometimes you need the tools, fam so you can reap the benefits but also there comes a time where you’ve gotten so good at using the tools, you can actually put them down because you’ve transcended the structure and become fully embodied.
This is really going to be helpful to anyone who is struggling with over analysis and living in their head when it comes to self development. Sometimes doing less IS the work you need to do.
As always, we want to hear form you! Share with us your biggest take aways by taking a screenshot and tagging @iambreannamay in stories.

This week on the podcast, Bre is going to explain how sometimes, your strengths can become your limitations UNLESS, (and here’s the important part) you’re constantly reviewing them.
I’m going to need you to stick with me on this one fam because it’s going to bend your mind but in the best possible way.
As Shakespeare famously wrote – “Nothing is good or bad, our thinking makes it so.” Basically, our upbringing, our environment and our beliefs inform the meaning we place on things – literally all the time.
Bre is going to give you some examples of things she has attached meaning to and show you how the opposite MUST exist at the same time for her to grow. Confused yet?? Don’t worry, it makes sense – I promise!!
Tune in to hear her chat about:
⭕ Examples of character traits that Bre has assigned positive meaning to
⭕ If it’s a strength, it’s also a weakness – un-packed
⭕ Why it’s important to continually review your strengths to ensure they aren’t holding you back
⭕ SHOCKER: Your weaknesses can also be superpowers 🤯
Bre gives some really incredible personal insights in this episode that are going to clarify the message. I guarantee you will have at least one giant A-HA moment while listening. If you do, please let us know! We absolutely love hearing from you. Take a screenshot and tag @iambreannamay and share your biggest takeaways.

This week on the podcast Bre is back after a lengthy break in Europe and she’s got some thoughts to share about contradiction.
When you are a human, you are a WHOLE being who is going to have contradictory beliefs, personality traits and characteristics – Bre included! If you’ve listened to this podcast before, you will know that she identifies as a ‘walking contradiction’ and in this episode she’s going to unpack it in a big way.
Tune in to hear her chat about:
📦 What actually IS a contradiction
📦 Why it’s CRUCIAL to continually evaluate your beliefs, values and identity
📦 Why do people cling to certain identities
📦 Why it’s important not to judge people for changing their mind / position
She’s back fam! And she’s on fire. This is such a passionate unpacking of something that most, if not all of us will come up against at some point in our lives IF we are committed to growth and evolution.
Bre finishes with a challenge to you, beautiful listener, to take a deep dive into where you may be holding on to old identities of yourself and in turn holding yourself back from growing and reaching your goals.
As always, we would absolutely love to hear your thoughts and takeaways on this episode. Share a snap on your stories and tag @iambreannamay and let us know!

This week on the podcast, Bre is chatting to Dr. Sheena Sikorski about perfectionism and social anxiety.
Dr. Sheena Sikorski is a psychologist and mindset mentor who specializes in working with women who are high-achieving perfectionists. She helps them let go of their outdated "not good enough" narrative and discover how to turn their perfectionism into their superpower.
For years, Dr. Sheena struggled with perfectionism and social anxiety until she was able to completely transform her relationship with it by learning how to heal it at its root.
She enthusiastically combines her personal experience and professional expertise to help other high-achieving perfectionists rediscover who they are underneath the mask for perfectionism.
Tune in to hear them chat about:
◾ Sheena’s experience with perfectionism and social anxiety
◾ The importance of language when discussing perfectionism and anxiety
◾ How does perfectionism manifest itself in daily life?
◾ Is there a link between perfectionism and being a high achiever?
◾ Ways in which we can develop perfectionism in childhood
This is such an incredible episode and Sheena is so knowledgeable in this topic. If you’re someone who struggles with starting ‘the thing’ unless it’s perfect or if you find yourself focusing so heavily on the outcome instead of experiencing the journey to get there then this is going to be so helpful. We would love to hear your biggest take aways.
Take a screenshot and share to your stories tagging @iambreannamay and @drsheenapsydlp with your biggest a-ha moments!

🌟 The realisations Beth came to in the first 2 weeks
🌟 Why recognizing and overcoming the ‘good girl’ complex felt scary at first
🌟 How the level up retreat and meeting likeminded women was a cherry on top of the whole experience
🌟 Her ‘why’ when deciding to study midwifery and start @thebirthrebels
Beth is another example of the changes that can happen when you’re willing to see your blind spots, be open to being coached and put in the work to bring your dreams to life.

Jacob is a Professional Make Up Artist, Educator, Content Creator, and owner of Boca J Beauty (pronounced b’kay) in Melbourne (@bocajbeauty). Before he joined Level Up Jacob was living at home with his parents during peak COVID lock downs in Victoria basically questioning everything. This week on the podcast Author and researcher Kasey Edwards returns to chat about her new book ‘Bringing up Boys Who Like Themselves’ that she wrote with her husband Christopher Scanlon.
Kasey’s interview about her first book with husband Christopher Scanlon, ‘Raising Girls Who Like Themselves’ was one of our most listened to and engaged with episodes of all time. It also generated many questions from parents of boys wondering where they could go for advice and assistance when raising their sons. Well look no further.
Tune in to hear Bre and Kasey chat about:
👦 What led to Kasey and her husband writing this follow up book
👦 What are the key differences between raising girls and boys
👦 What does it mean to raise a boy with a power perspective
👦 Why boys are quite often labelled as ‘lazy’ and why it’s not fair
👦 Why eating disorders and body image are often overlooked in boys
👦 Boys and porn. What to look out for and how you can open the conversations early
There are so many more key points in this conversation that parents in general, as well as parents of boys will no doubt find extremely useful. You are going to want to listen to this episode in its entirety.
Kasey and Christopher are hosting a number if free masterclasses in July for boy parents. There are still a couple of dates available – you can sign up by clicking this link.
Kasey has provided several resources for Bre’s listeners, including the emotion wheel discussed in the episode. You can access by clicking this link.

This week on the podcast, Bre has a question for you. Are you doing "personal development" or distraction? Her insight into why you're not growing AND a reminder to look inward instead of focusing on the endless external 'stuff'.
Tune in to hear her chat about:
🌱 How her business is a portal for her growth
🌱 Paying attention to the mirrors popping up for you in business
🌱 Being self aware doesn't always feel great
🌱 Why it's important not to shame yourself when things do come up that need your attention
The the real takeaway here is that you have got everything you need, if you can be self aware and watch your own patterns, responses and internal dialogue, to then go to the root cause to do the internal work.
A nice little pep talk for your Wednesday morning, fam! As always, let us know your biggest takeaways and a-ha moments by taking a screenshot and tagging @iambreannamay on Instagram.

This week on the podcast Bre and Mandizzle have an in-depth chat about some common issues raised by friends and clients who have school aged children.
This episode was born on the back of a conversation Bre had recently with a friend who’s 9 year old son was refusing to go to school because he said he hated it and felt stupid (cue heartbreak / outrage / confusion). After throwing out the question to her audience, Bre received questions from many concerned parents about the state of the education system. So on today’s episode, her and Mands hash out three of the major factors plaguing parents with kids currently in school.
Tune in to hear them chat about:
✏️ How to relieve the feelings of pressure our kids are feeling in the classroom
✏️ How parents have the power to make the biggest impact on their kids
✏️ The fear around potential bullying and how to deal with it should it arise
✏️ Why giving kids a safe and uncensored place to be heard is beneficial
You’re getting two perspectives here, fam. One from a teacher and one from a parent so we really hope you find the episode comforting, at the very least. Remember that you are not alone and that there are things you can do as a parent to aid and assist your child through difficult periods at school.

Welcome back to another episode of The Mind School Podcast and this week Bre is FIRED UP and we all know what that means. We're in for a cracking rant today, friends.
Bre is transmuting her anger into passion (something she's bloody good at) and with that in mind, this week she is going to be chatting about social norms. It follows on from a post earlier this week where she quoted something her first business mentor said to her. He said:
"If you want to be like the majority of the population, go ahead. But the majority of the population are unhappy, unhealthy and broke. So if you want that, by all means, go with the crowd. But if you don't want that, you have to learn to go against the grain".
Read that again and let it sink in 🤯🤯🤯
Tune in to hear Bre delve into that statement and discuss things like:
😄 Alarming statistics on the mental and physical wellbeing of Australians
😄 Are we doing enough to foster a sense of belonging? And how that can be beneficial
😄 The lack of education in schools around critical elements of REAL life
😄 The contrast in response to spending money on university VS business coaching
This one is a doozy, fam. She's back and she's got something to say! Tune in to the episode and let us know if it resonated with you. You can share to your stories and tag @iambreannamay on Instagram.

This week on the podcast Bre has an update on a current health issue she has been working to improve over the last 6 months.
Tune in to hear her and Mands discuss:
⭐ The diagnosis Bre received the week before Christmas in 2022
⭐ The self led mission to reverse her symptoms
⭐ How tracking her health metrics has increased productivity
⭐ The revelation Bre had about motherhood
The purpose of this episode is to implore people to think critically and to not be afraid to dig a little deeper if something feels off.
We want to stress that of course we are blessed to have medical care in this country that is available and accessible, but that it's also ok to do some of your own digging and implement what works for you.
We would love to hear your stories, too! Let us know on Instagram of a time you've improved your health and wellbeing by consciously tuning in to what your mind and body really needs!

Tune in to hear The EXACT 5 things Bre suggests you do to grow your biz if you're starting from scratch.

✋ Business coaching / mentoring
✋ Gain clarity around your offerings
It doesn't stop there so be sure to tune into the full episode for some tangible advice that can be applied to you and your biz. It's a goodie!!

This week on the podcast Bre gets vulnerable and shares something that scares the sh*t out of her.
After receiving a loving b*tch slap from BOTH of her mentors, Bre is meeting you, dear listener, at her edge and stepping into her power by sharing something that's actually incredibly exciting and inspiring - but also scary.
Tune in the hear her and Mands chat about:
🤍 What Bre's mentors called her out on
🤍 How this 'devil' has been present at every level of her growth journey
🤍 Why the WHY is more important than the HOW
As Bre says in the episode - you can't talk the talk if you don't walk the walk. This is her walking the walk even though it feels daunting. It's in these moments where we grow the most and the hope is that someone listening will find strength to take their own bold, scary action.

This week on the podcast Bre is chatting about something she sees regularly when working with clients and it ties into last weeks episode. If you haven't listened to episode 116 yet - start there then pop back in and pick up where you left off.
So often Bre will see her clients identifying with certain things that they believe are holding them back from achieving their highest potential. Whether it be limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome etc etc. And of course those things absolutely exist and are genuinely challenging for a lot of people.
If this sounds like you, Bre wants you to think carefully and really ask yourself...Is it limiting beliefs? Imposter syndrome?.... Or do you need a reality check????
Tune in to hear her chat about:
🤔 How not attaching meaning to a pervasive thought makes it easier to decipher what's required (if anything)
🤔 No amount of affirmations will outdo DOING the work
🤔 To be good at anything - you have to be GOOD at being BAD at the thing
🤔 Finding confidence and empowerment in realising there is always room for improvement

This week on the podcast, Bre is here to tell you why putting yourself in a box is the enemy of growth.
Evolutionarily, our existence depended on us fitting in and finding a tribe so we weren't outcast and left to fend for ourselves. As a result of this, we will instinctively try to fit inside whatever box we feel will aid in our being included. We're social creatures - we need to belong.
That being said, we need to be aware and conscious of the labels we give ourselves and the impact it can have on our growth.
Listen to the full ep to hear Bre discuss:
📦 Why identifying with an 'I am' statement too hard can be problematic
📦 When we over-identify as something we place limits on ourselves
📦 Why contradictions are ok

This week on the podcast, Bre is joined by an incredibly special guest, Kasey Edwards who wrote the book 'Raising Girls Who Like Themselves in a world that tells them they're flawed'.
Kasey co-wrote the book with her husband Dr Christopher Scanlon after they became parents to two girls and realised (like the book title suggests) the world often tells them, they're flawed. And it can be really increasingly difficult for parents to know what to do to help boost a child's confidence to help boost a child's self esteem and to create a girl who goes out into the world and demands nothing less than the absolute best, because she knows that's what she deserves.
This conversation is pure 🔥 and whilst it obviously applies to parents and to parents of daughters specifically, I guarantee there will be takeaways for everyone regardless of where you're at in life.
Tune in to hear Bre and Kasey discuss:
🔥 The experience that lead to Kasey and Christopher wanting to write this book
🔥 What landed Kasey and Chris on the front page of the Daily Mail (spoiler, it's ludicrous)
🔥 Why we need to STOP talking about the physical appearance of bodies around our girls
🔥 What can we do to instil REAL self esteem in our daughters
🔥 What is a 'power perspective' and why is it important when raising daughters who like themselves
This barely scratches the surface of what was covered in this conversation. It was so dynamic and deep and I would really implore you to listen to it in its entirety. And then I would strongly encourage you to go and read Kasey's book 'Raising Girls Who Like Themselves in a world that tells them they're flawed'.
You can purchase 'Raising Girls Who Like Themselves in a world that tells them they're flawed' HERE

This episode of the podcast comes with a caveat! It all comes down to context so, dear listener, keep that in mind while listening to this one. Bre explains further at the start of the ep, also.
So, you want to hear why Bre thinks balance is bullshit + why she has intentional seasons & standards instead? Tune in to hear her chat about:
🌟 Balance comes and goes depending on the season you're in
🌟 Our energy is a finite resource - be deliberate with your allocation of it
🌟 How being clear with our INTENTIONS alleviates feelings of failure
🌟 The importance of reassessing your seasons regularly
This is a real shift in perspective that can be so helpful regardless of where you are currently in your life. Balance can seem so out of reach sometimes which can lead to feelings of overwhelm and disappointment. The tips in this episode are a perfect re-frame.

Playing small might look like this:
In this episode - we go through a 4 step process to STOP playing small and START stepping into your power.
In a goal-centric world, many of us are working toward something.
We have financial goals, physical goals, career goals, relationship goals...all the goals.
But are we ever actually taught how to re-wire our mind and environment to ACHIEVE them?
No.
Most of our goals are given up on, forgotten, or take several false starts.
In this episode, I break down 6 simple steps to help you achieve your goals and change your life.
Reign Carter is just 18 years old and already making waves inside the beauty space.
In the two years since opening an Instagram page to showcase his makeup, he has built a community of over 100k followers and his beauty company is teaching people from all over the world to create art on faces!
In this episode, I interrogate Reign on the mindset it takes to build a brand from scratch, persist despite doubt, and continue to push through fear and discomfort to create a life of passion.
"Feel the fear and do it anyway..."
BUT HOW?
This episode moves through a 3 Step Process to remove the mental roadblocks which are stopping you from moving forward, keeping you playing small and getting in the way of realising your true potential.
Lacking Motivation?
Waiting for it it arrive...and this time actually stay?
Ironically, this episode will explain why relying on motivation is NOT the answer to achieving your goals and instead gives a 4 Step Action Plan for creating habits, action and outcomes that will ACTUALLY last.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY LIFE?!
Whether you are graduating high school, mid-way through University, or just feeling unsatisfied with life - figuring out the things that make you excited to get out of bed in the morning is the key to creating a life of passion and fulfilment.
In this episode, we discuss 4 strategies which will help you get to know yourself, your passion and your purpose better, so that you can begin to live a life you're excited about.
In an economic system that thrives off insecurity, it can be difficult to develop and maintain confidence.
Self confidence is one of the MOST important SKILLS (that's right...skill) we can develop to thrive.
Tune in to receive to 4 STRATEGIES to improve your confidence and self esteem so that you can walk with pep in your step, talk to that guy/girl, chase your dreams and achieve everything you desire.

She is there and exists in all of us, often lurking in the shadows waiting to bring us down.
That constant nagger who gives us all the reasons we are not ENOUGH.
In this episode, we discover who she is, where she came from and how to shut her up.
COVID-19
Thriving within the constraints of lockdown and isolation.
This episode covers:
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.” - Viktor Frankl.
This podcast is all about creating strategies and tools which will allow you to step into the best version of yourself and thrive.
One sure way to stop your progress in it's tracks, is to surround yourself with toxic people and allow toxic relationships.
In this episode, Miss Mindset covers:
We literally live our lives in a manner which is congruent with our beliefs; whether these beliefs are true or not.
We often inherit our belief systems. Through our parents, our media, school, past events and experiences and our outside environment.
The problem with this, is that many of the beliefs we have are generally not true, not our own, or very limiting in nature.
"I'm not good at xxx"
"I'm unlucky in love."
"I'll never make lots of money."
"I don't have enough time."
"I find it hard to lose weight."
"I'm not smart."
"You need a good job to make lots of money."
The beliefs we hold onto impact our actions. This misguided action can produce poor results, enforcing the limiting beliefs and so the cycle continues.
In a cycle which is perpetuated through reinforcement, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
To change results in life, we must address our internal belief systems.
Tune in to hear how to do so.
What exactly does it mean to 'live with intention?'
In this episode, Miss Mindset discusses the difference between living unconsciously and living with intention.
Living unconsciously often means living on auto-pilot, running on the hamster wheel of life and rolling with and reacting to whichever circumstances you experience.
Alternatively, living with intention means jumping out of the passenger seat and into the drivers seat of your life, steering the car exactly where you want it to go.
It means actively considering exactly what you want for your life; for your health, relationships, career, finances, family etc and then making deliberate choices, actions and behaviours which track towards those things.
People who do this are often referred to as 'lucky.'
They are 'so lucky' to have an amazing, loving relationship.
They are 'so lucky' to have an amazing career with epic conditions.
They are 'so lucky' to have a perfect body and health.
These people are not lucky. They are intentional.
They consciously decide what they want, and they move forward with purpose, precision and focus and rather than feeling trapped by external circumstance they CREATE circumstance.
Tune in to listen to 4 specific strategies for how to design an intentional life and move towards your desires.
"Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react." - Charles Swindoll.
Have you ever known someone who just seems to have everything fall into their lap? They appear to be liked by everyone, they radiate confidence and positivity, and life just seems to go their way?
Conversely, there's always that one person, the glass-half-empty guy, who has a problem for every solution, complains all day and is generally quite an energy vampire.
The difference in these two people is not their looks, their circumstance, their upbringing, their financial status, or anything external.
It is their perception.
One of the greatest assets we have available to our brilliant minds, is the ability to alter our perception to everything around us and attach any meaning to circumstance that we like.
Shakespeare said 'nothing is good or bad, our thinking makes it so.'
Our power of perception allows us to attach any meaning we like to a neutral event; and that is all it is...neutral.
We CHOOSE what meaning to give to circumstance, and that is where our power lies.
We are not a victim of circumstance, we are victims to our interpretations of the circumstance.
Tune in to learn how perception adjustment and reframe is the mindset strategy that can change your life.
As babies, it's called 'seeking praise.'
As teens, it's called 'peer pressure.'
As adults...it's people pleasing and it is a huge roadblock in achieving your goals and living in alignment with your true self, your values and your integrity.
In this episode, Miss Mindset discusses people pleasing:
What is people pleasing?
Are you a people pleaser?
How do you overcome people pleasing so that you can thrive?
All of the results you are currently receiving in your life are the direct result of your MIND.
The most successful people in the world know this and have mastered their minds to achieve greatness.
Before delving into all things mindset, Miss Mindset sets the foundation: What even is a 'mind' and how do we use it to thrive?
By breaking down the concept of mind into the intellectual/conscious/reptilian mind and the emotional/subconscious/mammal mind, we gain an understanding into WHY we are the way we are...and HOW use this information to rewire our minds to achieve any goal we desire.
Welcome to the Miss Mindset Podcast.
In this episode, Breanna introduces herself.
