Journey Church is an Independent Christian Church located in Versailles, KY right outside of Lexington, KY. We want to help you move on a simple journey towards Jesus, no matter where you are at in life. Why? Because we believe the Bible tells us we are supposed to love Jesus, love people, and make disciples who make disciples.
Being made in the image of God shapes every part of who we are and how we relate to the world. We’ll explore what it looks like to reflect God in our relationships and choices. Living in God’s design for men and women means embracing the unique ways He created us, valuing and respecting one another, and honoring the roles, strengths, and differences He intended. Each lesson reminds us that reflecting God’s image is not just who we are—it’s how we are meant to live.

In this series, we’ll dive into the shortest books of the Bible (2 John, 3 John, Obadiah, Philemon, Jude) to uncover the big truths they contain. Sometimes, a few carefully chosen words can change hearts, redirect lives, and shift the course of entire communities. In Straight to the Point, we’ll see how God used brief, powerful messages to confront pride, call people back to what truly matters, restore broken relationships, and keep His mission moving forward. This series reminds us that even the simplest message, when delivered by God, has the power to transform lives.

Jesus never intended for faith to be something we put off. Too often, we tell ourselves we’ll follow Him more fully “tomorrow” or “someday.” In No Time To Waste, we confront the habit of delaying obedience and putting off what matters most. This series encourages living with purpose, restoring marriages, sharing our faith, leading our families well, building meaningful community, and growing in a real, transformative relationship with Jesus. It’s a reminder that hope is available today, change can start now, and the life Jesus invites us into is far too important to wait.

The disciples scattered when Jesus was captured and crucified because they couldn’t see Him for who He truly was in that moment. But God’s purposes are always greater than our plans, and we too often lose sight of that when things go sideways. After the resurrection, the disciples couldn’t believe their eyes when Jesus appeared to them alive. But when they saw the truth of what God had done—bringing Jesus back to life—it changed the trajectory of their lives and our world. God longs to restore the broken places in our lives, and it’s in seeing Jesus that everything changes.

So, are we living in the end times? What does the Apocalypse, also known as the book of Revelation, in the Bible actually say? Join us in our new series, beginning February 2nd, as we look at the book that introduces us to the tribulation, Armageddon, the antichrist, 666, the second coming of Jesus and, yes, the end of the world.

In fact, many people live paycheck to paycheck, struggling to get by even though their income should be adequate. Join us for our next series, "Paycheck to Paycheck" as we explore the three critical dynamics for breaking the cycle of spending all we make, and how to experience true financial freedom.

When Jesus spoke, people listened. Hundreds, even thousands gathered to hear what He has to say. Jesus was an incredible storyteller. When he spoke, his stories met people where they were at so that they could fully grasp what he was teaching. He shared about the Kingdom of Heaven through everyday stories. This gave people a real-life perspective and a tangible meaning to what it meant to believe in God and to follow Jesus.

Culture is making some dramatic shifts all around us. Sometimes as Christians we feel like we are living in a foreign world. There is a good reason for that. The Bible says that we are foreigners and aliens in this world. But this is not the first time that God’s people have been in foreign territory. The Old Testament of Daniel records the history of the Jewish people being in a foreign land and a hostile culture. In Daniel, we learn that when culture shifts, we need to know who we are, reaffirm our convictions, and respond with love. We can do this by learning to live in the tension between truth and grace. Truth is God’s standard, and without it we lose our way. Grace is God’s favor, and without it we can seem judgmental and mean. As we begin to hold God’s truth high and freely give the grace we freely received, we can journey together to make a difference. Join us as we study the book of Daniel!

At the end of Jesus’ time on the earth, after his crucifixion, his burial, and resurrection, He called His followers together and gave them a mission. The mission would be to go into all the world and make disciples, sparking the greatest outreach endeavor in the history of the world. The message was so powerful and compelling that his followers were accused of ‘turning the world upside down.’ Join us as we begin our new series “Sent,” a study of the book of Acts, which records the early spread of Christianity. Let’s relive the excitement of the story of how the church was born and spread all over the world. And all because the disciples were “Sent!”

We are living in strange and difficult times. The church is being minimalized in our culture and in many cases, the church is adapting to the culture around it in a desperate attempt to be relevant. But what we are seeing is God’s Word being fulfilled around us and we should not retreat or surrender. Instead, we need to stand strong in the face of persecution and suffering. Join us starting June 4th as we begin a new series on the book of First Peter titled Odd Life, Good God. This study will assist us by affirming our Christian identity, guide us in our relationships within and without the Christian community, with Jesus as our model, and remind us that salvation is future, something to which we zealously look forward. Despite the present challenges of living among people hostile to Christian faith, we have a “living hope".

Several months ago, we began an effort called The Released Initiative, which was designed to eliminate our mortgage by May 2023, as well as allow us to pursue several other exciting opportunities. As we reach that point, we are going to review what God has done and look forward to the future. We will talk not only what we have been released from, but what we have been released to be free to do.

Connecting to the body of Christ and growing in one's faith are values we strive to live out here at Journey church. But the road doesn't end there. Gaining the promise of Christ but keeping it to ourselves falls short of what Jesus calls us to do in producing fruit in our lives. Join us as we explore how "Sharing" Jesus, our story, and our lives with others brings about the fruit Jesus talked about. Join us in the coming weeks as we explore the this series on Sharing.

If you have been in the church for very long, you have no doubt heard countless sermons. Some more memorable than others to be sure. There is one sermon recorded in Matthew 5-7 that summarizes the teachings of Jesus. It's known as "The Sermon on the Mount". These are considered some of the most meaningful lessons that Jesus taught. The Sermon on the Mount covers several topics. In general, Jesus taught His disciples how to live a life that is dedicated and pleasing to God. One free from hypocrisy. Full of love, grace, wisdom and discernment.

We all know the Christmas story… or do we? What if what we think we know about the Christmas story isn’t really what happened, or all that happened? An unwed mother, a small town scandal, an early widowhood, the reputation of Nazareth, attempted murder… Does that sound like the Christmas story you know? Join us this season as we look at The Story You Thought You Knew, a Christmas sermon series. We will look with a fresh view at Jesus’ parents, birth, reception, and purpose.

In the last few years, a new term has become common: Weaponized! It means to convert something so it can be used as a weapon, or to supply or equip something with weapons. Coming from military use, it meant fitting rockets or plane with nuclear capabilities. In cultural terms, it means that we arm normally innocent things for war. We talk of weaponizing facts, marketing, stories, leaks or campaign tactics. But the first and most powerful use of the idea is found in the Bible and it speaks of a weaponized life, equipped for impact, influence, movement and power. In fact, the Bible says that not even the gates of hell will be able to withstand us!

Grace! Even the sound of the word is soothing. No sin is too great, no bitterness so deep that God’s grace cannot transform the heart and rewrite the story. But grace is hard for us to understand. It doesn’t make sense, it's not fair, it can’t possibly cover over what I have done. Grace is so difficult to understand and in fact the only way to do so is to experience it. Join us for our new series, Grace is Greater.

Would you like to be part of something much bigger than yourself? Something that could make an eternal difference for people in our community? This spring, we are going to begin an effort that we are calling “Pray for Woodford.” We are casting the vision to pray for every home in Versailles. Once we complete doing that, we will broaden our circle. God has really been laying two things on my heart- prayer and sharing with those who do not know Jesus as Savior and Lord. This vision accomplishes both of those things and also meets all three of our values: Connecting, Growing, Sharing. The Sunday morning messages on April 3rd and 10th will challenge and prepare us for this exciting vision. I would love to see our entire church embrace this vision and be a part of Pray For Woodford!

Join us on March 27th at 9:15 & 11:00 AM for Worship Sunday at Journey Church, where we'll be focusing on prayer. Our worship to God should always be a conversation we share with Him. When we lift our voices together in song, we're singing to Him, and declaring His goodness, love and sufficiency. Don't miss out on this time of prayer and praise where we'll be sharing an exciting new effort to reach our community through prayer. We're excited to seek God in song as we lift His praise together! Journey Kids will have their regularly scheduled programming at these hours.
Cherish! It is not a word that we use often, but if you are married, it is likely that you made a vow to love and cherish your spouse. We talk a lot about how to love your spouse, but have you ever thought about how to cherish them? It’s not the same thing and in fact, cherish brings a whole new aspect to marriage. Join us for this series, Cherish as we will apply the idea of cherish to other relationships in your life as well.

Everything in our lives is designed and planned by God to lead us to Jesus. It is the singularly most important event in our life. But what comes next? Join us for our current series entitled “After I Believe.” This is a great next step for new believers, but also a great study for those who have to admit that their spiritual growth has been a little stagnant. We are going to look at the basics of the Christian faith and what it takes to remain faithful for a lifetime. Along with the series, we will be offering a four-week small group study for anyone who wants to be involved. We hope to see you there!

Christmas is coming, with all the parties, decorations, carols, lines, traffic, credit cards and crowds. At a time where we should be focused on the reason of the season, we’re lost in the crazy rush of trying to go everywhere and seem stuck overspending on everything. We spend over one trillion dollars globally each year at Christmas! An entire world drowning in the same debt, and before we know it ‘Merry Christmas’, becomes ‘Buried Christmas’. We have to ask: is it really worth it?
Is it possible that buried under all that Christmas chaos lies something greater? 2000 years ago, God launched a conspiracy to save the world when He sent Jesus as helpless baby instead of a conquering king. Jesus came to walk, grieve and celebrate with us, and he’s still here with us today! Christmas begins and ends with Jesus, so let’s worship Him fully this Christmas, and love as He’s loved us. This year let’s spend less and give more of ourselves as we conspire together to spread Jesus’ love!

At Journey Church we talk a lot about moving people on a simple journey toward Jesus. It’s in this place of closely following Jesus that our lives begin to reflect Christ’s glory and shine brightly with His love. We want to be the type of Church that shines brightly for Jesus, and that’s why we’ve started the Released Initiative.
Life with all its difficulties and distractions can impact our journey through doubt, guilt, fear, worry, and inaction as we experience this broken world. We need to remove these things that block our path to Jesus, who enables us to be the light He’s called us to be. This is what the Released Initiative is all about. Join us as we begin this 5 week sermon series which will help shape the next 18 months of our financial journey to be Released! Together we’ll explore how God wants to Release us from these barriers as a Church and as believers.

What do you do when your computer suffers a power shortage, when you have lost momentum, when you need to get all systems back online and need to retrieve as much lost information as possible? You reboot your computer. It is a fresh start, a return to power and efficiency.
The last 18 months or so have been a trying time for a lot of us, especially spiritually. A lot of our spiritual habits like attending worship, serving, sharing, and having hope have been interrupted. We have replaced our spiritual habits with other pursuits and activities. With the fall comes a new season to realign our actions with the values that we claim to have. Join us at Journey Church for a new series called “Reboot,” where we will look at some areas in our lives where we need to get reengaged and back on task with fresh power, energy, and excitement. We hope you join us Sunday for this series at either of our morning services, 9:15 and 11:00 AM. We all need a Reboot!

The life of Jesus gives us an awesome example of how we are supposed to live out our lives for His Kingdom. Jesus first invited His followers to "Come and See". To check Him out for themselves. Next He invited them to watch and learn by "Following" Him. He challenged them to think beyond themselves as He promised to make them "Fishers of Men" before issuing HIs most challenging command to go and "Bear much fruit". Jesus lived out his strategy to show us how to share our lives with others and to teach them to do the same. Join us this Sunday as we explore what Jesus had in mind when He called us to “Make Disciples".

If there is one word that sums up Christianity, it might be ‘Giving.’ This is of course, inspired by the best known verse in the Bible, John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Giving and generosity are at the core of the Gospel message. We give because we have been given much. In this 3 week study, we'll learn how to move from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. It highlights how generosity and giving are foundational parts of who we are as a Church and as Christians—because of what God did for us, this is what we do.

For far too long the church has been known for what it is against and that has in some ways alienated the world around us. They need to know that God and we are For them, not against them! Join us for a 3 part series entitled For, beginning June 27 and ending July 11th with a day of meal packing to feed people who struggle with hunger. This is going to be an incredible day of worship as we serve. Just show up at one of our service times and we’ll walk you through the details of how you can prepare a meal for those who need it. We hope you can worship with us throughout this series as we discover that God is for us so that we can be For God and we can be For others.
Today we had 4 Guest Speakers who shared about our partners for the meal packing we did, and how it was going to impact the people who received the food we put together for them. Richie Phillips spoke about IDES (International Disaster Emergency Services)and their ministry for Jesus in the World. Then we had Robert Lawson speak about Thrivent Financial, which were key to putting the funding together for the day. We also welcomed Diana Owens with Waves of Mercy Mission from Haiti who shared with us about the difference these meals make in the lives of those who receive them. After Diana spoke we had Jody England from IDES who facilitated the day come and share as we moved into the final stages of our packing time. Finally, we had Randy come up and talk to us about the meal pack at the end of the service as we finished our first meal pack. What an incredible day it was, and what a powerful impact we had on the world in the name of Jesus!

One of the most confusing and controversial cultural issues of our day has to do with gender. The "T" in all things LGBTQ has loomed large of late, along with what it means for everything from bathrooms to sports. Then there is the non-binary dynamic (not claiming to be male or female), the challenge parents face with how to raise kids in relation to gender, and how Christians should think and react. Join us for the series “Gender” based on a study from James Emery White.

Is the Church essential? That question has been raised and answered by some that ‘No, the church is not essential.’ The church has been treated as an optional organization and gathering that can easily be shuttered without any ill effects. The government may say it is nonessential, non-believers may agree, and even some believers are unwilling to make church a priority. But what does God say? Is the church essential? Join us this Sunday, as we continue our series 'Essential Church'. We will look at what the church is intended to be, it’s beginning, it’s history, and why it truly is Essential.

You have heard people say, “If you are going to talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.” Nowhere is the more true than in the Christian life. Since walking the Christian walk is not natural to us, we need to develop certain Spiritual Disciplines. Spiritual disciplines are biblical practices that a believer does to grow spiritually in Christ. When we discipline ourselves not only does our character grow and we bear more fruit, but we will also build our relationship with Christ. Spiritual discipline allows you to dive deeper into the heart and mind of God. Your desires begin to change because your love and your yearning for more of Him grows. All that you want is Him and you begin to seek Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and God begins to reveal more of Himself to you.

We’re excited to announce that our Students are having a Worship Takeover this coming Sunday at Journey Church. Make sure to join us as our students share how God’s moving in their lives and Zach unpacks what it means to be desperate for God to move in our lives. The book of Acts shows us that during desperate times, the church should have an even greater desire to experience the presence of God. We hope to see you this Sunday as our students showcase their talents and abilities for Worship Takeover!
In most Christian churches, you would hear a familiar call to action. "Read the bible daily". Life change can occur by opening the pages of the greatest story ever told. But reading the bible from front to back can be confusing or even frustrating. The bible is not a chronologically ordered story that reads continuously from one chapter to the next. Rather, it is a collective of books of history, poetry, prophecies, eyewitness accounts, letters, and visions, divided into two testaments spanning thousands of years. Although it is the inerrant/inspired word of God, it is written by several authors representing many generations and cultures living in unique geographic areas. All of this can make one's head swim! Yes, it's easy to say "read the Bible". But it takes some effort to truly understand the structure, context, history, and geography of the story of God. But gaining this insight will highlight the awesome simplicity of God's plan for the salvation of His people.

We all want a new start with the new year. The best way to start this year is by talking to God about your plans and listening to hear what He has to say. Deepen your relationship with God by learning how to pray for yourself by studying the longest prayer that Jesus ever prayed. It is found in John 17 and in it, Jesus shows us how to Pray for Yourself, Pray for other Believers, and Pray for Nonbelievers. Join us as we conclude this series this Sunday.

We’re excited to welcome today one of our ministry partners Chal Knox of Lemonade International who will be sharing with us today. Chal is a former minister and currently the executive director of Lemonade International, a ministry that reaches out tangibly with the love of Christ to the most desperate and hurting in one of the largest slums in the world. We hope you can join us as Chal talks about “Ambidextrous Faith”, and how we can be ready to hear and respond to God’s leading!
Everyone is looking for some joy in their lives this Christmas. In a normal year, 88% of people say they feel stressed during the holidays. Can you imagine what that statistic will be this year? There doesn’t seem to be a lot to be joyful or optimistic about. We need a new perspective! The book of Philippians, written by Paul while in seemingly unjoyful circumstances in jail, teaches us how God, not our circumstances, should be the greatest source of joy – at Christmas and all throughout the year.

The greatest decision of your life maybe made this November. No, I’m not talking about the election, although that is important. The most important decision you will ever make is to give your life to Christ and to be baptized. I know that some of you have considered this decision for some time and may have put it off because of Covid. I want to encourage you to plan to be at Journey Church on November 1st for Decision Day 2020, at either of our morning services. It’s not the donkey or the elephant that can save you, it’s the Lamb!

Join us for our Sermon Series, Untouchables. We will be addressing some of the controversial topics of our day and seeing what the Bible has to say about them. There are plenty of things that are ‘hot topics’ in our world and we may even be afraid to discuss them. We need a Biblical foundation and basis from which to think and act on them. We hope you will join us weekly for ‘Untouchables.’

It seems like everywhere we look there’s turmoil and conflict. With all that we see in our world and in our own personal lives it’s easy for us to be tempted to lose hope. Today we’re going to examine why as believers we have every reason to 'Have Hope’ no matter what is going in our lives and world. We hope you join us as remind each other of the hope extended to us in the person of Jesus.
This was to be the first Sunday in 10 weeks that we will host in-person services. As we contemplate coming back together, we all will approach things differently. Some can’t wait to physically go to church while others are more wary and not comfortable to attend in-person just yet. We all need to show lots of grace and understanding, regardless of how we personally feel. Lets make this a time of unity and encouragement as we continue on the journey together.

Join us for our sermon series leading up to Easter entitled Journey To The Cross. In this series, we will look back at the dramatic events surrounding Jesus’ arrest in Gethsemane, interrogation before His enemies and Pilate, crucifixion at Calvary, and resurrection from the grave. In the Gospel account, we encounter Jesus as He calmly faces down His opponents and, ultimately, His own death on the cross. In the process, the incarnate Son of God, Messiah, and true King confronts us with His work on our behalf to offer salvation. It is a difficult story to read, but is real and has a deep meaning for each of our lives. The series will include Good Friday services and will conclude on Easter Sunday with the story of the Resurrection!

Most people long for a life directed by a mission. If only we had special orders, a divine commission, a unique task, a clear calling, our lives would become filled with purpose and meaning. Jesus led the most purpose-driven life that has ever been lived. It filled His every thought, and fueled His every step. He often spoke of being "sent." Phrases such as "The Father has sent me" and "Him who sent me," and the deep sense of purpose and mission that entailed, flowed from the lips of Jesus more than 30 times in the gospel of John alone. And then, just before His crucifixion, Jesus delivers these staggering words: “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you” (John 20:21). The very mission and purpose of Jesus, the most significant life that has ever lived, has been passed on: To us. In this series, we will explore the life-changing idea of "Sent" - what it means, what it holds and how it can be fulfilled.

We hear people say, “I’m blessed,” when they describe what they have. But what does it mean when we say we are blessed? Do we really understand how blessed we are, who those blessings come from, and what the responsibility of being blessed really implies? Join us for this new series!

This Christmas amid all the chaos and joy we are going to be focusing ourselves on the arrival of Jesus. Come and celebrate the birth of Jesus with us at Journey, as we lift up the light of the world and true reason for this season. On December 15th we'll begin a three-part series based on the significance of Christmas in our lives today, culminating on Christmas Eve, where we’ll be celebrating Jesus birth with a Candle-light service together as a Church. In our day and age we are confronted by sin and brokenness at every turn, so we have every reason to look to the love of God which came to us in the form of a child so many years ago. Join us as we place Jesus at the center of this season and remember the hope, life, and peace He gives.

You know how to swim. You know how to ride a bike. Do you know how to Bible? As in, "How do I believe the Bible?", "How do I read the Bible?", "How do I interpret the Bible?," and "How do I apply the Bible?" These are often the most common questions about the Bible, but ones were often timid to ask. Knowing the Bible should be our passion as followers of Christ. Join us beginning November 10th as we learn “How to Bible?”

If there's a single word that has emerged on the cultural scene of late demanding attention, it's "woke." It used to mean just being "with it" - on top of things, knowing what's going on. Of late, it's taken on a more focused meaning, specifically being awakened to social injustice - particularly racism. Our country is involved in a deepening crisis of division, often with people talking past each other or, even worse, at each other. Yet the church is called to be the new community where there is neither "Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28, NIV). What does this vision mean for the church today and our mission and message to the world? What is race all about anyway, going all the way back to creation? What is the true nature of racism? What would a culture of civility actually entail? If Jesus took on race relations, racial divides, racial reconciliation, racial... everything, what would that look like? Join us and see!

It is the one idea among the Christian faith that is most unique among all religions. It's also the most scandalous. It is what attracts people the most, and is often the stumbling block over which they fall. It drew thousands to Jesus, and also nailed him to the cross. Without a doubt, it is the most significant dynamic, power and gift of the Christian faith. So if there is one thing that we need to "get right," it's this. And many don't get it right. Some reject it; some cheapen it; some make it a commodity to be earned; some say it only flows to a few; some refuse it to others; some apply it where it doesn't belong; some... well, you get the point. We hope you join us for this series at Journey!

Join us each Sunday morning at 9:30 or 11, beginning June 2nd for our new sermon series on the book of Colossians. We are calling the series, A Big Jesus, because in this book, Paul presents the greatness of Jesus and how He can help us deal with the big issues in our lives. We will look at who Jesus really is, how to mature in our faith, as well as some practical advice about marriage, family, and career. We need a Big Jesus for the big issues in our lives.

There are different places, locations, buildings that we eventually have to visit in life. Places we need to go to just because of the course of life: school, for example, or the dentist’s office. But we feel different about going to the dentist compared to say going to Disneyland. Many times we go to these places because we have to, not necessarily because we want to. Chances are when we find ourselves taking a test in school, or having a root canal we don’t respond “I Love this place!”, do we? Many people think about Church the same way they think about going to school, or say the dentist’s office. Is the Church really just a place that we feel we “have” to go to or is there more to it? What was God’s intention when He created the Church? Was that His idea about this community of people? I believe the Bible tells us ‘no’, it wasn’t, and isn’t God’s plan for the Church. I believe that God wants us to love the Church. Not love what we see in the news sometimes or maybe have experienced in the past, but love the Church as He intended it to be. That’s what this series is going to be about — us learning to be the community God intended us to be.

The first three biographies of Jesus found in the Bible, named after the three men who wrote them (Matthew, Mark and Luke), give us the life and teaching of Jesus. But there is a fourth account of His life, radically different than the other three, written by the last surviving disciple. It is the final Gospel in the New Testament, also known by the name of the author: the Gospel of John. Ninety percent of what it holds about the life and teaching of Jesus is not found in any other account. In “Jesus: The Untold Story,” we’ll walk through the Gospel of John exploring 12 unique stories, events and teachings of the life of Jesus that only John records. Don’t miss out on this chance to dive deeper into the person of Jesus at Journey Church!

One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” (Luke 11:1) Lord, teach us to pray. I think all of us would like to have a better prayer life. But we need to be taught to do so. In this new series, beginning Sunday, November 18th, we will take a look at the model prayer or what we sometimes call the Lord’s Prayer from Luke 11 and Matthew 6. Join us as we learn how to pray.

The Book of Ruth is the Cinderella story of the Old Testament, and it’s one of the most wonderfully written stories in all of Scripture. It focuses on a female friendship between the young new convert Ruth and the older Naomi, who struggled with bitterness. And the love story between Ruth and Boaz is on par with anything a Hollywood filmmaker can dream up.

“What if?” That phrase can strike fear in all of our hearts and minds as we consider all the things that could go wrong in our world, especially when it comes to our finances. Security is one of our basic needs and thinking about all the “what if’s” can cause panic and anxiety when we think about future plans. But what if the “what if” question wasn’t as much about fear, but about possibility? What if when we trust God, He can do far more with what we give, in our lives and in the lives of others, than we could possibly imagine or do on our own? Join us for our series, 'What If?', where we’ll be imagining what God would do through us if we would really trust Him with what He’s blessed us with.

At Journey Church we believe in doing everything we can to move people on a simple Journey toward Jesus. This Journey is best made as we take into account 5 key principles that we value as Jesus’ disciples: Found people find people, saved people serve people, growing people change, all people need people, and people can’t out-give God. We believe that as we live out these values that we will find ourselves, and those around us, becoming more like our Savior. It’s our hope that these messages expand your understanding of who we are both as church and as followers of Christ.

For Jesus, disciple making was meeting the needs of people where they were spiritually and then challenging them to go the next level. His goal was multiplication, and with laser-sharp focus He trained His few disciples to multiply their lives in others. In the Great Commission, which is a great summary of His life, He told His disciples to go and repeat the process with others. In this series you’ll get a clear, and simple, picture of how to follow in Jesus’ footsteps and do the same thing, just #LikeJesus
