So as I was looking for a source of support, inspo, motivation, help, SOMETHING in a moment of feeling defeated, sorry for myself and just damn sad in the form of a podcast that didn't materialise, I checked to see if I still had the anchor app, I did, opened it and started talking lol. Keeping it all the way real as always but this is legit a random brain dump that may or may not be the start of me actually dedicating time to a podcast this time. We shall see. Love and light to anyone that stumbles across this, sending some to myself too. Maybe I'll just meditate and go for a walk, eat something good that I can regret later 😁❤

Hey and welcome!  I'm Sacha Atherton and today, I asked our customers and followers if I should start a podcast. So many of you said yes (thanks for making me feel like I'm a little bit interesting lol)  here we are! I have never done a podcast before, other than as a guest, so hopefully it won't be too painful for either of us.  This is just a quick intro episode but let me know what you think.  Really looking forward to getting stuck in and seeing where this goes, totally NOT looking forward to hearing myself though. Does anyone actually like the sound of their own voice on recordings? Anyway, feel free to follow us if you aren't already @thehappyhairco on Instagram or our website www.thehappyhairco.com  Let's go! Sacha
