University of California American researchers found that the most suitable sleep type to calm and recalibrate anxious brains is deep sleep, also known as non-rapid eye movement sleep, a condition in which nervous fluctuation becomes more synchronized and heart rates and blood pressure decline. https://buyresurgesupplement.com/
Matthew Walker, a professor of neurology and psychology at the University of California, said: "We have identified a new profound sleep function, that it reduces anxiety at night by reorganizing nerve connections in the brains. Deep sleep appears to be a natural inhibitor of anxiety, as long as we get it and all a night".
The results of the study were published in the journal Nature Human Beeffer and offer one of the strongest neurological connections between sleep and anxiety to date.
In experiments, a sleepless night brain scan showed a closure of the middle frontal prefrontal cortex, which usually helps keep our anxiety level under control, while deeper emotional centers of the brain were hyperactive.
"Without sleep, it seems as though the brain has become too heavy for the accelerator without enough restraint," said Walker. https://buyresurgesupplement.com/ https://buyresurgesupplement.com/resurge-supplement-review https://kibocode.co/resurge-reviews-does-resurge-supplement-work-or-scam https://buyresurge.blogspot.com/2020/03/resurge.html
After a full night of sleep, during which the brain waves of the participants in the experiments were measured through electrodes placed on their heads, the results showed that their anxiety levels decreased significantly, especially for those who experienced slow-motion sleep without rapid eye movement.
