It's funny how our brains work sometimes. We can be clear about what we want in the present moment, but when it comes to thinking about our future selves, things can get a bit fuzzy. Tracy invited us to learn from Dr. Ben Hardy last week as he unpacks the future self. And it turns out that the person we think of when we think of our future self is often very different from who we are.

We invite you to join us at the Utah Podcast Coalition & to research either podcasting or another area of interest this coming week.

We invite all our listeners to set aside their phones for a longer block of time to make observations about their devices.
Steph throws us all of this week when she asks a moment in the past week when we thought, “I am cool.” It was a different question, we also discussed our goals for the coming week and discovered that this year’s podcast is focused on character and is less visible then we sometimes expect from a “goals” podcast. Melody shares a beautiful insight about anxiety and getting rid of unnecessary tasks that aren’t needful. Tracy, Melody & Steph all discuss the past week’s challenge to do a 24 hour phone fast. Melody and Tracy share their specific insights and you’ll have to listen to hear what Steph is planning to do. Melody, Steph & Tracy reflect on this past week’s efforts to reflect on their phone usage. Tracy participated in the National Day of Unplugging and has a lot to say about that in this week’s episode. Melody & Steph share some insightful thoughts around healthy attachments to our phones and how much time kids 8-18 years old are spending on their phones. Tracy advocates for simple awareness around how much and why you are using your phone. Boredom is a positive thing, especially for creativity. This week’s invitation is to become aware by checking your screen time stats.
This week’s topic: boundaries! Steph shares some tips for beginners with boundaries, Melody also talked about a couple of podcast she listened to by Henry Cloud regarding setting boundaries and Tracy commented and shared how we need to get more clear about what is a yes and what is a no. Melody opened up the point that a, “I am going to think about that.” is another great way to build in some think-time before committing. Each person restated their commitments for the coming week & invite you to listen to a podcast, listen to a TED talk or read an article on boundaries for this week.
Steph reflects on how long we have been podcasting in 2022 and if it feels like a long time or a short time for Melody and I. Tracy talked about her efforts in the past week to not doing things because of guilt, Melody focused on giving herself a high five in the mirror & Steph talked about the Body Battery associated with her Garmin watch and using it to realize how much sleep she actually needs. The watch is rather accurate and even depleted after Steph ate a heavy meal. Melody also uses the Body Battery to help her re-evaluate what is most important to focus on. Steph walked us through the Brooke Castillo podcast episode she listened to that outlined how to plan. Melody shared her frustration about how people do all the things. Grace and Christ centered help is the answer! We invite our listeners to create and follow through with one boundary in the next week. Where do you need to have a healthier more supportive boundary? It's our eighth episode, and it's crazy to think that we have only been podcasting together for two months. It seems like we have learned so much about ourselves, our habits, and our emotions. With last week being Valentine's Day, the invitation is to take yourself on a date.
Tracy went to the Van Gogh exhibit downtown and realized she would have rather shared the experience with someone. Melody used her cube timer, set it for an hour, and worked on a self-help workbook. And Steph pampered herself and did her nails, and made an appointment for her hair to be done. Our invitation is to find something this week to do alone and plan the time to take yourself on a date.
Tracy leads the call this week as wins are discussed along with progress made on goals and habits. A focus for the conversation is awareness or consciousness and how that is key to making changes. The conversation for the week revolves around the Five Love Languages and how we can better be loved and love our closest family and friends. Goals and habits are renewed for the week ahead. The invitation for the week is to take the Five Love Languages quiz. Visit: 5lovelanguages.com

Steph & Melody successfully reached out in a deliberate way to their family members. Tracy has a catharsis about her family and why it was so hard for her to reach out this past week.
Melody, Steph & Tracy cover their experience doing a “burn run/walk” and how that symbolic gesture helped them make more conscious choices about their beliefs and thoughts. Jesus Christ, His atonement and repentance are all covered in this conversation along with the victories and lessons learned from this past week. The invitation this week is to complete your own “burn run” by completing a write and burn, consciously letting go of a false belief, or meditating on one thing that is holding you back in 2022.
Tracy & Melody share their wins this past week. Steph shares how her 5k went and why it was frustrating for her. Steph reported her honest thoughts on going to God first, Melody also noticed that she wasn’t tempted this way this past week & Tracy described her weakness in this invitation. Steph shared how she has been feeling anxious about an upcoming event she runs and Tracy & Melody gave their thoughts on what is happening under the surface for Steph. Tracy taught the Letting Go emotional spectrum and they each set goals for the coming week. The invitation this week is to go to God first when you have a problem or celebration rather than going straight to friends.
What do you think about this statement from President Boyd K. Packer? "True doctrine, understood, changes attitudes and behavior. The study of the doctrines of the gospel will improve behavior quicker than a study of behavior will improve behavior. . . . That is why we stress so forcefully the study of the doctrines of the gospel. " Today we are talking about scripture study and how getting to know Christ through his word is what will change our behaviors and actions.
Steph leads the conversation as Tracy, Melody & Steph review their successes and failures for the week. Listen to hear Melody’s victory with making friends with her anxiety. The decision to read scriptures for 30 minutes was a high bar and something that Tracy, Melody & Steph reevaluated. The invitation is to add two minutes on to whatever you are currently doing or begin at 5 minutes of study and increase two minutes a day throughout this coming week. Steph left us with the scripture found in Alma 5:7, “Behold, he changed their hearts; yea, he awakened them out of a deep sleep, and they awoke unto God. Behold, they were in the midst of darkness; nevertheless, their souls were illuminated by the light of the everlasting word…”
Melody leads this week’s conversation reviewing goals and discussing prayer journaling. She shares some especially touching parts about her experience of prayer journaling. Steph discusses how she doesn’t always know if it is her voice or God’s but that it is a good practice. Tracy shares how she is using Elizabeth Pinborough’s Kindly Light Prayer Journal and notices the power of being able to review all the revelation she has already received. This week’s invitation: study the scriptures for 30 minutes and use them to receive revelation on personal questions.
Melody, Steph & Tracy review their weekly goals and report back on their victories for the week. Each person covered a different portion of the life of Christ, who is the “fire” we are focusing on this year. Melody covers the birth & highlights Simeon & Anna along with pondering like Mary. Tracy covers the magnificence of Christ’s ministry to the one & his healing power. Steph covers the reality of Christ, how He lived & how He died and how devastating that was for His followers before his resurrection. The invitation this week is to prayer journal for two minutes this coming week.
In this week’s episode Melody, Steph & Tracy discuss the theme for this year, “Focus on the Fire” and the different metaphors associated with that theme. They also share what they want to become and a few of their personal goals/habits for the coming year. Tune in to get ideas on goals for the coming year. The invitation this week is to study the life of Jesus Christ, since He is the focus of our 2022!
Hi! My name is Melody Bateman! I am a Physical Therapist Assistant, a Licensed Massage Therapist, a 1st degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate, and a Certified Running Coach.
I have been running for 13 years. I started as a hurdler in high school and started distance running in college. During that time, I ran my first marathon. After college, I began ultra running, completing multiple races, long-runs and projects over 26miles on the trails, including a self-supported 100mile race.
I have been teaching fitness since I was 12, starting as a karate instructor. I’ve been coaching runners specifically and “officially” for 3 years (I “unofficially” have coached friends and family since I was a teenager!) I love to help other’s feel loved, find their potential and reach their goals!
Hello! I'm Tracy Robbins King and I have lost upwards of 20 to 30 fancy water bottles in my short life. #stayhydrated Despite the odds I continue to drink water from my own fancy water bottle. Unfortunately, I recently lost a water bottle in the Denver airport, it was a favorite. I taught school for eight years and am currently a podcast producer for the Thy Neighbor Podcast, I have published over 26 episodes. I enjoy learning from the process of doing. I am excited to share my daily practices and how tracking goals & accountability can help you level up your performance personally, professionally and socially. My favorite accomplishments are qualifying for the Boston Marathon, teaching myself to speak Spanish and then teaching it to others. Getting married to David is one of my proudest accomplishments! #winning
This year flew by, and we can't believe we are recording our last episode of the season. In this episode, we reminisce about the year and goals that were accomplished and others that weren't a priority. We discuss what we learned from this year and what surprised us. People's plans for 2022 and what they will change about their goal setting. 2021 thanks for being better than 2020! We really learned this year to dream big, start small and act daily.
Jake Reed launched his career in the beef cattle production sector and then shifted his focus to financial management services. He is driven to live his best life now and later and help you do the same. As an enthusiastic supporter of goals and making dreams happen he has lots of expertise to share with us today.
Meredith and Heidi kept Josh and Steph accountable with the spicy hot challenge. A few weeks ago, Steph and Josh challenged that if they didn't meet their goals they would eat a pepper, they are pansies when it comes to spicy food so this provided motivation for several weeks. During the week of thanksgiving, they missed their goals. Josh by one percent Steph by a lot more, and so today they will both be eating a pepper. Listen as we review our goals and push play and listen to our guest for this week Jake Reed.
Guess whose back? It's been almost a year since Meredith and Steph have recorded with Kellie. To all those who listened to the first season, you will remember Kellie's quick wit and lovely Australian accent. Kellie shares what she's learned from 2021 and how her apple watch has become the ultimate accountability buddy.
After several weeks of traveling, Heidi is back in the studio with us today. We catch up on our thanksgivings weeks and discover that some of us did better with our goals than others. Cough Cough Steph just put hers in vacation mode the whole week. Guess who's back? Kellie from last season. Make sure to play the next episode and hear about how her apple watch has been a game-changer in 2021.
This week we talked with Rob Adams, founder of Thanksgiving Heroes. When Rob was younger one holiday season his Dad lost his job and his parents couldn’t afford Christmas dinner. Thankfully they had generous friends, who fed them at their lowest points. At a young age Rob knew he wanted to one day replicate such an overwhelming gesture for others. Seven years ago Rob had a goal of feeding ten families. Word spread and the goal was more than met by feeding 755 families. Tune in as we go over his adventure in being a thanksgiving hero and how you can also!
This is a quick recap of our goals. Steph and Josh are safe and don't have to do the spicy food challenge because both of them got 91 percent on their goals. Meredith killed it with her goals and made some amazing Christmas tree ornaments. Heidi is out traveling and wasn't able to make it. We all feel recharged after listening to Rob Adams and are excited to start manifesting our goals.
Meredith went on a family trip this weekend to Southern Utah, Josh's sister got married, Steph got in a bunch of steps, and Heidi was finally out of Covid quarantine so she celebrated Guy Fox day. We sat around the recording table today discussing big hairy goals and how they add excitement to life. Brian Tracy talks about dream big dreams! “Imagine that you have no limitations and then decide what's right before you decide what’s possible.” As you go about this week remember to dream big, start small, and act daily.
We get the special treat to talk with Shannon about her tea company oh teas. They have a line of teas that are good tasting and good for you. We go into why she started this company and her goals she made on the way.
With only two months left of the podcast, we're reviewing our goals and deciding what's realistic to accomplish before the end of the year. How do we add consistency to our routines? What should be dropped from our lists? How do we prioritize our goals? These are just a few of the questions we are asking each other this week.
I am so excited to have my good friend, Kelli Sharp join us this week. I have wanted Kelli to join us since we started this podcast last year. Kelli shares with us what it's like to raise a family and keep setting goals for herself and her kids. One of my favorite quotes from this episode is "Knowledge comes from the mind but understanding comes from the heart". In order to commit to your goals, you need to understand the why, feel it. She is such a good example of consistency and diligence. Come meet Kelli!
This week we have a visit from author Paula Jean Ferri. Paula has always been in love with books even before she learned to read. Once she learned how there was no turning back! She read so much growing up that she was once grounded from books for an entire summer during middle school. She has dreamed of being a writer for as long as she can remember. She grew up in Logandale, NV, leaving her hometown to attend both Snow College and Brigham Young University-Hawaii to obtain a degree in International Cultural Studies with an emphasis in Communication.
In her senior year of high school, Paula started making noises. At 24, she was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. This has given her a unique perspective that she wanted to share with the world.
She currently resides in southern Utah with her family and two cats. In addition to reading and writing, Paula loves singing and dancing in almost any genre. She loves being in and watching theatre productions, especially any musical performances. She is usually up for almost any activity, as long as it involves people. She enjoys all things island-related and would love to travel the world.
It is so important to stop and see how you are doing throughout your goal-achieving process. This week we are taking a step back to see how we are coming along with the goals we started out with, what we need to change or what is the game plan for the last quarter of the year. Let’s see our progress. I found this awesome quote by Rachel Hollis, ”A goal is a dream with its work boots on.” Let’s get to work and achieve our dreams!

Guys! I am so excited to have my friend Chelsea Bowman on the podcast this week. Chelsea is a good friend of mine and she did an amazing thing this last weekend, she participated in REVEL Big Cottonwood. She ran 13.1 miles. We talk to Chelsea about the little milestones she faced as she trained and as she ran on race day. One of my favorite things she said was, "in the end you are only competing against yourself". I thought this was profound. Come listen to the other inspirational things she teaches and shares with us!
With the labor day weekend coming to an end and now moving into fall. We are looking at our list of things we wanted to

For today’s episode we go over a thoughtful email from Anthony Iannarino from b2b sales training. It goes over how the average lifespan is 76 years old which is 27,740 days. That’s 3,952 Monday mornings. My sensitivity to time and its fleeting nature only continues to increase, as has my realization of how much of it I squandered, believing it was abundant. We perceive time as being abundant because each morning, we are greeted by a rising sun that makes the start of a new day. We have known nothing else.

When Pamela’s husband left for basic training she had some choices to make. What would she do with her time? How would she entertain herself? What did she want to focus on? After hearing about the 75 Hard program from a friend Pamela realized that 75 days was just about the same amount of time that her husband would be gone. If he was going to do hard things she could too. In this episode Pamela shares the highs and the lows of the program and what kept her motivated for the entire 75 days.
Oprah Winfrey inspired this topic. She has a famous quote saying, "A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself." Mentor seems like such a formal title, but there have probably been countless experiences that you have turned to someone you admire for advice or help. Whether the individual you seek out is a boss, church leader, friend, family member, professor, athletic coach, or other, the importance of mentors is undeniable. These individuals can help you see the hope inside yourself and help you go out there and get your goals.
Have you ever doubted your abilities, feared you were going to be discovered as a "fraud"? That's called "impostor syndrome," and you're definitely not alone in feeling it. I recently watched a documentary about Garth Brookes. Garth is one of the biggest Country Stars. He's won 91 awards over his career, and his concerts sell out instantly. The documentary showed Garth had imposter syndrome and was anxious that his concerts wouldn't sell out even though he had been in the industry for decades and witnessed sold-out concert after concert. This showed me that we all have our insecurity it doesn't matter how famous you are.
Tracy Robbins is an energized, happy and enthusiastic individual. Her objective is to add value to the world by giving back through education and learning. She taught Middle School for over six years and five of those years have been teaching Spanish. From cheering strangers on at races to encouraging her friends to go after their dreams, Tracy is the ultimate Cheerleader and wanted to share her love for people with her series The Thy Neighbor Podcast. She released her first episode in 2018 with a great reminder to love thy neighbor as thyself!

How do you figure out your purpose. We don't either! But we discuss some ways to fill our lives with meaningful things that allow us to feel like we are living for something
In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear gives us four rules for creating good habits and four rules for breaking bad ones. This week we discuss those eight rules and then apply them to some of our goals this year. Join us and take a minute to rethink your approach to a habit you are currently working on.
How many of you grew up watching friends? This week was the premiere of "Friends: The Reunion" on HBO Max. In honor of one of my favorite shows I wanted to share a clip of Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe) addressing a graduation ceremony, sharing why she was thankful for getting fired from Frazier. Lisa talks about how she was so embarrassed to get fired from Frazier, the one everyone knew was going to be a hit and it was. One of my favorite lines in her speech is when she talks about all the disappointments in her career where actually guide posts that kept her on her path. Just like Lisa you might look back at today's disappointments with the the same hindsight and think thank goodness that didn't work out.
This week is the end of our second quarter. We’ll hold each other accountable for what we’ve done so far this year and where we need to go from here. It’s crazy that we’ve been doing this for almost 6 months!
Abraham Maslow was an American psychologist who wanted to know how humans could feel happiness and fulfilment. He developed a hierarchy of needs to explain human motivation. He created a pyramid or steps of basic needs needed in order to achieve our fullest potential. We talk about what that means for us and our goals. What needs are we missing in order to achieve our desires?
This week we are joined by Marcie Glad. Marcie chooses one word to focus on for the entire year, just one. It’s a novel approach to goal setting that is intriguing to learn more about. Marcie will share the ins and outs of what a year focused on one word looks like. I think you’ll love Marcie’s energy and insights as she teaches us about this unique way to set goals.
Today we interviewed Liesl Limburg about her most recent body building competition. Liesl recently shared on instagram about why she got into the sport.
"Throwing it back to my life in the summer of 2019 and early 2020 when I was a bad*** who was working on being more secure in my skin. I started playing softball to prove to myself I could try new, uncomfortable things and didn’t need to stress about being good at them. I bought a bikini and wore it for the first time to Puerto Rico - a big deal for someone who had been told she was blessed to have a pretty face because that made up for her thicker body. I was working on being more confident BEFORE I started bodybuilding and I was getting the hang of things. Bodybuilding is not what has made me more confident; doing things I’m scared of is what has. I had someone tell me they wouldn’t have dated me back in the summer of 2020. I had someone else tell me that I was “just the right size” about a month after my first competition and that they would find it unattractive if I gained more muscle and weight. Don’t change yourself just to fit into someone’s likes. Try new things because you want to. I’ve learned I like playing D&D, going mountain biking, that I’m good at axe throwing, and that I still suck at snowboarding but I love being outside so I’m going to keep going with it. Build your confidence to know your worth. Become emotionally healthy so that you can have your own back. When crap goes down, it’s you who has to show up for yourself, so you may as well like yourself too."
She later shared about her experience with the competition.
"March 20, 2021: the beginning of my season of contentment. I did it - and I didn’t just “do it” - I changed. I progressed. I improved. I’m impressed with the physical developments and am grateful for the emotional ones. There is no going back; just forward. I’ll see you in 2022"
Hope you enjoy this interview with Liesl!
Slowing down seems counter-intuitive to getting a lot done. However, intentionally slowing down has some obvious benefits. When we slow down we can focus on the quality of our results. We lessen the likelihood of burnout. We have the capacity to make better informed choices. We are aware enough of our surroundings to consider where we are and if we want to be there. This week we will discuss each of these as well as ways to slow down.
Today we interview Steph's running Coach Melody Bateman with Body Smart Mobile Health. "Running should be tailored because everyone's body is so different," says Melody. She doesn't believe in sticking to cookie-cutter running plans. "I create plans that work for you and your schedule, needs, wants and goals." She believes that all schedules need to be tentative, so if you aren't having a good day, you can modify your training. Melody is a firm believer that your running coach should help you figure out how to listen to your body, so you know when to scale down and when to push yourself harder.
Remember to celebrate your milestone as you go through life. Don’t just go to the next goal.
“Change is about interrupting the habits and patterns that no longer serve us. If you want to meaningfully alter your life, you don’t simply abandon a dysfunctional habit or belief; you replace it with a healthy one.” Come join us for a discussion on how to replace bad habits with good habits, and finding freedom in our own lives.
Welcome to our review of the first quarter. Today we are reflecting on our goals and asking ourselves the questions do our goals make us happy? Chalene Johnson discusses happiness in goal setting on her blog.
"No goal is worth pursuing if it takes away from your happiness; remember it's your life and your goals; you're always in charge."
This week I'm changing my goals to reflect on what makes me happy. I'm running just to run without clocking my miles or heartrate. I'm dancing daily, and I'm working to bring the joy back into goal setting. Have a wonderful week.
Accountability. It can be a scary word. Sometimes we’d rather avoid it. But, when it comes to reaching goals it is essential. Listen to this episode as we talk about different ways to hold yourself accountable and how things go better when you have an accountability partner.
This week we sit with Ivan Gonzales founder of Best Seat in the house. Go over his goals for his charity and we learn how it was to do a virtual gala during COVID. “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the services of others” Mahatma Gandhi
Time is just a concept. We spend so much time worrying about how we are spending our time that we are missing out of how we are spending our life. Listen to this episode as we talk about how time is a concept and you can’t run low on a concept, but something you don’t have a lot of is, life. Let us change how we look at time and fill it in with life.
This week we get to hear from the fabulous Amber Shupe. Amber and Heidi met about a decade ago and Heidi has been impressed ever since. A true goalie at heart Amber is always working towards something, always creating deadlines and making plans. She’s a great example of reaching high while being kind to herself. We learned a lot from Amber this week as she shares how she has overcome personal barriers to experience great growth.
This week we get to hear from my brother Kaleb Shoell. I have been impressed with Kaleb as he has pushed himself harder than ever to meet his sales goals. Kaleb makes over 100 cold calls a day, asking doctors for a consultation to learn more about his employer's software, and getting a doctor to talk to him for more than a second takes determination. To help Kaleb get his quota, he has dove into self-help books and motivational quotes. One quote that stands out is by Jack Canfield.
“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”
It's no secret that most people struggle to keep their new year's resolutions. According to Forbes, only "8% accomplish them". With odds like that, why are we even making goals? Because goals are seriously AMAZING! Because being in that 8% is possible, it just takes consistency and Grit. An example of someone who is a rock star at accomplishing goals is Gary Davis. He tells us to, "If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much." Come and hear his other deep insights and enjoy this episode.
This week we talk about saying no. Saying no to opportunities, good deals, that 5th episode in a row on Netflix, and anything else that is distracting you from your goals. The media tells us we can have, do, and be everything, but really we can’t so once we decide what we want, how do we get rid of all the other stuff? Join us as we all share our two cents.
Hello! Your friend Steph here and this episode sort of became a therapy session as I threw out what we were going to talk about and just focused on being real. I’m grateful for the chance we had to look at our goals because it made me see how some areas were not as realistic as I thought they would be. Meredith found this quote that applies to how I was feeling today.
Learn to adjust yourself to the conditions you have to endure, but make a point of trying to alter or correct conditions so that they are most favorable to you.
William Frederick Book
Today we meet with Seth Anderson. Come see how the work ethic he learned growing up on a farm has helped him achieve his goals in real estate and Strut Snacks. Come hear how he achieves his goals and what he has going on. His is often quoted saying, "simplicity is the means to a genius resolution."
This week we talk about how change and growth can be uncomfortable. We like being in our safety zones. It’s nice when you know exactly what to expect from life and you get really good at what you do. But growth comes from bending and shaping the box you live in. This episode we talk about getting comfortable with the uncomfortableness of reaching our goals.
Paul Moore's lost 90 pounds over four years by changing his daily habits. He started by limiting soda and getting out and moving. Little daily routines turned into a lifestyle, and he has been able to keep the weight off for over half a decade. Paul talks about how the path we walk to our dreams is often more important than the dream itself.
"Sometimes, things don't work out, no matter how hard we plan. But that's not the point, the point is taking time to make a plan and then walking that path. You see, the path we walk to our dream is so much more important than the dream itself. "
Paul is passionate about helping others on their goal-setting journey and has created a planner that tracks morning and evening routines, life goals, and tracks progress. Paul is co-owner of Webinauts, a Marketing company specializing in helping small business owners. He enjoys creating inspirational messages on his blog and Instagram Driven Deep. We hope you enjoy this interview and remember to dream big, start small, and act daily.
With it being four days into the year. How are those goals coming along? Here's a quick recap of our goals. Heidi did a great job with her bags for the Days for Girls charity. Meredith finished designing her journal, which is a huge accomplishment. I met my work out goal, and Steph got her veggies goal but had to isolate because of COVID.
Like most of us that want to better ourselves and dream big, we need to start small and act daily to achieve our goals and dreams. I have watched the sunrise these past couple of mornings, and I felt this quote fit for the start of a new year.
"I hope you realize that every day is a fresh start for you. that every sunrise is a new chapter in your life waiting to be written." Juansen Dizon
So let today be a new chapter for you, and have the motivation to hit your goals!
Sincerely, Josh
Dear Goalies,
Setting new goals and starting out on an unexplored path can be a bit hectic. You might still be determining what your path is going to look like. Some unexpected challenges may have already surprised you and jostled you around a bit. That’s okay! It happens. We can’t foresee everything that is going to happen to knock us off our path, but we can decide what we’ll do about it. That is why I love this quote by Plato, “The first and greatest victory is to conquer self.” We can’t control anything or anyone except ourselves so accept where you are at and go from there. This week we talked about our highs and our lows. We’ll have both every day, every week, every year. Whether you are currently at a high point or a low point decide what you will do and take that first small step.
Today we had a guest interview, Kim Domacilio! She shares with us her insights on setting goals and to have fun with your aspirations! She teaches us the power in making vision boards and we were easily convinced! Next week we will all share our visonboards! We had a successful week of achieving our weekly goals. Starting the year off right!
Hi I'm Josh, the bass of the group. One of my goals for 2021 is to go mountain biking and skiing during the same week or even the same day. With Utah's weather, anything is possible. When I'm not enjoying the mountains, I love going country dancing and making custom clothing for my business, JP Couture. I built this company with the mantra: Life is full of compromises; the fit shouldn't be one of them! My suits come with a 100% guaranteed fit. Also, one of my goals is to have a failure each day. If you make failure a goal, then it takes the fear out of it!
Hi! I'm Heidi! This week in my hot seat interview you’ll get all the details behind my quest to set and achieve goals. It started with a quote from Benjamin Franklin and has taken several paths as I’ve tried to love life and love myself. When I’m not setting goals I’m an avid reader who loves to travel. Magic happens when my wandering path crosses the path of my favorite characters. This year I am slowing down, showing more gratitude and embracing the whole spectrum of real life.
Welcome back to the second season of the 52 Weeks Podcast. Old-timers Meredith McBride and Steph Shoell recruited Heidi Mecham and Josh Kamp to join them on their goal setting journey. Season 2 is full of new guests, funny stories, and a mantra to dream big, start small, and act daily. Listen to the four comrades chat about their vision and goals for 2021.
t's hard not to get emotional reminiscing over this past year. When we started recording in December of 2019, we had no idea what was in store for the year. I am so grateful for the weekly consistency of getting together every Sunday with Kellie and Meredith for 52 weeks. It has been my sense of normalcy during earthquakes, riots, and the COVID-19 pandemic. What good friends I have to commit to my crazy idea of having a weekly podcast talking about goals. Today is a bittersweet day for me because Kellie won't be joining us again for season 2 of the podcast. Although I know we will still be friends and hang out, I started crying when she walked in to record today. I hate getting emotional! Kellie and Meredith are the two friends I see the most. They know my inconsistencies and my excuses. They see my strengths and my determination. Being vulnerable each week about goals and spending many mornings walking the park together has created a friendship beyond this podcast. Kellie, we will miss you but thank you for coming along for the ride!
We basked in Thanksgiving this week….sans pecan pie, which was sad, but good for our calorie intake….and it was wonderful to not be at work and to spend some time giving thanks for different circumstances and experiences. This week we pondered Andrew Carnegie’s words as we look ahead to 2021. He said: “If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.” Well said Andy! We decided this could be a great litmus test for what is worthy of focusing on in 2021. We are excited to ‘go again’ with new goals that raise our ambition! Bring it on! Have a delightful week!
It’s Thanksgiving week and we all have a lot to be grateful for. G.K. Chesterton said some wise words; I don’t know who Chesterton is but his words sound smart and a little cheesy. “I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought; and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.” Kellie just googled him and Chesty, as we like to call him, is known as the Prince of Paradox….so, I guess we can trust him...maybe. One thing we are grateful for this year is our podcast. It really has helped us to have a sense of normalcy during an ‘interesting’ year. Jim Rohn talks about why we set goals: The ultimate reason for setting goals is to entice you to become the person it takes to achieve them. Happy Thanksgiving, and if you have pecan pie, invite Kellie over.
As we are wrapping up this year, it's caused us to reflect on what success really is. Success isn't just about accomplishment. Life isn't just about a checklist of checking things off, but it is about the people around us. The whole reason we have been accountable weekly with a podcast is that we knew that one day we would figure out this goal thing, and we wanted a record of how we did it to help other people accomplish their goals. We thought we would be goal Allstars at the end of the year, and yet after 49 weeks, I realize I still have a lot to learn.
Our quote for the week comes from the dating guru Matthew Hussey. I have had this pinned on my cork board all year to remind me of the high-value lifestyle that I want to create. "Create a high-value lifestyle that will draw men (people) to you and satisfy you with or without your man (career, possessions, relationships)." XOXO - Meredith
Today is daylight savings and we are, although we are thankful for another hour to sleep. However, a funny idea going around is that none of us need an extra hour of 2020. Amen to that! This week was rough for me. The cold front made me abandon all hope at continuing a morning routine. It just felt too hard to get out of my warm bed. But my laziness scared me; I have worked too hard to give up at the end. The good news is that Kellie and I dragged ourselves to the gym on Saturday, so now we will be better prepared for our power gym sessions in the afternoon starting tomorrow. We had extra motivation because we need to counteract the vast quantity of red robin fries we consumed Friday night. “There is a window that exists between the moment you have an instinct to change and your mind killing it. It’s a five second window. And it exists for everyone.” - Mel Robbins

We had extra motivation because we need to counteract the vast quantity of red robin fries we consumed Friday night. “There is a window that exists between the moment you have an instinct to change and your mind killing it. It’s a five second window. And it exists for everyone.” - Mel Robbins
Today is the first snowfall which marks that winter is coming. Steph is mourning the loss of summer and is brainstorming ways to beat the winter blues. She really should just move to a warmer climate in the winter. Kellie plans to hunker down for the winter and get all her meals from DoorDash. That will contradict with the great strides she made in not purchasing from Amazon or food delivery services, but desperate times call for desperate measures. She should probably just join Steph in that warmer climate. But as for Ginger Cat here, I am a winter baby. I have a fireplace and am just waiting for snowshoes to go on sale at Costco so I’m all set. I just got Lasik so I am able to see the snow more clearly. Today we are talking about hope. This quote by Dieter F. Uchtdorf talks about how hope sustains us through despair: “Hope sustains us through despair. If only we could glimpse for a moment what the Lord has in store for us, not only in the next life but in this one as well. our hope would be UNSHAKEABLE and despair could never overcome us.” Goals give me hope. Steph talked about how she needs to have hope in dating so that she doesn't feel despair. Kellie says amen to that. Whatever it is you are struggling with, remember if your hope is unshakeable, despair won’t overcome you.
Today we have a quick phone call to catch up on our goals. I killed it this week by reorganizing my closet. Meredith was quite successful in cutting out the curse words. Steph made an appointment with the dentist and doctor. Look at all of us doing hard things. Today's inspiration comes from Stephen Kellogg. "The moment you put a deadline on your dream, it becomes a goal." - Stephen Kellogg. I realized that standup has just been this dream, but it became a goal when I put a deadline on it. Steph shared how podcasting was just a dream until she started scheduling interviews, and with each interview, she forced herself to learn more and more about podcasting. Well, that's all for today. I hope you all get out there and crush your goals.
We are recording late Sunday night. I’m tired and ready for bed. Kellie rocked her goals this week, but Amazon may not be too happy because they lost one of their loyal customers. Meredith also was terrific with her plans and is super peppy and excited tonight. I, unfortunately, am still a pansy and have not called the dentist. Our inspiration for this week comes from Hal Elrod. “You are where you are because of who you were, but where you go depends entirely on who you choose to be.” - Hal Elrod
This has been a great week. We have been up to our ears in achieving our goals, or not achieving goals. Steph needed a little more nudging to call the dentist. Kellie killed it not shopping on Amazon and drinking her water. I did some soul searching on how I want my morning routine to look. We talked about how you know enough to get you going. You don’t need to be a professional to achieve your goals. Here’s a quote I like that illustrates this: “Never be afraid to try something new… An amateur built the ark that lasted forty days and forty nights; professionals built the titanic that sank.” Steph shared a story about her running coach who planned their own ultra marathon. This was their first ultramarathon and had never planned a full race before. But they gathered their family and friends and made a route. They weren’t professional Ultramarathoners but they crossed the finish line at mile 100. With some good planning and a big dream we can make it to our goals.
Today we talked about how things have been going and where we are going with our lives. We discussed what our goals were at the beginning of the year and what we want to do for the next ten weeks. Steph is nearing the finish line with her 20 hikes by October, Kellie doesn’t want to cook anymore, and Meredith is still making it up as she goes along. We have learned that it is easier to set weekly goals when we have an overall game plan. After discussing what goals we want to work toward, we should have smooth sailing the rest of the year! Kellie shared Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how in 2020 people aren’t able to have their basic needs met. It’s ok when we have to slow down from plowing forward in order to make sure our basic needs are taken care of. Be patient with yourself, get your needs in order and carry on! “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” Zig Ziglar P.S.And remember all you Aussies, watch out for those Magpies. They will poke your eye out.
Goals are often viewed only in a binary way, you either achieve them or you don’t; but when you think of development as being a process of making mistakes and learning from them, it takes away the perfectionist mentality. How many New Year’s resolutions end prematurely because of all or nothing thinking? People feel they failed once, so why even try. If we look at this year there are many times we didn’t meet our expectations, but we were able to learn and pivot when we fell short. This year we have learned a lot about how we ‘define and refine’ who we want to be and what we desire for our future selves.
According to Websters, Diligence is defined as a steady, earnest, and energetic effort. Now that we are on week 38, I feel like our effort has been constant, but maybe it lacks some enthusiasm at times, and we start going through the motions. Financial Guru Dave Ramsey talks about Diligence, and he exclaims, “ Work is doing it. Discipline is doing it every day. Diligence is doing it well every day.” As we head into the last part of the year, our mission is not just to get our goals but to do them well every day.
Today we are talking about a mate from Kellie's homeland of Australia, Mr.Cliff Young. Cliff decided to run an 875- Kilometer endurance race from Sydney to Melbourne at the ripe old age of 56. For those of you who are wondering how many kilometers that is, it's about 540 miles. When Cliff showed up to the race, not only was he decades older than many of the contestants, but he was dressed in overalls and work boots. Reporters and other athletes mocked him and asked him if he thought he could do this race. When asked if he would finish, he replied, "I think I can do it. I am sure I can do it. Only death will stop me. If I get run over by a semi-trailer, that is the only thing that will stop me. Of course, I hope I don't because I have a lot of living to do after this." Isn't that a great answer? Not only to Cliff finish the race, but he took first place and set a new course record. You see, Cliff grew up on a farm, and they didn't have money for horses or tractors, so he would have to run to gather the animals. Maybe Cliff didn't come to the race dressed as a stereotypical runner, but he proved that you don't have to have the right gear to run. Cliff knew he could run, and even when those around him doubted his ability, he continued forward, and he also shared, "no matter what you do, you have to keep moving. If you don't wear out, you rust out, and you rust out quicker than you wear out." So let us don't rust out this week. Get out there and move your body. You are capable of more than you know.

“ When you start taking care of yourself, you start feeling better, you start looking better, and you even start to attract better. It always starts with you. Take real good care of yourself.”

Do we have a treat for you! Today we chatted with Craig Oborn with the intention of learning about his human connection experiment. In an effort to increase his relationship with his siblings and parents, he set out to email them a question every week for 52 weeks. This turned into five years of sharing answers to questions, learning more about each other and increasing their family bonds. We were already impressed by that, but when our conversation turned to his work on what he terms ‘the human code’, that’s what really blew our minds!
Craig shared with us that he has summarized his idea in this simple equation:
What you say + What you think = What you believe, and that is what you are.
We discussed how powerful the messages we tell our brains are. So we are excited to experiment with affirmations this week!
Are you feeling stuck in your comfort zone? The thought of going and trying something new seems daunting or overwhelming? Well, my friends, you're not alone. It is easier to stay in situations that are familiar and safe then try something that might produce failure or rejection. I found this quote by Alex Honnold that just spoke to me this week.
“My comfort zone is like a little bubble around me, and I’ve pushed it in different directions and made it bigger and bigger until these objectives that seemed totally crazy eventually fall within the realm of the possible”- Alex Honnold
So how do you gradually expand your comfort zone bubble? When googling the topic there are loads of ideas. But most of us know what is keeping us in our comfort zone. For some, it might be going up to a stranger and making conversation; for others it might be spending a night meditating. The things that came to your mind as we were talking about comfort zones are probably the things you are fearing and avoiding the most. So don’t pop your comfort zone; just expand it a little bit this week.
This week we are focusing on the challenges of sticking at a goal. In today's world of instant gratification, it is hard to be patient and have things change slowly. But let us all remember the tortoise. It doesn't matter how slow your pace, as long as you keep moving ahead. This following quote is simple, but meaningful:
“Your speed doesn’t matter, Forward is Forward”- unknown
Find ways that you can keep moving forward with the goals you are working on.
To illustrate this point we interviewed Leah Abucayan-Cook about her journey of having a goal to become a Disney imagineer and how she makes time for her creative passions and fitness goals.
Determine your main goal, then figure out the steps you need to take to get there. Take small steps to get where you want to be - it takes progress. It would be best if you had fans — people who support you and will deliver harsh feedback with kindness and good intent. Recruit personal sponsors — senior leaders who can advocate for you when it’s time for a promotion. Include at least one critic. These people may be the toughest to approach, but they can be the most valuable. Look for people who have deep-seated perceptions of you and are likely to block you from advancing. If you enlist their help, you may be able to shift the relationship into a positive one and use their criticism to grow.
If you are a sucker for motivational video then this short clip is jam-packed with all the feel-good vibes. At the very end, the speaker talked about how his father would always ask him the question “how are you living”? Notice that the father didn't say what are you doing but how are you living? The definition of living is a person or thing that is alive or active. An example of living is a breathing person with brain activity. An example of living is a social person who is enjoying the fruits of life. How are you doing at enjoying the fruits of life? Last week the wannabe golden girls and I woke up every morning at 6:30 and went walking. Waking up early and smelling the fresh summer air as I got to chat with my closest friends made me feel alive. It put an extra bounce in my step. Sometimes I get so preoccupied with a list and tasks instead of just enjoying the moment and living. Well, that's all for today. Hope you have a great week!
According to Harvard Business Review, There three types of people you should include this is applying to the business world, but it works in our personal lives as well.

It’s summertime which means all of us have been traveling during our normal recording times. Kellie was in Colorado and Meredith and Steph enjoyed the water in Lake Powell. This episode is only a few minutes as we had to cram the phone recording during the workday.
Yesterday was Father’s Day and we wanted to do a little tribute to our Dads. Umberto sums up what we learn from our father's best in his quote. “I believe that what we become depends on what our fathers teach us at odd moments when they aren't trying to teach us. We are formed by little scraps of wisdom.” ― Umberto Eco
The Golden Girls had it figured out: Life is better with friends. They motivate and support us through life’s adventures and changes, so why not lean on them to achieve our goals?
Find Your “Glass-Is-Half-Full” Friend
Science-backed data shows that the people we surround ourselves with influence how we act. It’s called social contagion theory. If you set a big goal but have veered off course a bit, find your friends who always see the silver lining and spend time with them. Check in with one another and give positive feedback and encouragement for the things you’ve done well.
Today it's storming and it has caused us to reflect on if we are a cow or buffalo. Johnny boy explains this concept in more detail but the thing we hope you remember from this episode is to not be a cow. :)
It's been 11 weeks since we last recorded together in the same room. As we focus on the next 27 weeks, we decided to pivot a little to what will work best for us. In the first half of the year we have gained better insight into what best for us for goal setting and are customizing to what will help us be successful. We want to set ourselves up for success so that when the time comes that we aren’t recording every week we have set habits of reflecting consistently and improving ourselves to achieve goals.
Meredith found this great quote from her Jorge Cruise wonder book: “Think of your belief as a tabletop and the legs of the table as the references that support the tabletop. For example, if you believe that you are smart (tabletop) you have references which are the legs that support your belief. Maybe people have told you that you are smart, you have many smart friends, and you enjoy doing smart activities such as reading and attending seminars.” Jorge Cruise Goalie Goal: Consider your tabletop belief and the legs you need to secure and support it.
John Boitnott a writer for entrepreneur.com put our feelings into words as he shared, “The daily routine, and even drudgery, of life sometimes beats our dreams out of us, a little bit at a time. Before we know it, we’ve lost the drive we once propelled us to achieve our goals.” Preach Johnny boy, preach! John gave 5 tips to consistently kill it and his points hit so close from home we decided to post the article to read the full account go here.
Have you ever thought that the choices you make today can affect your life in the year's future? No pressure or anything. I have been trying to change my habits to help me with my weight loss journey. As we are making these decisions with our goals its shaping our destiny as cheesy as it might sound. This week I started writing out my goals. I wrote down why I wanted to do the goals and how I was going to accomplish them. We can change this quote to be with our podcast. It is in the moments of decisions that our goals are achieved. Kellie talked about how not doing it today has an impact on tomorrow. They are all little decisions that add up. Buying one thing isn't going to have that big of impact on my budget or savings but all the little things add up. I am a rationalizer and because of those moments I am not achieving my goals as quickly as I would like to. If there's not a real purpose behind it there's not a lot of motivation behind it.
It’s Mother’s Day and we felt it was only appropriate to pay tribute to our mothers and the amazing women in our lives. President Russell M. Nelson, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints has said: “No one can duplicate the influence of a mother. … Anytime I use the word mother, I am not talking only about women who have given birth or adopted children in this life. I am speaking about all of our Heavenly Parents’ adult daughters. Every woman is a mother by virtue of her eternal divine destiny.” While Meredith, Kellie and I are all lucky to have a biological mother living that we are close to and can lean on, we have all been influenced by the love and nurturing and example of women around us.
Do you ever feel like you're moving through molasses? With the COVID-19 pandemic it feels it's moving so slow. Without an end in sight and summer approaching it is becoming apparent that this summer won’t have the amusement parks, concerts, parades, or anything with crowds. So enjoying our summer and getting to most out of it regardless of changed conditions may take a little more effort and planning. Which is why this week’s quote really speaks to us: “The only difference between try and triumph is a little bit of umph.” ― Marvin Phillips (Steph’s favorite basketball player) These goals we are setting are achievable, but need a little more
Our bodies are more than just our shapes and sizes. When you really think about the function of our bodies they are flipping amazing! Steph shared with us some of the gems that she learned from her the self-esteem workbook.
We are changing things up this week by taking a break from our goals. According to Psychology Today, at some point you are going to feel frustrated and discouraged. “To cure exhaustion, discouragement, and wavering commitment is rest. That's right, rest!”
The last ten weeks of March felt like an eternity but April is flying by. It might have a lot to do with the sunshine and blossoms. We are still in the midst of COVID-19 and are recording via the phone but beautiful weather makes everything better. Do you ever feel like you don’t have a purpose? That there are things that you would like to do but you just never take the time to write them down and make them into a goal? Today we are talking about the purpose behind our goals and what we really want.
Another week of us recording individually from our homes. It has now been three weeks of isolation and we are wondering when life will get back to normal. This week we were reminded of the importance of hope. Jeffrey R. Holland shared, “One of the most indispensable virtues during times of hardship is hope.” Hope is defined as a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. Whether it is the circumstances in the world to change, or expecting change with goals, the one thing we need is hope.
Our Glowing Goalie for the week is Ryan Reeve from South Carolina. Two and a half years ago, Ryan was told by the doctor that if he didn't change his lifestyle, he wouldn't see his baby that was two months away from being born. The doctor told him you can't change tomorrow or the next day, but today. This motivation to see his daughter propelled him on a lifestyle change that resulted in losing 146 lbs! In talking about his weight loss journey, he explained Lego houses aren't built with one block. They are built with thousands of Lego blocks. Each piece is a part of your journey. So even though it may seem small only to contribute one piece a week, you are still building something great. He also said that weight loss isn't about just losing weight, but finding a new mindset. Every time he thinks about quitting, he remembers his daughter and why he started. Everyone has a reason for why they started on a weightloss journey. If you can think about that reason, when you want to quit, it will help you to keep moving forward.
We thought last week was unsettling, but add an earthquake to the mix here in Utah and we wanted to call it quits. With this week being rattled, our goals were not met, but taking Carolynn's advice we did the best we could with the mental, physical and emotional resources we had. It's hard to concentrate on goals when there is an unknown future and our routines are disrupted.
This week we talk about strategies and motivation to keep going. The quote for this week is, “There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs”. Goals require hard work and priorities. Get hiking!
Remember that rad dude, Newton? You know the one that had the apple knock him on the head? Turns out he had some sense knocked into him….or maybe he was already just as smart...it's hard to say. Well, our dear Ginger Cat today said something as profound as Newtdawg. She wisely remarked, “An object not in motion stays not in motion”.
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you” This quote motivates us to not just settle for a goal that is an easy win. If we want true change, it needs to push and challenge us. No pain, no gain, right?
Have you ever been weeks into working for a goal only to find that it's just not coming together. Maybe it's time to step back and reassess your plan. The goal may be great, but perhaps the way you are going about it isn’t right for you. There's no one way to reach a goal; don't be afraid to make adjustments. There are no rules; it’s between you and your goal. Do what you feel is best for your situation.
This week we reached a milestone of all three of us receiving standing ovations and accomplishing our goals! We are taking time this week to celebrate our accomplishments and regroup for another 42 weeks. “Remember to Celebrate Milestones as you prepare for the road ahead.” Nelson Mandela We can’t rest on our laurels though. The only way we will get a standing ovation next week is to put in more work.
Why did we fall into bad habits? The fact is life is messy. Sometimes laziness and discouragement overpower motivation and desire. But we are still on the goal path. This podcast is about progression not perfection and how boring would it be if we always were rockstars and getting standing ovations? We are broadcasting our weaknesses, our low points and the times that we find our chin on the ground. So heres to another week of starting all over again.
Do you ever feel like your new year's resolutions end before February begins? Quoting Jade Murray , “It’s slow progress, but quitting won’t make it any faster.” Maybe you stepped off the goal path and are sitting on the park bench. We invite you to get back on the path with us because even if its small steps you’re still moving forward.
Have you ever made a goal just because it sounded like a good thing to do or your friends were doing it? Or maybe it seemed way cool for your bucket list, but you didn't realize how much effort it would require. We learned this week that some of our goals we were doing because it sounded nice, but in reality, we lacked the commitment to make that desire an action. Kenneth Blanchard talks about how "There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses: only results." So are your goals an interest or commitment?
What is the difference between discipline and motivation? J.D. Meier describes discipline as ‘what to do’ and motivation as ‘why to do it’. In this episode we explore how we can acquire greater discipline for when our motivation fails us. Our Goalie Goal this week: Think of a disciplined person in your life and take time to have a conversation with them about their thoughts on discipline. It may inspire you!
What do you think of when you think of self care? Netflixs and pizza, retail therapy, spa days? Brianna West talks about how true self-care is doing the things you least like to do, but need to do, or as Kellie always says “adulting”. Our Goalie Goal this week is to take just five minutes one day to do something you have been avoiding.
Are you sick of making resolutions only to have them end by Martin Luther King Day? Forbes discusses how only 8 percent of people accomplish their New Years Resolution. With those odds, some might say why even try. But we are here to say don't give up; the slow tortoise does indeed win the race, and setting boundaries is a crucial gear to help you accomplish your goals.
With New Year's Day on the horizon, this quote by William E. Vaughan seemed fitting: “An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves.” What are you going to be this year?
Breaking News: This podcast is now international as we welcome our friend Kellie from Australia. It starts to get real as the gals discuss what is keeping them from their goals and how they are going to improve next week. The new motto is ‘Genuinely Do What You Can Do’.
Have you stopped setting goals because you keep on failing? Do you feel stuck in a rut? No, this isn't an infomercial for a thigh jiggler; this is a new podcast all about goals. Join Meredith and Steph as they try to figure out this whole goal thing and explain why they started the podcast.
Kellie has the wit to turn the dullest of dinner parties into a delight. Hailing from Melbourne, Kellie is a fair dinkum Aussie girl embracing the American dream in Utah for the past three years. Aside from the great land Down Under, she has also lived in New Zealand and Dubai, bringing a truly international flavor to the 52 Weeks podcast.
Summertime is Steph’s jam. She loves anything that has to do with the outdoors and talking. Paddletalk, firetalk, clifftalk are just a few of her favorites. Because of her curiosity for people’s stories, it is no surprise that she has found her home as an audio biographer. She is so happy that her friends Meredith and Kellie are joining her on her 52-week goal-setting journey and knows that 2020 will be a year for the books.
Meredith is a proud ginger who loves bike rides and has recently discovered her love for woodworking. No, this is not her dating profile, but it can be if you are a bearded man with dark hair. Learn more about Meredith in this episode that was originally recorded on the Notable Peeps Podcast.
