During this podcast Adam shares his story with his fight against obesity. Adam talk about his journey and reasons why he feel into his eating getting out of control, from an early ages and a worry during adulthood. Although we discussed a serious topic Adam even amazed me with a mind reading trick (as he is a professional magician). No crap we were on a voice call over zoom and he read my mind! How he did it I do not know! Listen to find out more. A great podcast which I hope will help a lot of people who suffer with weight issues. With all this going on we still found time to have a laugh and a joke about football. Keep battling on Liam.

I have included a process in how you can stop beating yourself up and move forward after mistakes!
