Being a teacher can be both rewarding and discouraging.  Whether you are a veteran teacher or brand new to the field, we all share similar experiences regarding defeats and triumphs in the classroom.  But what does it truly mean to become a master teacher?  How do educators that are known as master teachers describe their philosophy on being a master educator?  Moreover, how can you aspire to be education's finest teacher?  When do you know you have made it?

I would also like to thank my guest educator Mr. William Lawrence for joining this first podcast episode.  Thank you Mr. Lawrence and continue your plight of educating life long learners.
