One year ago, certain events pertaining to the global economic market were discussed. As these things come to pass, we turn to the Bible to understand what is to come. Temesgen brings to light Genesis 28 and discusses the prophetic implications that occured at Bethel, the Gate of Heaven. A recent epidemic of children born with microcephaly has troubled the new born children of Brazil. This epidemic has coincided with an explosion of the zika virus transmitted by mosquitos. This has led to speculation by health officials that the two may be connected. What is there to see in the Bible concerning this matter? Hey Man: Can you bring up the subject of Jacob’s Sheep to Matthew & Mike. Why? because they are not in Israel now. I don’t know if that breed, that Jacob had was the ones that carried on through the Exodus and thus were the proper sacrificial sheep that produced the lambs. The Grexodus is real. It has been triggered by a financial crisis. So will yours.
The Greek diaspora is massive – proportionally greater even than the British. The free movement of people is a hallmark of any progressive civilisation. But when austerity measures have cast more than half of young people into unemployment, the loss of more than 150,000 graduates from a population where only five million are available to contribute to national wellbeing does not bode well for the future.
The figures are stark. Classically just over half the Greek population is not available to work; this proportion of children, pensioners and those in poor health is little different to other countries. So, of around 11 million people, the entire economy must be supported by around five million – but only 3.6 million Greeks are currently employed. 1.4 million are without work. Nearly half of those (0.64m) are aged less than 35 years.

In 2 Kings Chapter 8, we are told that the Shunammite must sojourn with the Philistines for seven years because of a coming famine in the land. When she returns she must cry out to the King for the restoration of her house and her field.
Also, a look back at 1 Kings 1 and 2 to examine David's words to Solomon concerning his enemies and the establishment of the Kingdom.

Luke Chapter 2 describes the birth of our Lord in the manger and His presentation in the Temple. In this broadcast we will delve into the prophetic implications of His coming on to this world, and how, through the Child, we can see what is to come. Luk 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary His mother, "Behold, this Child is appointed for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and for a sign to be opposed-- Luk 2:35 and a sword will pierce even your own soul--to the end that thoughts from many hearts may be revealed." Luk 2:48 And when they saw Him, they were astonished; and His mother said to Him, "Son, why have You treated us this way? Behold, Your father and I have been anxiously looking for You." Luk 2:49 And He said to them, "Why is it that you were looking for Me? Did you not know that I had to be in My Father's house?" Luk 2:50 And they did not understand the statement which He had made to them.

Malachi chapters 1-3. Esau despised and sold his birthright. The covenant of Levi polluted. The sons of Levi purified and refined.
"After He had removed him, He raised up David to be their king, concerning whom He also testified and said, 'I HAVE FOUND DAVID the son of Jesse, A MAN AFTER MY HEART, who will do all My will.' Exploring how the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5), the covenant at Horeb (Deuteronomy 5), and the covenant with Levi (Malachi) demonstrate what type of man the Lord desires.
And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God, and he will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared.
