This week I’m going deep and getting personal. Like the episode title suggests, I’m discussing my ADHD journey this week and how it’s affected my business.
For years and years I didn’t talk about my ADHD diagnosis. I hid it from the world, unintentionally. I felt that by acknowledging it I would make it my identity and I really didn't want that. SO, I hid a piece of me in a forgotten drawer.
But doing so made my life SO much harder… and that included running my business.
Whether you have ADHD or not, this episode will help you run your business in ways that benefit and work for YOU. Maybe you’re scared to fully embrace an aspect of yourself because you worry it’s too weird, or too much, or you just feel like people are not going to like or approve of you. I want you to listen to this episode and walk away knowing that if there is a part of you that you’re holding back, you CAN change your perspective and see it as your greatest gift.
We’re done allowing our fears and personal struggles dictate the way we operate both personally and in business! It’s scary facing what we’re insecure about, but so worth it. It’s so freeing!

Here’s what’s on my mind today: I’m done trading time for money. I want BOTH.
