Jesus did so much when he was here on earth. A lot of what he did was unexpected. That he came as a baby instead of a warrior. He healed people and talked with the tax collectors. He called out the priests and mentored a group of uneducated men. Brenna picks up the story of Jesus washing his disciples feet. She does a story telling of the Easter story.

There are always those random topics we see trending all the time! What about those topics that maybe we don't get a chance to look at or think about! This trending topic Ben Fienup talks about how mental health has become more spoken about in junior high students. What is mental health and how we can go about working through those hard times. Asking for help is good from a trusted adult. He also brings truth to tell ourselves when we feel like lies are all around us.

She shares how looking up helps us not miss out on whats happening around us!

That could mean sports, academics, arts, social media, etc. Tyler breaks down what that might look like if we have our true identity first in Jesus rather than others.

Dave Bartlett comes and talks to us about some information that might be leading us to think about unrealistic lies about sex.

We all have wounds. Jesus' wounds on the cross give us the opportunity to pass our wounds to Him -- instead of punching forward or pulling back. Jesus knows and understands YOU.

Dave Bartlett shared 12 different lies that the world tells us about sex including: you are not normal, God is against sex, pornography doesn’t hurt anyone, and more. This is a great resource for parents/guardians as they continue this conversation with their students!

A quick glimpse of 275+ Junior High students worship Jesus and a reminder that "God promises can be trusted."
God doesn't answer all of our questions -- I don't know why -- but He does give us opportunities to step out and claim everyday who He made us to be. God says, "Come as you are and I will be with you." Gideon too came out of hiding and God used him in amazing ways. YOU -- YOU -- YOU have so much to offer.
In an overwhelming world, God promises P E A C E through being still in Him. How do you react to trials? In hopelessness? or in anxiety? or in fear?
