I read from chapter 7 in Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural about the heart’s relationship to the human nervous system as well as mention some other topics about technology and nature, our relationship to it, and the need to learn to navigate compassion and human connection swiftly ahead of the technological advancements. In other words, if we can learn to keep our hearts open with compassion and kindness, we will not get swept away by a dark dystopic lonely technological future.
