The Evolution of Me

This podcast was born from a personal journey. My own journey through loss and heartbreak then taking all of those experiences and life lessons, recognising all of the mistakes, accepting and then more importantly taking responsibility and accountability for them. I decided not to allow mistakes to hinder moving forward each and every day. To remove all regret and channel everything into positive energy. To be proactive in seeing the positive in each and every situation. In doing that, in realigning my energy and the energy I projected out into my world. It has allowed me to rebuild everything exactly how I wanted my new life to be. Surrounded by the love of the most amazing woman, the most incredible and beautiful daughter, a wonderful family and a group of friends that are nothing short but my family. I have all of the tools required to tackle what life may choose to throw in this direction. I now understand everything that happens to us ultimately will be for the better, that even every single negative we encounter and have to overcome will become a positive making us stronger than we could perceive possible. Now, understanding and embracing the problems and pains that come into our world and see them as challenges, instructions. As one day they will form new strengths providing the skills to tackle anything that may enter life in the future.

So the next phase of the Evolution of Me, is quite simply; The Evolution of Us
