I have been hearing from you lately that PMDD fatigue makes it impossible to function some days. You barely make it out of bed, and then when you do, you wind up on the couch taking a nap for two hours. You get so behind on your housework and to-dos, not to mention the goals that you’ve been striving to achieve for years now. You’re frustrated and exhausted. You feel like you’re wading through mud that is up to your armpits. So you reach out and ask, “Rebecca, do you have any tips?” And yes, my friend, I do. Now as a health coach I encourage my clients to make short-term symptom relief plans so that they can reduce the magnitude of their symptoms and be able to find at least some relief in the moment. And I also encourage them to address any underlying causes or contributors to their fatigue and come up with more long term strategies for that. With that said, today I want to give you three ideas that you can use RIGHT NOW to immediately boost your energy. Now they probably won’t totally solve your fatigue, but they will give you some symptom relief. And more importantly they are tools that you can put in your toolbox to pull out and use, not only helping you to reduce symptoms, but also reminding you that you have POWER OVER PMDD!
