Today I talked about: Colorism sparks a myriad of reactions within the black community, depending on the shade of the person you speak with and also the gender as well. What we all should be able to agree on is that there is engrained programming that still plagues the black community, whether light or dark to see your counterparts in a certain light. The poem I wrote for this episode speaks .
