Fall we’re naturally more productive because we have been in ourselves getting back to school.
But I got three tips, because I don’t want you to waste this at work. I want you to use these tips for yourself.
Okay. So truth! … for your purpose…
So, tip number one: first of all, people think about productivity as doing more. We’re going to do less. Three things to stop doing.
Stop looking at your phone first thing in the morning for an hour, and here’s why: you have all the motivational juice you need for yourself first thing in the morning.
But I call this the “lemon rule.” Think about your brain like a lemon. It’s full and juicy— full of dopamine, ready to go when you wake up. But, like an idiot, I used to reach for my phone… squeeze all that juice on social media. If you wait an hour, you have all the motivation…
For my first hour, I leave my phone in my bathroom. I go for a walk, I get out of bed, I make my bed.
Do you journal?
Nope. I think of one thing – mainly because I’m dyslexic, so I don’t like to… – but I think of what is my focus for today?

Boa aprendizagem!
FRASES ANALISADAS NA LIÇÃO:
This is the time—not January 1st or when people traditionally think of changing.
Yeah, January gets all the credit, but based on research, fall we’re naturally more productive because we have been in ourselves getting back to school, getting our new notebook.
I don’t want you to waste this at work. I want you to use these tips for yourself.
People think about productivity as doing more. We’re going to do less.

Hi, guys. My name is Anna, and in this video, I’m going to be talking about things not to do in Korea as a foreigner.
And before I start getting into the points, let me just preface by saying that none of this is a hundred percent the Bible.
And there might not be any real consequences from you not following these things.
For those of you who may not know. I’m Korean. I was born in Korea, but I lived in the UK for a long time, and I’ve also traveled a lot of the world, so I’ve seen how other countries are, and I think I can give advice on things that might be okay over there compared to how things are in Korea. So again, not saying I know everything, but just giving you guys advice. So let’s go.
Don’t get offended when people ask you for your age.
But in Korea, there is an age hierarchy system, and everyone just asks each other for their age because, obviously, Koreans will use honorifics and how you address them and stuff, so it is important to figure out someone’s age. So don’t be offended if people ask you for your age like kind of immediately after asking for your name.
Like, when I went to New York last time, people would just start talking to me on the street.
