He has developed business curriculum and content for the largest Private Education Provider in Africa and several other international companies. He owned a number of private schools in Africa with a business and healthcare focus and practiced as a Business Development Coach.
Melton's love and passion for God has manifested through various city transformation projects in South Africa. He desires to see the goodness of God become tangible for all in Colorado springs. City Transformation through church and business partnership is the way forward to establish God's rule and reign in all the earth.
