Sermon by Vaughn Winslett
Join us as Pastor Vaughn Winslett explores the profound significance of Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem, as recorded in Matthew 2. This small town in Judea, foretold by the prophets, became the birthplace of the Savior, fulfilling ancient promises and changing the course of history.
Tune in now and be blessed by the message.
In his sermon “On the Wise,” Vaughn Winslett explored the profound truth behind the words from Matthew 1:18, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise.” Drawing attention to God’s divine purpose, he emphasized that Jesus came into the world to redeem the elect through His sacrificial death. This message beautifully highlights God’s eternal plan of salvation and the unparalleled love shown in Christ’s incarnation.
In this sermon, Vaughn Winslett explores Matthew 1:6-17, highlighting the genealogy from King David to the Babylonian captivity. This passage reveals God’s faithfulness through generations, even amid trials and exile.
In this sermon, Pastor Vaughn Winslett delves into Hebrews 13:13 (KJV): “Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.” Explore the powerful call to follow Christ outside the camp, bearing His reproach with faith and conviction.
Pastor Vaughn Winslett shares a powerful message from Hebrews, urging us to let brotherly love continue.
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels…
Heb 11:30-31 30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days. 31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.
Heb 11:29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry [land]: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.
Heb 11:28 Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.
By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment. By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.
By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son…
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

2Pe 2:4-7 – For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth [person], a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned [them] with an overthrow, making [them] an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
