It is not enough to pray, but to meditate on God's promises is also necessary on our journey because life can seem confusing at times. We will have moments when it seems like we are walking out on freedom from challenges. To suddenly feel as though we are journeying through fire and extreme difficulties, faith is highly needed within either of these scenarios, having the faith that holds firm and visualizes God's promises through all our struggles.
Furthermore, we can always pull examples and life lessons from our history, like, for instance, the story of the Hebrew men who encountered their test of faith and trust after being sentenced to the fiery furnace. God made sure that no harm befell them and protected them to the point that not even their clothes were damage through personally standing literally amid the fire.
However, there is an integral part of these men's journeys that is not often voice, and it is how confident they were in speaking words of faith over their lives while steering into the death of the fiery furnace.

Maybe it is best to hold off on those daring dreams until our world circumstance changes. Furthermore, the negative thoughts can present themselves the loudest at times if not brought into captivity and place under subjection with what God thinks and say's about us.
God has mentioned countless times how special and important we are, which in all honesty, from us here at the studio, trumps the views of others.
Be reminded that we will encounter another more significant challenge with each elevation and advancement if we progress forward and not relent. At times our challenges are success examinations masquerading as an impossible assignment. Due to our steadfast determination to renewing and ministering to our subconscious mind, success will follow us.

Furthermore, it is imperative to focus on cultivating our minds as the first step to unlocking victories over setbacks or failures.
Now, the art of cultivating our minds could be comparable to a farmer cultivating his crops. The farmer would have designed a routine schedule and the discipline to locate and remove unwanted weeds or visitors in his garden. He would also remove nonproductive crops and replace them, and it is the same for us during this journey to becoming our best version.
By locating any, toxic thoughts—such as stress, worry, fear, anger, and unforgiveness, can all cause damage to the brain. These toxic thoughts release chemicals into the brain, causing chaos and damage. They can also cause a loss of sleep or of the ability to do our jobs right, physical illness, and more.
However, when we guard our minds and thoughts and keep ourselves in an attitude of faith, praise, thanksgiving, and truth, we will experience consistency, healing, deliverance, and victory.

Let us commence identifying information or habits that have not yield any productive progress to our purpose and replace it with thoughts in line with the Word of God that will protect us—spirit, soul, and body.
Welcome to the third and final installment of our concise study into Zachariah's life of fear, self-doubt, and triumph. Today's show will reveal the humanity and curiosity of Zachariah by submerging ourselves into his thoughts which in conclusion is no different from how we would respond in that same situation.
Our story picks up from Luke 1 vs. 18-23.
18 Zechariah asked the Angel, "How can I be sure of this? I am an old man, and my wife is well along in years."
19 The Angel said to him, "I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. 20 And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their appointed time."
23 When his time of service was completed, he returned home. 24 After this, his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion. 25 "The Lord has done this for me," she said. "In these days, he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people."
Here doubt introduces itself to Zachariah, even after been assured by an angel of the Lord on becoming a father. Doubt still found an opportunity to sneak into Zachariah's consciousness, showing a harsh contrast on how easy that can happen to us as well after witnessing God's favor in opening unexcepted possibilities.
However, God has always provided a problem-solving solution throughout his instruction manual in the form of what we here at the Fulljoy studio calls the I Can, I am, and Is there. Meaning, we will proclaim to our conscious mind that yes, I can do all things, yes, I am more than a conqueror, and also yes, is there anything too hard for God? Moreover, we recognize that the answer to that question is no; there is nothing too hard for our God.
Here is a perfect chance right this minute to proclaim those promises over our life to witness God's super-natural breakthrough. Proclaim that:
-I am more than a conqueror
-Is there anything too hard for God?
Stop talking yourself out of God's blessings for your life because there is life in our words that can produce results, either positive or negative. Notice how the Angel had to silence Zachariah until he beholds God's spoken miracle due to his doubt and little faith.
God fulfilled his promise to Zachariah and Elizabeth at the appointed time while they stayed the course onward in faith and action. Elizabeth is now pregnant with a baby boy named John. John is called great, and the Angel of God says John has a great purpose to fulfill.

Our last show mentioned that even when we focus on living a righteous lifestyle, the challenge will lurk on possibly devouring us as we followed the life of Elizabeth and Zachariah.
We'll pick up from where we left off and plunge more inward for life lessons and the opportunity to learn from history.
Here is the second half of our Power Word. Luke 1 v10-17
10 And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.
11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. 12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. 13 But the angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. 14 He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, 15 for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born. 16 He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
Pray and stay the course while starving the urge to be overwhelmed by fear. Notice Zachariah's intentionality to seek counsel from God through prayer, however even among an angel of the Lord, he became gripped with fear. God never intended for us to operate in fear; however, He prefers when we pray with accurate expectations, believing that He will bring forth victories in every sector of our lives. We are well aware that fear keeps us stuck in place, preventing us from living our lives by faith on the path to our purpose.

In today's episode, well, take some time to examine God's predestine favor over our life. All his blessings and reveal his prosperity intentions in our following upcoming episodes.

5 In the time of Herod king of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. 6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord's commands and decrees blamelessly. 7 But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old.

Notice how even when we are intentional in following the righteous path. Life seems to present disappointments, similar to Zechariah and Elizabeth, who strived to observe God's commands and decrees, but the joy of being parents was impossible due to their inability to conceive.
Remain committed to endeavoring towards your purpose with God, who leads the way to our predestined future appointed with abundant blessings.

When we analyze the phrase "Stay the course," it's usually used in the context of combat or conflict, meaning to pursue a goal regardless of any obstacles or criticism.
Additionally, staying the course requires a certain amount of courage and endurance, and if you are motivated by being liked or need to be comfortable at all times, you will never release the faith needed to stay the course. Embrace the unbelievers and hold firm on faith in God which will elevate you to new levels.

Each lesson is a challenge in life, comes with a new lesson to uncover about ourselves along with the grace and favor of God's mighty hand securing through it all.
Think about the many situations or miscalculated decisons we have made that should have yielded a result of evil, disaster, or pain, but by God's mercy, we made it through. That signifies that each who trusts in the Lord has a substantial history with him. Furthermore, having a postured heart towards God leads to unmeasurable blessings and favor due to the desire to include Him voluntarily in our lives.

We are fully aware of Abrahams's biography on how he not only walk with God faithfully and trustworthy, but he Abraham was obedient to God, where he almost sacrifice his precious son Isaac.

Here is a word that I have struggles embracing: contentment, which means a state of happiness or satisfaction.
For me, contentment looms as a fixed mindset because there is so much more we can achieve and receive in this life.
Why would you want to settle for less? It has always been a question I have asked myself.
However, after careful examination of one of our contributing author's lives, David introduces us to our F.T.D.C.R formula to a purposeful life. I discovered that contentment with God is far different from contentment with perishable commodities.
After David's anointed to be the next king of Israel, he spent years taking care of his Father's sheep. David could have thought, God, what am I doing stuck with a bunch of sheep? However, David knew that God was in control, so he just kept going to work with a good attitude, grateful for where he was. Because David was content in the shepherds' fields, David made it to the throne. He passed that test.
However, if you are not content with the season you are in, you will not be satisfied even if your dreams come to pass. Discontentment will follow you everywhere you go.

God is a new beginning, a fresh new beginning. Furthermore, how awesome it would be for God to know we think of him as often as we do when we are falling in love with that special someone. So I challenge us as believers to Fall in Love with God through new beginnings with Him every day."

Do not stop believing in that dream; prioritize focusing on that idea while adding the main ingredients. Stay alert because there will be challenging times on this journey, but before being pulled into many unnecessary directions or contemplate giving up.
We have been inspired and encouraged to progress even when life seems to test us with all unusual challenges. Furthermore, a deeper understanding of this powerful word present by David has ignited a fire as to how we can walk with the authority of our God and represent him well.
David did just that in a bold but audacious way. He represents God with such confidence that the title A man after God's only heart was modeled towards his desire to atone and seek God's wisdom.

If we knew that applying the FTDCR formula of fret not, trust in, delight in, commit your, and rest with as a daily affirmation and principle, you would witness incredible blessings, favor, and supernatural boldness to overcome anything.
We believe that each person possesses similar character traits as that of David, the author of today's power word. with the same fortitude to stand against whatever the lion, bear, or giant symbolizes in your life today.
David demonstrated that self-care is not selfish. Remember that David had a degrading job base on the opinions of others but most definitely not God.
We could see that David did not entertain or concern himself with other's opinions of him or his career, which explains why he started this letter with Fret not. We believe the only opinion that should concern you is that of God and those immediate family members who understand your vision. Furthermore, tending to the sheep was the best thing for Davids' mental,emotinal, physical, and spiritual growth. He had the opportunity to discover that his identity had no connection in being a shepherd boy; however, he had a higher purpose towards defeating giants and kingship.
Here is a question that I had to consider while recording this show.
Is our day-to-day schedule so involved to the point that there is no deliberate availability for God?

Furthermore, it is easy to fall prey to regression or unwarranted thoughts of oneself without careful consideration or observation.

This world that we currently occupy is such a beautiful place along with the individuals that call it home. or as we have said before on previous episodes," it's a fabulous created world. "
And within this fabulous created world are endless opportunities if you're intentional towards growth and development and also a conscious effort each day to protect your energy bank account.
Paying keen attention to our friendship circle is essential because toxicity, drama, gossip, or low emotional maturity are perfect recipes for disaster on the transformational journey.

I will go out a limb here and say many of our listeners have heard this "forgive and forget" phrase several times before. Which honestly is easier said than done.
We are fully aware that each individual both process and react to hurt differently, along with an understanding that physical, mental or emotional scars can leave profound triggers behind.
Furthermore, allowing one's scars of forgiveness to heal requires time and patience, similar to attending a physical injury.
For example, A individual nursing a broken limb needs to tend to and care for that injury until it fully heals while finding the strength to confront the incident that produced the injury and possibly build up enough courage to forgive for personal development and betterment.
Moreover, those scars could also display tremendous challenges towards forgiveness due to emotional and physical exertion thats required. Nevertheless, the pain of living with bitterness and unforgiveness can poison one's soul and destroy that person.
However, there is always hope towards the transformation of ourselves. Each day you rise, it's another day to become the best version of yourself, and when we forgive others, we are not saying what they did was OK, but we are releasing them to God and letting go of its grasp on us. Forgiveness does not forget, but it does set free from bitterness and grudges.

Again, we're not naive to how arduous this forgiveness journey will be; it requires a mind reset each day. However, we are confident that you can obtain the courage and leadership fortitude in leaning towards a forgive to a better mindset.

In a previous episode, an introduction to a portion of Elijah's life was released. It revealed how even a great man of God like Elijah had experienced some form of fear.
That episode also gave insights and hope that God will not forsake or abandon us even in the lowest moments of our life.
For Elijah, God joined him at a Cave and communicated through a whisper.
Taking a moment to escape with God has to be deliberate due to the demands and hectic life tasks that seem to slip through the secret time's unions.

Noise is constantly slipping through the cracks of the quiet I long for.

In todays' culture, the word patience is gradually getting replaced with the word instant. Alternatively, even statements like this one: "let time be the master." is steadily progressing towards being a casualty of this fast-moving society.
However, we will refuse to accept the tales.
Patience is such a vital aspect of life and our overall health and well-being. Furthermore, allowing time to be the master plays a significant role in enabling the positive efforts to reinvent ourselves to compound.
We have become accustomed to replaying the narrative of I cannot start over or don't have enough time, which is a myth!

In a previous episode, we mentioned that you are a mini-god due to having God's traits within you from the commencement of the fabulous world origin.
Today we'll continue with part 2 of this thought-provoking episode.
Now can I be honest with you before we start our excursion into today's episode?
The road ahead will be challenging and wearying. This life will test your capacity to manage and endure hardship. You'll have moments like these, possibly feeling it's best to settle for less because things won't change, lower your standards, or even question if your purpose or dreams is worth this much struggle or strain.
It's a possibility you can find yourself asking a question, like, for instance: Why is it that those individuals are succeeding and not me? What did I do to warrant this not-so-productive life, or When will things change for me. To name a few.
Those emotions or perceptions are not wrong because each individual has intersected the lonely or deserted streets of life at some point.
To combat those thoughts or emotions is to understand one purpose and seek to uncover the jewel of faith and courage thats concealed on the inside of each one, embracing the common denominator that your life is loaded with endless opportunities only disguised as impossible solutions.
Let us continue to hold on to the fact that you have something great that the world is eager to witness.

These words are not a command but an invitation; they are the words of our caring Saviour. God wants us to live life on purpose, without the negative self-talk, and replace each doubt with peace that nothing has caught him off guard.

Pain is one of the universal things we individuals will ever experience. Furthermore, we can all relate to finding the strength deep within to overcome and endure pain. Moreover, it does not discriminate based on either our financial status or social status, and it cannot be outrun or even escape its existence because it is a permanent part of our life.
In Psalm 139:16-18, the author David gives a small outline of how precious we are to God, that God already ordained our days and destiny. Also, revealing a sneak peek of how vast God's loving thoughts towards us are uncountable similar to the grain of sand on the seashore.
Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand when I awake, I am still with you.
We hope that this small insert from David's letter encourages and reveals God's immense care for His entire creation, especially for each of us individually. He still cares for us during these times of pain, uncertainty, and possible fear. He has a plan to redeem, re-energize, and reconcile us from any unwanted thoughts about ourselves. Furthermore, He will not forsake us even when we will depend on others or things instead of His supernatural power and wisdom in the presence of struggles. He is still waiting with outstretched arms to welcome us home.

What’s the first thing that comes to mind? If you're thinking along the perimeter of making the best of each day, then you're getting warmer.
We’ve mentioned this before that each day is an opportunity to shape your future. I could go out on a limb and predict that each individual hopes and desires to achieve a level of success that ultimately rewards freedom and peace of mind. And having the ability to see into the future is not within our capabilities, but we can always learn from history.
This is why living for today and enjoying everyday life is so important because in a split second we could lose it all. Arise each morning with the intention to reshape your future through calculated and intentional steps each day, keep decluttering your mind and life from things that can weigh you down.
Albert Einstein once said: Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.
So whatever each day brings, you’re posed to overcome because you're intentional in making the best of that particular day and not taking your blessings for granted.

So too often we embark on life's journey with the wrong thought process about ourselves. We pack our brian lunch box with unhealthy thoughts, allowing those unwanted thoughts to foster into deplorable personas. Believing the lies that the only possible way to live a life of freedom is through the approval of others. Which in results can mature into a coalition of taking everything someone says about you too personal.
This journey will require more from you. It will demand that you change and grow because it's through steady growth you'll discover your untapped potential. Now a keen attentiveness to both your attitude towards life and how you view yourself must be on high alert, staying cautious of the seeds you're currently planting in the soil of your mind and thoughts.
Now we’re aware that there’s already a lot on your tasks list of life. This is why it's important to develop a learn from your error mindset because an unstoppable momentum for elevation gets activated within you. It allows you to embrace failure and has the opportunity to unroot any insecurities or other hidden non-essential qualities. Which overtime not only builds your self-confidence but also empowers a gradual climb to dance on self-doubt.
In 2 Corinthians 10:5, the author apostle Paul not only witnessed a nationwide epidemic of people pleasers and those with low self-esteem but he himself became susceptible to a numerous amount of self-doubt and a desire to please others. But through self-reflection and awareness of God's love, he commenced on a journey of re-building a new identity through God, where he discovered that it's important to take every thought captive and bring those same thoughts to the subjection of God's power.

We break down every thought and proud thing that puts itself up against the wisdom of God. We take hold of every thought and make it obey Christ.

There are two things I believe we truly have control of.
1. Your decision and 2. Your reaction.
Few questions for us to ponder during our today’s episode.
What decision are you currently making for yourself during these times? Are they productive? And How are you reacting to the noise around you? Have you easily led astray or are you developing a critical thinker mindset?
The noise in our world is louder now than ever before, it's easy to fall in the valley of mediocre thinking. Remember, big vision requires the same action efforts, which in result thinking small also requires the same as well but most definitely not vice versa.
Don't wait for life to change. Now is your opportunity to reevaluate your relationship circle, abandoning the time-wasting associations we indulge in, with the intention of staying sturdy during this season of growth, personal and mental development. Making a conscious decision to embrace this development process with passion, knowing that a learning curve transition will be required from our bondage thoughts. And if we don't, life will wipe you until we start indulging in learning something new.
Failure and disappointment will also accompany us on our transformational journey, but you have to keep moving forward. Stay strong in your mind as you transition through all challenges. Keep nourishing your dreams with a learn from your mistakes mindset, our failures will seem substantially smaller once we’ve accomplished our desired goal.
In Proverbs 4:6-7, the Author Solomon. Compares seeking God’s wisdom as to an individual seeking a companion. It reads:
Do not forsake her, and she will keep you; love her, and she will guard you. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight.
Don't complain when the days are hard, remind yourself of your goals and live life with God's wisdom as your guide and compass.
Did you live your life, when you had the opportunity to live?
Stop and self reflect on how you're living. Don’t live for the approval of others.

Stay in your zone. You will make it if you don't give up. Yes, in these times there’s a possibility our view of the future might be skewed or unmotivated to progress though all our current challenges. Hold strong, because your dreams are worth the transformation and the growth through all your darkest days. Your core values also work cohesively with your dreams because nothing that’s worthwhile is easy.
Preserve and stay vigilant. Stop using words like these. We’ve always done it this way! This can cause both a detrimental and stagnant mindset. Look at things from different angles, experiment, and try all options. Your dreams can most definitely become a reality if you don't let go or allow others to influence you with their non-productive ideas and thoughts.
In Matthew 5:15 the author Mathew shares God’s views and perception of us. He explains that God has called us to be different. To stand out against the grain, because you’re a city on the hilltop. This is powerful because God’s opinion and thoughts of you should demolish, dismantle, and guard your mind against anything that’s not in alignment with His thoughts. You’re here to add value, rebuild hope, and instill change.
Continue to strive towards your goal. With your daily practices in meditation for sound mindfulness, you’ll continue to see blessings flow your way because God has your back. Don’t give in to the lies or negative thoughts that can disguise itself if you’re not vigilant and focused. Now is the time to revisit your goals and your vision. With the intent in building momentum towards a step by step, day by day systematic plan for optimal accomplishment. Which in result will yield the success of your goals if you don’t quit?

For us to grow! We must sometimes experience and go through some discomfort added to stressful situations. Which are our stimulus for exponential personal growth? Growth will in result force us out of our comfort zone, by pushing us towards new horizons of awkwardness where we’ll encounter a transformation from our old thoughts.
Our journey through challenges isn’t designed to break us or even manifest any form of a defeated spirit. But it is completely contrary, with your daily efforts to achieve mindfulness. Through small systematic steps by controlling what takes root in our minds. You’ll start noticing fruits of both strength and resilience on full display from your efforts to grow through each difficulty. And of course, as we embrace this new process of improvement and growth. It puts us on the offense with a not easily broken spirit.
Hold fast to your self-esteem in having confidence that you are who God says you are. It’s not dependent on my own abilities (because those can be so unreliable!), but instead of knowing that God will equip me for the work, He has set out for me to do.

Psalm 27:3 Though an army besieges me, my heart will not fear, though a war breaks out against me, even then I will be confident. Even in those moments when people (or even your own thoughts!) are coming at you with weapons ready to attack, your heart doesn’t have to respond in fear.
Even (and especially) then, you can be confident. You are a child of God and nothing can overtake you.
Trust yourself and your judgments. Don't give in to the lies, that you’ve tried so hard, but you’re not good enough. We’ll not always have all the answers to be confident. And the old adage, “fake it until you make it” is not even necessary in building true confidence.

Take a moment to think about who and what makes you feel happy and energized. Then think about who and what drags you down and makes you feel deflated. Write out a list for both. It might include family members, friends, co-workers, going to certain events, what you watch on TV, etc. Sometimes the same person or experience will be on both lists.
This challenge will tell you the sources of the positive and negative energy you are getting from your current surroundings. The next step is to figure out how you will reduce or eliminate the negative sources and how you will spend more time with positive influences.
You can also add inspiration to your life in little ways by using affirmation statements, listening to self-improvement audiobooks, and posting inspirational messages and notes about your goals around your house.
Don’t stop believing in yourself. It’s easy to lose hope from experiencing a variety of daunting issues and challenges in these uncertain times. Again, continue to reflect on your vision, along with your goals. Which will enable your momentum of forwarding progress even when it seems gargantuan? With the intent of not allowing others with less vision than yours to infiltrate your progress of achieving your daily goals.
The discipline of preparing your mind daily still requires us to pay attention to details. The details in doing the little things well, like for instance. “ making a conscious effort first thing in the morning to update our mind with both fresh positive and health data. And also filtering our thoughts while maneuvering our day from toxic information. By re-engaging your list of goals, this helps you formulate a sound plan of action. A plan that’s broken down into small action steps, which in return can produce the fruit of consistency. Again, be reminded to run your own race. Here at full joy studios, we’re a true believer that each human is placed on this earth for something profound and unique that’s only specified to that individual's skill set.
Albert Einstein once said, “Nothing happens until something moves.”
Stop viewing your disappointments, heartbreaks, failures, or bad news as losses. Instead see them for what they truly are: character and leadership development. Especially at this present time when we’re steering towards uncertainty, hopelessness, job loss and the list could go on and on. That's where both our forward-thinking and an unwavering faith foundation that God will take care of us.

One of my mentors once said. Whoever is asking the questions is in command of the conversation!
By asking more questions it instantly forces us to listen attentively, which in result transfers a genuine vibe of compassion to the receiving candidate. We’re all wired with different ways to retain and convey information. Listening is still one of the most important and applicable steps toward learning or archiving information.
And by taking a willingness to listen more and talkless approaches to each day, it not only brightens someone's day. But it also adds additional encouragement, with a splash of compassion as well. and of course, you'll be encouraged within the process. Imagine everyone taking a conscious effort to be quick to listeners and slow to speak. We'd most definitely notice tensions or angered disagreements de-escalate on our daily journey.

A majority of us listening can associate greatly with this statement from either our parents, grandparents, or someone of influence in our life. “Show me your five closest friends and I'll tell you who you are”.
It is important that we make a conscious decision in choosing our friends carefully. Taking the due diligence approach in selecting your friends can alleviate the additional troubles in having someone who will bring you down.
Booker T. Washington once said:
“Associate yourself with people of good quality, for it is better to be alone than in bad company.” Booker T. Washington
Wise friends will find opportunities to build you up positively, they’ll also look for ways to help, and actively offer sound words of wisdom. Obviously we have to stay alert to the symptoms to know when our friendship with another person is leading us away from our vision or God’s plans for your life.

We’re on a marathon and not a sprint in remodeling the way we think. And each new level of growth will demand attention to your core values through sound fundamental strictness in adjusting and changing the course of direction if a derailment occurs on our journey. Because we’re deliberately including God in our decision making. He also aids by removing bad influences from our life and substitutes them with godly friends. Encouraging someone to have faith is easy but actually practicing those actions definitely poses its challenges. And how we approach each situation throughout our day plays a significant role in walking by faith. In all honesty, walking by faith is difficult at times. Because of our views towards what we see can be completely different from God’s ways.
Our podcast was started for that sole reason. Which is, to help build a healthier and soulful mind through the daily renewal of our thinking and outlining ways to stay in alignment with God. Our natural human abilities are incredible. We’re able to accomplish, push through, and overcome anything. But at times the weight of this life can be heavy and unbearable, which leads to unhealthy thoughts towards yourself and others. But God’s door is also open for meditation and detoxing our minds. He brings assurance that you’ll be renewed and refreshed each time we’re intentionally spending with Him.

Continue to walk by faith, try not to lose sight of God’s greatness because this will not only encourage you to continue pressing forward with confidence that He has your best interest in mind but also it pleases God when we have faith and applies it with action. Keep in mind that your faith walk is a lifelong journey as well. That stands on these two fundamental pillars. First, you’re running in your personal race of faith, that no one else can run for you. And secondly, what pleases God is when we truly walk by faith and not by sight, you’ll start witnessing the manifestation of both present and eternal blessings and fruits in your life.
Your faith in God will reenergize you in every situation.
There’s great potential in our pain. God still views you with the potential to achieve something great even during moments of failure. He has not changed his mind towards us and His love for us is greater than our shame or disappointments.

Enduring your trials and failure not only builds strength, but it's also developing a relentless pursuit of leadership. This leadership quality demonstrates that each layer of failure reveals areas within our life that need remodeling. Once those areas are identified, you’ll start noticing your fruits of outstanding quality flourishing.
Those qualities will flourish in an unprecedented way, which others will notice and possible praise. But because of your constant discipline towards personal improvement. The opinions or approval of others won’t be your driving force towards advancement. You're an individual of high integrity, who’s on the journey of being that same person all the time. This gives you the opportunity to create your own scorecard for all that matters to you and not others.
Embracing failure puts you at the forefront of your destiny. If you're open in learning from your mistakes and keeping a telescopic view in moving forward. With determination and heart, your failure will lead to success.
But it's easy to quit or not even trying to get back to your feet when you've been knocked down. And that attitude is what's considered a true failure. Considering how close you could have been to a breakthrough, but you've convinced yourself that it is not going to work.

Having a sense of urgency toward your goals isn't bad. We are only here for a flicker. And a conscious decision to pursue your definition of success will take consistency and awareness that failing is an applicable avenue towards success.

You might be having trouble manifesting. Not because you’re doing something wrong. But it completely depends on how you’re feeling right now. We all desire much in life but at times don’t think and trust that it’s available to us.
Even your goals can fall victim to that form of thinking, where you can convince yourself that they’re not attainable. Every individual desires some form of success but it’s easy to surrender both our passions and the drive to pursue those dreams to the fear of judgment from others. By having the misconception that success must be preceded by perfection.
What’s sabotaging your manifesting is your current truth. Which is most definitely different from God's truth towards us. Your truth at times can be biased and based on your experiences and perceptions. Which is still a valid truth for you and the universe delivers to you based on your truth.
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. Ecclesiastes 9:10
What steps can you take to shift things in your favor?
First, declare to your truth about yourself that it as worn out it’s welcome. Adjusting the thoughts about yourself and start healing your heart.
Second, don't ignore your feelings but also start the process of eliminating the unwanted truths about you. Which typically is not an overnight change. But it doesn’t have to take forever either.
Thirdly, turn your truth into a lie. Because God’s limitless blessing usually won't get delivered base on a lie. Your internal truths must shift in order for your external reality to shift.
All that you desire is truly available to us. All the goals that you’ve set are most definitely attainable to you. Your success does not require perfection. Just continue making the most of each day, no time like the present.

Deep down within the core of our genetic foundations are exceptional traits with the potential to positively change your world.
In the height of injustice, racism, world health crisis and our own personal challenges each day. Those core traits like for instance, courage, tenacity, persistence, faith, and joy. Just to name a few can experience tremors at times in the form of either thinking of giving up or feeling exhausted from all the daily issues we endure.
Which in result can mushroom the views of our situations? Clouding our decision making or even partially succumbing to the lies of the adversary that things will not get better or you’ll never make it.
Our mindset quote comes from Winston Churchill, who said. Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
Yes, it can be a lot to navigate through each day. And Feeling the symptoms of tiredness or a dash of frustration at times is completely normal. But hope anyway- reinforce your strength with concrete veracity that God will not abandon you. He wants to help with every bother, frustration, and anything else we confront.
Because God knows everyone gets tired and exhausted at some point in life. Which is why taking the opportunity to rest is critical. And to be clear resting is most definitely not a form of weakness within our world mentality of go, go, go, win, win, win.

Stop worrying or wondering what others might think of you. Your destiny and purpose have already been preordained by God. Now staying in your lane doesn't mean, you don't have compassion for others or stop caring either. It's not you locking yourself away from society and the world at large or infusing yourself with arrogance and pride to become self-center.
But it's the opposite. Staying in your lane means: first, you must continue tending to the discipline of loving who you are and to boldly speak highly of yourself each day. Understanding that each difficulty is refining within you a leader, a mentor, a community activist and the list goes on and on. You’re not a failure. I repeat you are not a failure. You’re an individual that's been placed on this earth to bring about impactful and significant changes. The last time I checked, God said, not your friends, not your teacher, not your co-worker or even your parents. Don't get lost fantasizing or gazing at someone else's life, to the point you start discrediting your own life. Stay in your lane. Not everyone is going in the same direction as yourself. In difficult times, or even when going through life’s mundane situations. It's at times hard to comprehend or imagine that God still cares for little you.

Take refuge!
Right at this present moment, you might be asking, where did we go wrong? or please I can't take any more tragic news.
And just when it seemed like things might be improving within our COVID world. Safely trying to navigate our way through each phase of reopening the economy, we got hit with a tragic, senseless, and evil curveball.
A senseless and evil act from another police officer just swung the pendulum further away from together we are one. Which can also bring about this question, where are you God when my world is falling apart?
If you're feeling like the walls are caving in, don't fix your attention on the walls but lookup for that's where your help will come. Holding firm to the truth that nothing or nobody is greater than God, retreating to His characteristics will help to reestablish hope and strength beyond yourself.
Psalm 46 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. He will be our shelter and strength, can always count on HIm in every season. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth gives way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. We’re on a transformation journey, by renewing our minds. Let us continue to stay focused by keeping a higher view of God at all times. Even in the midst of crisis, this high view brings hope that our troubles and difficulties will not have the last word. God as the last word.
Stay vigilant towards your consistency of growth. Because our adversary would rather each individual have a low view of God, which in result glorifies our troubles and crisis.
Today, even in the midst of evil or hate. Please be reminded that God says I am with you. These four words are like a safety net, protecting us from falling into hopelessness. We’ll always have the mood swings from being up one day to down the next, which is a part of being human.
But God has promise limits to how far down we’ll go because we're holding fast to hispromises and staying within His presence.
With all that occurring in our world today, it's quite easy for us to come to the conclusion that our world might just be completely evil. Or things will never change, and that I would respectfully say that's not an accurate assessment.
Yes, evil exists. And, I would be naive to not acknowledging that. But the good(light) also exists, and from all my life experiences and evaluation. Good can always diminish evil(darkness) when acted on lovingly.

There are so many questions and I sure don't have all the answers but through faith and belief, I know God is still in control and also has the ability in healing our land.
Everyone has a part to play in making our world better, we have the ability to either brighten someone’s day by making that person feel special or the complete opposite.
This is not the time to bury your light or to hide. We can see that it's needed more now than ever before.
So how can we positively affect change? 1. Praying for peace. 2. Practicing loving one another even when it's hard. 3. Keep pushing for both Change and justice. 4. And walk in the authority that God is for you, He loves you and He will both protect and strengthen you.

Writing down your vision and making it plain is very important. This will continue encouraging you when you're feeling discouraged. Having your goals simple but attainable is also an added value in achieving because you're able to celebrate the small victories along the way.
In these times the world can seem even louder than before with uncertain news circulating all around, but you're stronger than you give yourself credit. God didn't bring you this far to leave you. And, yes. It can get hard but God is not far from you. Keep your intentionality and vigilance in staying true to your vision and values.
Cultivation is a process that takes time and patience. Which are important parts to hold fast to on our current journey. Let's continue cultivating our minds by keeping our thoughts fixed on God's vision for our life while guarding who or what we’re listening to.
We know headphones are convenient pieces of electronics, that helps us to stay on task by dampening the outside noise. (whatever is transmitting usually keeps us focused) and adopting that same concept by staying focused and not allowing the issues of today's causes you to lose grip of your values and goals. Developing a renewed mind each day dampens the non-productive thoughts and allows opportunities for us to hoon in on our joy that our future will be great.

Now of course success is different from each individual. We are driven by different motivations but one constant remain and it's in the decisions we make, which accompanies attitude.
Our attitude towards situations can either create visions for new horizons or stunt your growth into unbelief. The principles of success are warped in a small package labeled attitude and decisions, again our mindset and thoughts about ourselves are pillars in having a victorious life.
Imagine an artist getting ready to paint a masterpiece. Him, having a progressive attitude towards his unfinished product is already a concrete visual in his mind. Which was solidified by him making a decision to paint? It's almost the same within us, our attitude towards life, and situations we experience is like a paintbrush of our minds. You are blessed and God has an abundance of blessings for you. At times confusion can invade our minds, with the illusion that God’s blessing is actually our doing. And yes, your hard work has not gone unnoticed, and being proud of your accomplishments isn't wrong.
God intends that all individuals fulfill their Aim here on earth, but allowing the accolades and praises of others to overshadow God’s favor, puts us in a vicious cycle of trying to please people. Which in the end can lead to the occasional dead end of loneliness? This can also rob us of God’s unmerited favor. And that's not what God wants.
We’re not foolish to our adversary devices, but he would most definitely desire that we stay away from redirecting any acknowledgments or credits we’ve received from others back to God because that would subdue the pride on the inside and give way to humility.
And if pride or any other selfish ambition can take precedence in our life then that will overshadow all that God wants to do in and through us. Now our life’s journey becomes all about us.
He’ll also replenish your joy and reassure hope for a bright future.

No one is immune to trouble or unwanted events, but being keen as to what we’re saying or declaring within our minds plays a significant role in how we react after experiencing trouble.
When trouble comes.
God understands that there will be moments along this journey of growth and renewing our minds. That the trouble we encounter can irrupt a large amount of frustration and anger. He’s also aware you’ll probably question over and over again if you're actually on the right path.
This is why guarding your mind with His words is so crucial, it's not only being happy and positive but also giving those unwanted thoughts a commanding eviction with God’s authority and immediately remembering his thoughts towards you.
We’ve said this before and will continue proclaiming that there are life and death in our tongue. And each day God is beseeching us to speak life, even when the situation seems impossible.

Speaking thoughts like for instance:
1. Yes, I’m in the valley but I know that nothing that I’m currently facing will be too much for me.
2. God has given me the knowledge and wisdom to overcome any obstacle.
3.I’m equipped with the stamina and strength to outlast every challenge.
4. And, to have the awareness that each situation is increasing my fortitude in staying composed and in control. Which gives room for extraordinary growth on the other side of each challenge.

What can we say about all these things? Since God is for us, who can be against us?
Notice the first question in our power word. What can we say about all these things? And honestly; there’s a lot that can be said about these things, (for example: why can’t I catch a break, what am I going to do now, what’s going on in the world, Why is this happening to me. Just to name a few, but the list goes on.
These things per se can accompany an overwhelming amount of thoughts which if not monitored closely could result in a less optimistic view of the future.
So how do we stay strong, when our present situation displays something different.
Well, in reality our world is not perfect. And God gave instructions that we would face various different challenges in this life. But He also encouraged and promised that nothing we encounter now or in further in future is greater than Him.
He’ll make you stronger, give clear insight on how to handle tough situations, and meet us right where we are. God is saying right now, keep moving forward because He’s has your back and your future is bright.

But the bigger question is; Will reminiscing of past events motivate you in taking action towards your goals?
God encourages us to not only be wise but also to make the best of each situation. And He knows each day will present its own detours and unique circumstances, which he will give ways to navigate if we continue including Him on our lives journey.

David had spent adequate time with God while tending to the sheep, they're his faith was strengthened and assurance in God to overcome any obstacle or giant. Even when opposide by a 6ft tall giant, David stayed steadfast in all that he learned about God's love and protection. Engaged in a battle with the giant, knowing he was not along and success was assured through God's strength.
Once you are willing to allow God's help, nothing can separate you from His love. And I mean Nothing.

God has placed in each human an innate ability to solve problems, but once your focus is shifted from solutions to blame then we’ve deactivated the clarity.
I agree that at times things happen to us that's not fear. This is why having a students mindset is so valuable in achieving victory over life's defeats. With a student mindset, it helps you to look for solutions or what can I do next time to prevent this from happening again. It also helps you to see each defeat or knockdown as an opportunity to learn and grow.
It's with caution that I say this. If we’re seeing others as the problem or to be blamed, this results in you having to change that person. Which is not our responsibility. But if we take a look in the mirror and focus our attention on developing ourselves daily. Now we’ve immediately shifted our focus from blame to growth and personal development.
Here are a few steps in arming yourself from blaming others.
Meaning: Continue to make an effort to spend some quality time with God each day, which in result, reinforces your new thoughts, and builds confidence in God’s authority to rise above troubles.

While on this adventurous journey to transform ourselves throughout this new season post-COVID 19. A continual proactive approach in letting go of our old thinking and view of the world will require giving something up to God in order to get something back from God.
Having the courage and bravery to give something up to God will take unwavering faith. He promises to bless us with something new. But there are times God will test us to make sure the blessings or gifts don't become more important than the gift giver.

We know revision means: going back and looking at something you’ve already done.
Every day's a new beginning, God has already made arrangements to deal with our past. Meaning our focus should be on walking in our purpose, His love towards us is so great that He’s already made arrangements so our future could be possible.
Keep this in mind: Anything that happens to you in life that’s not God’s best-its a temporary detour. Don’t get stuck, keeping pressing forward with God as your guide.

Even in a dejection environment. She expelled darkness( doubt or uncertainty) with her faith and hope in God's capabilities to heal Naaman but also take care of her.
By faith, continue trusting God, and bless him up.

God does not want us to be in doubt of his presence in our daily life. Our struggles are always a part of his plan no matter how bad they seem. To keep a happy mind, you can always turn to scripture.

Deuteronomy 31:8
Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
This is not the time to give up or revert back to the old ways. God wants to show you how great his plans are for your life if you’ll allow him.
Now the two main ingredients needed in living a life that's directed to God are Faith and Belief.

Even when times are rough and you are in "deep waters" God will be right by your side, leading and guiding you through your worst.
When you're chosen, its a possibility that you'll be broken. Not for discouragement but for transformation. What if in this situation He's trying to reveal what great things are in the inside of you.
Think about all the great gifts that are lying dormant on the inside of you. Maybe the process of being broken is to reveal or disclose all the hidden gifts you possess.

We had the opportunity to visit Daniel in Babylon. There we got insights on staying focus and steadfast through difficult times. Daniel was thrown into the lion's den for not following king Darius decree, to worship or prayed to no other god but only him, King Darius. Due to Daniel's discipline, he continued with his normal routine to pray three times a day. He believed in God and followed the Lord's commands and also committed in his heart to remain steadfast in his prayer and praise to the Lord.
The story of Daniel in the lion's den teaches us about the promises and faithfulness of God, even if we feel like everything has been lost.
Even for us today, we can take tips from daniel in not straying off course in daily renewing our minds disciplines.

If you allow God to be your shepherd, he will supply your need. He will also be with you in your darkest times, willing and ready to support and guide you. Don't lose hope, because our challenges have not caught God by surprise.

Be reminded, you've been given infinite worth without extrinsic validation.
Having the freedom to know that you’ve been valued by God since the beginning of time. No need to perform or be controlled by either someone's opinion.
Live life on purpose. You’re significant and a miracle.
Our mind is like a garden. We can plant weeds or flowers. the weeds signify negative talk self-doubt. while the roses are positive self-affirmations.

Taking time in the mornings to prepare your day can be a simple activity like for instance.

How to change to "Your world" by not focusing on the world!
From the creation, we've been in a relationship with God. And the enemy hated that relationship and also the choice that God gave us. To the point of him causing confusion in the garden. Which caused our relationship to be temporarily severed from God.
But even in our miss-ups, God still wanted communion with is people again. He wanted to restore that peace and harmony with us.
So He decided to use Jesus to reconcile us!
Reconcile - to restore one's relationship.
In spite of our shortcomings "SIN", we are forgiven.

Imagine how seamlessly you'd be able to overcome the stresses of life and daily obstacles. If you're actively being aware of God's blessing and favor each day.
Be alert and on guard of the words we're speaking over our lives.

Anxiety steals our joy and vision. God has given us an open door to come to Him in prayer and give all our anxiety over. He's bigger than all the giants in front of us. Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.
