Podcasting is hard, it’s especially hard with kids around. We parent, discuss life, social media, and the world around us, all while trying to keep our 3 kids busy, which never happens.
A whirlwind of a weekend... Our emotions are shot. We feel joy and happiness, stress, and anxiety all at once. We'll record a podcast, then.
We're all over the place on this one...but that's our baseline. The Franciscan hotel was an Albuquerque landmark. Built in the 1920s and demolished in the 1970s, it was a pueblo deco style hotel on 6th and Central in Albuquerque. We wished it was still here...but at least there's a nice parking lot in it's place.
We talked about moving and taking the plunge, and hard decisions in life. We talked about faith, and living with doubt and questions. Accepting doubt. Giving up guilt. The usual.

Remember those choose your adventure books? I do because mine were all Christian choose your adventure books and they all gave you choices between reading your Bible or drinking a wine cooler. I always chose the wine cooler because secretly I wanted to be bad.
We didn't talk about the books in this episode, but we did recently watch Bandersnatch on Netflix and we are choosing our adventure in reality as we speak.
Lorenzo doesn't know what's going on with his feelings. Maybe he'll never know. Lorenzo is typing this and feels weird typing in the 3rd person.

We discuss technology and how it's impacting our lives. We discuss Christmas, and snow, feelings, and frustrations, apps, and so on. Kids interrupt. We bicker on air. The usual.

The Pixel 2 XL mic sucks. iPhone is the clear winner in the audio department. We did have fun recording this one. We discussed our favorite albums of all time. Please feel free to pass judgement on Lorenzo's choice of christian pop punk.
