"In 50 minutes you'll learn the best pearls of wisdom I've discovered during the last 50 interviews." Lana Camiel, PharmD Today is a celebration for me. Last year I've made a decision to start this podcast. And I'm grateful you’ve taken me up on my invitation to come along on this journey. If you go back to episode #1 you can listen to my story of trying to learn how to take better care of myself as I was studying to become a health care provider. Over the years I discovered that my struggles were not unique. Many of my students have been dealing with the same problems. During my journey I was fortunate to meet many amazing practitioners, researchers and health care leaders. And I always thought of myself as a bridge being able to invite many of them to my classrooms over the years. The decision made last year helped me to open that classroom or my own Wellness Network and invite my listeners to become the insiders. Today, I’d like to share with you some of the lessons learned over the past 50 episodes. And I couldn’t think of a better way to do this than bringing you some great pearls of wisdom from my guests.
