DISCS & ZEN
HOW WE WILL GROW THE SPORT
Today I would like to talk to you about how we are going to grow the sport of Disc Golf. But first I want to talk to you about something I call investments in the spirit. I first mentioned this term investments in the spirit in my book Zen and the Art of Disc Golf. And I identified this concept is any activity that you do that only require small amounts of your time or resources in which you give to others and eventually will come back to you in much larger amounts then you initially gave. I want you to picture yourself as a vessel that holds all the good things that want out of life. This vessel grows as you receive more and more of the good stuff. I'm talking about love, affection, friendship, wisdom, but also success and money as well. There is room for all of this good stuff in your vessel. Until it gets full.

John's bio:
I grew up in a small town in Northern IL; Seneca.
I’ve been a Frisbee fanatic since the 5th grade; freestyle and then some ultimate in college.
In 1984, right out of college, I moved to Kansas City. I played serious club ultimate for years, which was on and off throughout my disc golf career.
In the summer of 1987 I was told of a "disc golf course" in town. I went there (Swope Park) and was immediately hooked.
I went on to become the PDGA Rookie of the Year in 1988.
I’ve played in hundreds of tournaments. No 1st in majors but some good finishes.
25 years in medical / surgical device & equipment sales, marketing & product development.
I’ve traveled a lot for work, which has allowed me to play well over 600 courses.
I am now trying to use my product development experience to create some helpful devices for disc golf.

As for the St. Jude effort … I had read some time ago, a bit of history on the PGA and how involvement with charity was one of the things that were attributed to the explosive growth experienced in the PGA Tour from the 70’s through the 90’s. That stuck with me. Then in 2012, Dana Vicich went to PDGA worlds and used his disc golf as a means to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Both his aunt and mother had gone through battles with cancer.
His raising nearly $5000 was the trigger for me to realize that our sport could become a powerhouse for charity and that just as it help the PGA, it could significantly impact the growth and trajectory of disc golf. Dana and I did a lot of scheming and plotting as to how we might make something significant happen. We didn’t really get much more than a plan developed but then I received a call from a long time friend, Crazy John Brooks. He mentioned that the wife of a friend of his was now working with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and had contact him to discuss how disc golf might become involved in helping St. Jude. As it turns out, Brian Graham, at the PDGA, had just been given the green light by the PDGA Board to seek out a national charity partner that the PDGA could support. It was all a bit of divine providence, if you ask me. Well, long story short, things came together very quickly. Annabelle Udo-O’Malley at St. Jude, Dana Vicich, Crazy John, Brian Graham, and I, along with others, put together the plan that lead to the Inaugural St. Jude Disc Golf Charity Invitational. The epic location of Bayonet Golf Course was chosen and the rest is history.
All in all, it amounted to about 200 disc golfers becoming actively involved in fundraising. Through their efforts, we raised over $225,000. My sincere belief is that if we got more disc golfers involved in this effort we could raise millions of dollars. If we did that, disc golf would be on the evening news, ESPN, Good Morning America, The Today Show, etc, etc. The story of disc golfers raising money to help kids faced with cancer and other life-threatening diseases, is so compelling, the news would reverberate like nothing disc golf has ever done before.
All we need to do is to get more disc golfers involved in the fund raising effort.

Episode #22 - Disc Golf Fitness Training
STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS - ON SELF-IMAGE
It happens all the time. You go out to the course and start off strong, birdying 3-4-5 holes on the front 9 and feeling great about it. Then you turn to your buddy and say one of the following: * "Man, i’m doing great - watch the back 9 just destroy me!" * "I never play this well, I hope I can keep it up." * "4 down on the first 9 that means I have 4 bogies waiting for me on the back nine."
Then what happens? You make it reality. You turn around and do exactly what you have said - bogeying enough holes on the back nine to even out your score to match your expectations of yourself. Why does this alway seem to happen? Let me put it simply: You can never win against the limiting beliefs you hold to be true. No matter who you are, a brand new player on the course or Paul MacBeth - you have a self-image within your mind that is so ingrained in your beliefs and it can either take you into endless heights or hold you back unnecessarily. If you have mentally placed a glass ceiling on your score, rest assure your attitude, focus, and body will follow the instructions you continually give to it via your self-image. We all step on our favorite courses knowing what we normally shoot. Some players use this as a benchmark to improve. Other players allow it to be the score that defines them - i.e. no matter how well they play on the front half, they will make it up on the back. Now there are two different ways we mentally encode our limitations. First, internally - This is the mode of the pessimist, the player that believes no matter what they do some universal power will destroy it anyway. Then, there is the player or person who allows other people to define their self-image. This person believes and internalizes the vision other people have of them. Both ultimately involve your mind (your brain) accepting a limiting ideas as fact and therefore making them irrefutable. Let me give you a personal real world example - 20 years ago when I was in grade school, I knew what was an acceptable report card to bring home to my parents to escape punishment. I knew that I was always to have all A’s and B’s, and I was allowed 1 C if I had an extra A to bring it back up. Guess what every report card I brought home looked like? Thats right 2 A’s, 3 B’s, and 1 C - every grading period. Coincidence? Years later in college - the only expectation I had was to do my best. There was a reason I was an all A college student and somewhat of a slacker high school student. I let someone else set my limitations and I lived up to them. The message here is that every single one of us has a self-image and every single one of us has limits we believe exist. But what I want you to do is examine your limitations and what is holding you back on the disc golf course and in life. It can take a long time to let go of long held beliefs but the brain was designed to do it. You CAN change your mind about you. Think of your potential if you made the determination to blow past glass ceilings and strive to give your all you have to your passions. Think collectively about a nation or a world that would commit to not believing that our past failures or events do not anchor our futures. Think about it! And thats another tool for your Disc Golf Bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent read for anyone looking to try to possibly calm ... By Tony S. on March 12, 2016 Format: Paperback
Excellent read for anyone looking to try to possibly calm their mental game down some, or even if you're already at the chill mental game. A lot of what is said in this book does not only apply towards disc golf, but applies to just about anything you wish it to. There are a lot of things in life that all comes down to how you approach it mentally, some things are easier than others. This book will help you learn the better ways to approach it.
I not only bought this book for my wife and I at Christmas time, but I also bought a copy for our good friends that did have some anger issues on the course. Since giving it to them as a gift, I have seen their game improve and their overall attitudes when not everything is going to plan. It is a short read if you read it in one sitting, but it is best enjoyed a chapter at a time with breaks to contemplate what you have read and really take it in.

STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS - A BASKET IS A GOAL, THE TEEPAD IS THE FIRST STEP
I was out on the course this week and I stepped out onto a teepad and noticed something that I may have noticed many times but only recently started paying attention to. There is often a gap between simply noticing something and paying attention it- that gap is called mindfulness.
A teepad is usually a concrete or rubber rectangle that only instructs us in one way: stand here for your first throw. Usually the first thing we do on the teepad is look for the disc catcher to guide us in which direction to throw our disc. Without being able to visualize the catcher, we could arguably throw our disc in any direction we choose in a 360 degree radius. But we don't. Because we always take that first step in visualizing that basket. We do this 18+ holes a round and overtime we play 100s and sometimes 1000s of holes a year. But do we do this off the course?
You see, a basket represents a goal. A teepad represents taking that first step in reaching that goal. The disc you choose, the grip you use, the throw you make are all for the most part being planned on that tee pad. In mere seconds, you have visualized a goal, taken your first step to reach that goal, and made a plan to get there. This is one of the many ways disc golf is just like life.
We do it round after round, but do we do it at home or work? Or do we merely step on our teepads of life and throw whatever or however we we feel in that moment, many times in the opposite direction of our basket, our goal? Sounds ridiculous doesn't it? But this is what we do when have not identified our goals, what we want from life, and a plan to achieve them.
A wise man once stated "If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail" This quote has been attributed to many people over the years from Ben Franklin to Winston Churchill. And all that means is MANY great men know the truth - to win at life you need to see a goal, have a plan, and take steps to achieve it.
Very often we all have great ideas and most of us have unlimited wants. But as soon as we have that great idea our brain and sometimes our peers want to tell us all the reasons we can't have it. "It's too hard, I don't have the time, I don't have the knowledge, I don't want to make a sacrifice." I'm hear to tell you that if you are alive all you have is time! The things you own, you can't take with you. Death can be considered the end of your time. If you are alive - time is all you have! It's yours. You just have to budget it like you would your checking account. What do you want to spend it on? That's your goal. Planning and taking action is disc golf. It is life.
That's another tool for your bag!

STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS - VISUALIZATION
If you have read my book, Zen & The Art of Disc Golf, then you know the value that I personally place in both meditation and visualization as tools for you to use in order to both play better and inject positivity and success into your life.
Visualization in sports has been scientifically proven to improve athletic ability and has shown to produce approximately 7x the improvement that can be achieved if an athlete only practices physically, proving (once again), that success truly begins in the mind.
There are several types of visualization that I recommend using when gearing up for your next tournament, practice round, or for your own general improvement in the sport. The first two types of visualization should occur before ever hitting the course. The first is micro-visualization: visualizing individual shots to improve your overall ability on the course and by this I mean visualizing over and over yourself making putt after putt. The second is macro-visualization: visualizing your entire round, shot for shot from hole 1 to hole 18.
If you think this sounds a little "woo woo", then consider this: for decades olympic athletes have been trained to utilize visualization to help win them the gold.
Nicole Detling, a sports psychologist with the United States Olympic team, states: “The more an athlete can image the entire package, the better it’s going to be.”
If you do a little research, you will also find that many Pro Disc Golfers also utilize visualization to dramitically improve their game.
Disc Golf World Champion, Avery Jenkins, has been quoted saying: “It has proved successful when I could already picture the disc going into the basket moments before actually making that putt, when you can envision it happening, it will happen.”
If visualization is good enough for gold winning olympians and Pro Disc Golfers alike, I recommend taking the idea seriously.
The last type of visualization I recommends takes place on the course. You should take a few seconds before throwing every shot to view in your mind the flight path and the landing of your disc where you need it to be.
Use these tips, and I guarantee you lower your scores.
Last food for thought – If visualization works this well in sports, imagine what it can do for you in your life. Take time before heading out each day to visualize how you want your day to go. See yourself succeeding in all your endeavors, and don't worry as much about the “how”. The act of doing this daily opens mental doors that with time which will show you the "how".
Another tool to throw in your bag.

Mindbodydisc - Blown Away - Why Play Disc Golf In The Wind? MindBodyDisc - Ease Up Into The Wind DGPuttheads - Putting in the Wind Discs Mentioned In The Podcast - TIM - WESTSIDE DISCS WORLD
"The World is a fast disc. It's thin and it's sharp so it cuts through the wind a little bit better than a slower, fatter disc, so it gives you more distance potential... I can throw the world further into the head wind than I can throw my other discs normally, because I know how to use the wind instead of trying to fight it." CHRIS - DISCRAFT CRUSH
"The Crush performs really well in a head wind and a left-right crosswind." CHRIS - INNOVA X-CALIBER
"I can throw the X-caliber pretty straight but it is very versatile towards the end of the flight. If I get a pretty good gust, it will turn a little bit but it will come back." CHRIS - INNOVA VIPER
"I will typically take out something that doesn't glide in a tail wind like an Innova Viper. Keep it low and throw down the fairway"
WHAT ARE YOU THROWING? TIM - MILLINNEIUM POLARIS LS
"I recommend this disc for beginners. It's pretty stable, it holds pretty much any line you put on it. It has a decent amount of glide and is super controllable. If your looking for 1 fairway driver to carry that will serve you in most situations, the POLARIS LS is a great choice for that."
CHRIS - ELEMENT DISCS IRIDIUM
"It's an versatile putter with a fairly low glide. It's a slower disc that doesn't like a ton of torque, but it is wonderful for approaches. It has a predictable fade at the end and handles the wind fairly well."
PAT - INNOVA VALKRYIE
"The Valkyrie is a pretty straight flying discs. It's one of those discs you can shot shape and get it to do what you need it to do. Great disc to learn on. Great disc for kids a lot like the leopard."

Episode #19 - Digital Disc Golf with Alan Musselman of Tribaloid
STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS - ESTABLISH A GRATITUDE ROUTINE
If you've read my book, Zen & The Art Of Disc Golf, you know that I place great emphasis on how having a proper attitude sets the foundation for everything in life and on the course, but If there was one thing I wish I could go back and spend more time is talking about, it is that the fastest way to develop a proper attitude is by adding a gratitude routine to your day. Gratitude fuels attitude. When we have a gratitude mindset, the mind starts looking for ways to fulfill vision. Vision is anything we want: a good drive, sinking a putt, a promotion at work, anything! The opposite of gratitude is thanklessness, and when w are thankless, we are programmed to only see the things we don’t have, can’t do, all sorts of negativity, and our mind becomes programmed in that direction. And where the mind goes, so does the body. I recently read a gratitude routine that I think is probably really effective - use a jar, box, container and put it at your front door with small slivers of paper next to, and everyday before you leave your house take one of the sheets of paper and write down: 1. Something you are grateful for. 2. Something that you want. 3. The actions you will take to get there. So an example would be: 1. I am thankful for all of this excellent plastic in my disc golf bag. 2. I would like to sink more 25 foot putts. 3. I am going to do this by practicing putting every day. Another example might be in your life off of the course:
There're many different ways you can add a gratitude routine to your day this is just one idea, journals are excellent, mantras are great, but no matter what you do - I promise adding gratitude to you routine will change your life for the better. Another tool for your disc golf bag

Episode #18 - Therapy Disc Golf
MOMENT OF ZEN
"When you make a bad shot don't follow it with a bad decision." - Zig Ziglar
STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS - S.M.A.R.T. GOALS January is a time for new beginnings and many people begin this month with the dreaded New Years Resolution, and I say "dreaded" because only about 8% of people actually keep their resolutions. In fact, I am willing to bet that many people have already abandoned their resolutions by the time this show airs, which will be only about halfway through the month. What is a resolution? A resolution is a firm decision to take action in solving a problem or to create a successful outcome in some way, shape, or form in their lives. About 45% of the American population makes resolutions which means they have identified something they would like to change in themselves, and as I mentioned above, only about 8% are successful in making that change. Change is difficult and often we abandon our "NYRs" for one or more of the following reasons: our heart is just not in it, our goal was too vague, maybe it was too lofty, or maybe we gave ourselves too much or not enough time to achieve it. This is why George T. Doran developed a goal setting system that helps you create goals that are tailored for success. You may have heard of this strategy before, but this is a reminder. Next time you set a goal for yourself whether its losing weight, helping others, improving your drives, or putting - use the acronym S.M.A.R.T. S.M.A.R.T. stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-related. Tailor your goals to meet these criteria and your likelihood for success skyrockets. Lets use putting for example. The common way we might decide on a goal is to say: “This year i’d like to get better at putting.” Well, that’s not a S.M.A.R.T. goal. It’s too vague, not measurable, not time sensitive etc. Using the S.M.A.R.T. acronym we can rephrase this goal: I will (I like using active language like this) make 90% of my 25 foot putts (this is likely attainable) within 6 months. Now lets add an action to this goal - by practicing 3 times a week using XYZ putting technique. Now write it down and place it where you can see it. Just another tool for success to throw in your bag. THERAPY DISC GOLF

5.0 out of 5 stars A book for the serious disc golfer who wants to master the connection between mind and body
By Desert Diva on January 2, 2016 Format: Paperback Verified Purchase My son loves disc golf. He's played all kinds of sports and understands that your mental state certainly affects your playing. Ultimately, that's what sports is about; sure, there's skill and luck involved, but ultimately the athlete who masters his or her mind prevails. I read about this book and ordered it for him for a birthday present. He almost teared up when he opened it and said he'd been wanting it for forever and how did I know. I knew because of other good reviewers who post their reviews. Hope this one is helpful to you too.

5.0 out of 5 stars - I don't think words can describe what this book can do for you...but I will make an attempt
ByChris Sieperton August 31, 2015 Format: Paperback This book can not only improve your game but it can change your life. If you are looking for a book about proper form for your putts, this isn't the book for you.(but it is at the same time) This book is more about what you should do when you miss those 13 ft putts and how you should handle yourself on and off the course. It has completely changed my mentality when playing the game and when I'm not on the course. Staying positive and leaving the course in a better mood than when I got there has been a goal now every time I go to play. Not only should you own 1 but buy one to pass on to a friend with the promise that when he or she is done that they will pass it on to someone else. Even my girlfriend who only plays maybe once or twice a month has told me how she started reading it while I was at work and how it has helped her enjoy the game and take a better attitude to work every day. Thank you very much Patrick McCormick for writing such an amazing book and positively affecting peoples lives. Also check out their podcast! I look forward to every new episode. I love this book so much that I am getting a tattoo of the zen and disc golf logo on my neck! Haha just kidding...it will be on my leg :) Keep up the amazing work! Photo of the tattoo will be coming!

A Definite Must Read ByAlex Sperleyon July 15, 2015 Format: Paperback
This book is a definite must read for all disc golfers of all skill and interest levels. Zen and the Art of Disc Golf is NOT an in depth how-to for improving your focus or a tutorial on how to perform under pressure. Zen and the Art of Disc Golf is a basic foundation for internal dialogue - a place to begin a conversation with yourself about who you are on and off the course. This book's primary goal is to encourage you to look internally, instead of externally, when shots go poorly or even when your game is going well - which is a very strong attribute to have when looking to maintain a good, healthy attitude.
I've recommended this book to all the guys I regularly play with and they all feel the same way. However, things really started to click when I listened to the audiobook in the car with my non-disc-golfing wife. I told her that I wanted to share the book with her and fill her in on some of the things I've been internalizing and thinking about because of the book. We listened to Zen and the Art of Disc Golf from beginning to end in one go and even my wife loved it. She even asked to listen to it again on the way home because she wanted to make sure she didn't miss anything. After the second listen through with her, she began a dialogue with me that not only highlighted all the things I was taking away from the book but she also shared HER views on who I am as a disc golfer, as a father, and as a husband and how all of those things are intertwined. Sharing the ideas and concepts from Zen and the Art of Disc Golf not only reinforced what I want to work on to become the man and disc golfer I eventually want to be but also indirectly created a support structure in my wife who can help continue the conversation and encourage growth.
Ultimately, it's not the book that has the potential to help people but the concepts and ideas. Patrick McCormick has done a wonderful job making them relatable and easy to digest without being pretentious or heady. Absolutely worth the read, but the book is only the first step. Happy throwing.

(00:36) MOMENT OF ZEN "The struggle against an obstacle inevitably propels the fighter to a new level of functioning. The extent of the struggle determines the extent of the growth. The obstacle is an advantage, not adversity. The enemy is any perception that prevents us from seeing this." - The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan holiday
(03:07) SEE THE GAP, NOT THE TREES (OBSTACLES AND ADVERSITY)
"As far as I know, there is no world championship of taking a nice hot shower. There isn’t a new Olympic event that involves sleeping in on a Sunday. No one ever challenged anyone else to see who could be more relaxed after a massage."
"In fact, hitting a tree and finding a poor lie only makes you a better player. It forces you to play it where it lies. It forces you to develop an arsenal of shots and skills you may never develop if you did not occasionally find yourself in a bad situation. It forces you to build resilience, a characteristic that is not only imperative in disc golf but in survival as well. Next time you hit a tree right off the tee and begin to beat yourself up, remind yourself, even pros hit trees. Hitting a few trees is not what separates a recreational player from becoming a pro. What separates a pro from a rec player is what the pro does next."
The second component to understanding where your confidence comes from is understanding what is called “critics math”. Critics math is something that we all suffer from. It’s the mind’s screwed up way of only remembering the bad things that have happened instead of the good. The term comes from authors, actors, directors, musicians, etc…
(18:30) LISTENER QUESTIONS
I'm new to the sport, about a month in and I have a few questions that I'm wondering if you could answer.
My first question is for the Buzzz disc, should I get the Elite X plastic or the Elite Z? I was leaning more towards the Elite X 164g, but I'm not sure. It will be my first mid-range disc.
Second question, could you tell me a few situations in which certain discs should be used rather than others? I have been using only two discs, my Champion Wraith 139g driver and I just switched from a Maniac p1 171g putter to a Rhyno 169g. I really want to be good at this sport so I want to understand when certain discs should be used and when they shouldn't be.

5 STARS Achieving Zen in not only Disc Golf, but in work and life in general
By Jamie on June 25, 2015
Format: Paperback
I was a listener to the Zen and the Art of Disc Golf podcast before I read this book, but now that I have finished it I really wish I wouldn't have waited so long! I have been playing Disc Golf for just over a year now and have always played with people better then me and my scores usually don't compete with theirs. Often times I found myself getting down on myself while playing. This book has changed that. It has taught me to have confidence in myself when I am playing and to recognize the positive aspects of my rounds There is so much good advice jam packed into the pages of this book. As the title of my review says this book not only helps in disc golf but life in general. I have found myself wanting to be a better employee at work, and a better dad at home since reading this book. Get this book now and read it. It will help you not only on the course, but maybe more importantly off the course. Thank you Patrick for such a great book.

This podcast is the best you can find. It isn't easy listening, makes you feel good for the day, and it is educational. This is the first disc golf podcast I have listen to and like(d) it so much that I started trying to listen to other disc golf podcast, and I just couldn't do it the others just didn't compare. I enjoy this podcast as much as I do because it relates outside of disc golf. The things talked about in this podcast will not just improve your game but it will also improve your daily life, by helping you to learn how to clear your mind, enjoy the moment, and "just throw"

5* Better then therapy!!
By Wack -N -Stine on April 28, 2015
This book changed my life! My life on the course and my life in general. I recommend it to people every day, especially my disc golf friends and those I meet on the course. I've always been the positive thinker and I know it has a ton to do with the happy person I am. This book made so much sense to me and I can relate to it so incredibly well it brought tears to my eyes several times. It is a magical book and it opens minds, even the one's that are already open to be even more open and aware of the fine details of life. My game has improved so much and mostly it's because I learned so much about my mental attitude and the effects it truly has on everything. Thank you Patrick for reaching out to me and a million other people. My mind is so clear and it all makes perfect sense, I've never been so touched by any book or learned as much by one and it's only 100 pages. Now I'm going to go throw!!!!! Thank You!!!-Whitney G!!!

Episode #6:
On this episode of The Zen Disc Golf Podcast, Zach and I dispel some of the bad information on MEDITATION, and make they concept easier to swallow for some who have gotten stuck on needing a tie-dye shirts and sandals to be able to do it. We also show how disc golf itself can be seen as a form of meditation when looked at from the right angle. Then, we talk about the pros and cons of having a static vs a dynamic disc golf bag, and how to choose the right discs to carry or to leave in the car. We also had the opportunity to chat with Matt Kruger, who is the designer of the uDisc App. Matt goes over many of the features of the app and where he sees uDisc in the future. Next podcast we will be talking about CONFIDENCE: what it is, where it comes from, and how to gain more!

Episode #4: On this episode Zach and I check out a disc golf rap made by Dustin, a friend of Zach's. We also brainstorm the future of Zen Disc Golf from sponsorships, to teams, to products, to tattoos. Then we discuss Suge Knight and some of our deepest fears. Following our conversation, I got to talk about mental health and disc golf with Alan Hargreaves, a Team Trilogy disc golfer who will be presenting on disc golf's connection to mental health at the HOPE Conference in Maine, May 29th.
Ladies and gentlemen this finishes up what I call the "first 4 pilot episodes" of the Zen Disc Golf Podcast. When I pitched the idea to Zach to do this, we had no idea if anyone would even listen but we went ahead and did them anyway. I contacted 4 interviewees in a week and in 3 days we recorded 4 episodes quickly before Zach had to head out to Japan on business. As always, you - my followers - my readers - and now our listeners have proved to be AMAZING. Because these episodes have gone so well and proven that we have some staying power, we have bumped up our studio equipment to continue to provide better and better quality podcasts and information. There is so much to talk about on Episode 5, Zach will be back in a few days and we will have the next episode out ASAP. I have growing list of interviewees who have agreed to do the show including JohnE McCray and Tim Seward (Mind Body Disc Himself!) Please stay tuned because this thing is just beginning! Episode #3: On this episode Zach and I skip the small talk and move right on into our interview with Good Up Disc Golf, a group in Texas that has dedicated themselves to growing the sport from the bottom up by taking it into the public schools and summer camps. These gentlemen are passionate, motivated, and downright inspiring. I sincerely hope you love hearing this interview as much as we loved doing it. We hope to have Jason and Chris back on in the future to help us keep track of their progress. If these guys can't convince you that growing disc golf comes from teaching the youth, I don't know what will.
Thank you so much for listening. Our next episode (Episode 4) will feature an interview with Alan Hargreaves, a mental health professional who has been using disc golf for it's therapeutic effect long before Zen & The Art of Disc Golf existed! Zach and I will also talk about the possibility of a Zen Disc Golf Team, tell you our worst fears, a fight each other over whose going to get a Zen Disc Golf tattoo first. You definitely won't want to miss this!
