I am joined by a familiar 😊 12 year who agreed to disregard feeling shy, and share a few thoughts about what she learned in her history class and how she feels about it.

Mental health was addressed in various presentations throughout the conference and it prompted some reflections on what I think needs to be different in designing mental health programming into education, organizations and communities.
