They are the lovely power couple who joined Real Life in November 2020 after leaving full-time careers. They have currently built a portfolio of 22 Investment Properties. 9 properties are owned by them and another 13 are in JV Partnerships.
Their portfolio is valued at around £5.6 million with Nicola and Julia achieving a personal Net worth of over £1.7 Million. These properties produce a gross Rental Income of £676,882 with a Net profit of around £170,000. Due to their success by April 2023, the ladies were able to follow their dreams and moved to Spain to make the most of their newfound free time.
Nicola wanted to give back to the Real life community and so trained as a Real life coach. She now helps others achieve their true potential.

I, however, felt like a fraud. I was a busy fool, and a broke one at that. Not only was I skint, but my relationships were also failing too, and as I approached the age of 30, I wasn’t quite where I had planned (nor wanted) to be.
After thinking about this inner truth for a few years (whilst living in my very fun and enjoyable comfort zone), I eventually decided to re-think everything and re-train. I knew the property was an area I wanted and could become a real expert in.
5 years on, I am now full-time in the property. I run 5 separate property businesses, with 2 brands, PureStay and Property62. We generate just shy of £1million in Revenue each year through our Businesses. I have grown this in 2.5 years, mostly through the pandemic. We are now a team of 5 and currently recruiting as we aim to double the company's revenue in the next year.
The pandemic raised our awareness of what was truly important to us in life. And what we were spending our time on didn’t align with these values.
We were working very long hours, Charlotte in a corporate fashion job and John in a construction business he was an owner of. We wanted to become more mindful and in control of our time and create the space to make a greater contribution to the planet.
We started searching within ourselves for answers and focusing more and more on developing ourselves, which led us to Real Life where our property journey began.
We realized property could become our vehicle to allow us to create the time and income to become more mindful and in turn, focus more on contribution.
Contribution is the main driver behind the business and the goals we set for it. The more the business, and we, can expand, the more value we can add to as many people as possible.
In the last year, we have secured deals that will be worth £2.1m once development works are completed and generate £10k net income per month.
