A key reason is that we haven't spent enough time thinking about what we want from life, and haven't set formal goals for ourselves.

In this episode, we celebrate our milestone. You can also celebrate milestones when you set yourself SMART goals.

Mental health care is as important as physical health care. One in four Kenyans is likely to suffer from a mental illness at some point in their life. The youths in Kenya, especially university students, are most vulnerable to mental health-related complications such as depression. In this episode, Dr. Fridah Kameti from the Africa Mental Health Foundation helps understand what mental health is and how to seek help when faced with challenges and situations that may be a precursor to mental health illness. Her key take-way points are that it's okay to not be okay and that there is always help!
