At one point I was scared of change, I didn’t want people to judge me or think different of me. So I kept doing the same thing over and over expecting different results, that’s called Insanity! You want change? It’s simple, do something you’ve never done before. Want to be fit, change your eating habits and workout more. I've been struggling with my weight for quite some time now. I seem to always get this high lose a bunch of weight then just gain it all back within a matter of time. I say I want to lose weight but yet I feel like I haven't decided! I have zero self control when it comes to food.
