This week I'll have a new beer as my Beer In Front. Old Irving's As Time Goes By is a good one, it's a barrel aged Belgian Quad and is worth picking up if you can find it! I'll discuss the beer twitter meetup in Chicago this past weekend and talk about some good beers I had throughout the week.

This week I'm going for the gusto and having a Schlitz as the Beer In Front. Schlitz was my favorite amongst the macros I've had and it's worth trying out! I'll talk about upcoming projects with the great E14 Podcast, I Like Beer Podcast, and Da Beer Bros Podcast as well!

This week I'm very happy to have on Illinois State Representative Ann Williams. She is currently serving her 6th term as State Representative of the 11th District on Chicago’s North Side. The district includes the Chicago neighborhoods of West Lakeview, Roscoe Village and Northcenter, and parts of Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood and Ravenswood Manor. We discuss our city and state as well as 11th District breweries, Twisted Hippo, Half Acre, Begyle, Dovetail, Corridor, Burning Bush, Metropolitan, and coming in the fall, Hop Butcher. I'll have Begyle's Coffee and Vanilla Flannel Pajamas as my Beer In Front.

Next week from June 28th-July 5th, Beermiscuous located at 2812 North Lincoln Avenue will have a Taste of the 11th District with beers from Half Acre, Begyle, Dovetail, and Metropolitan. Good show this week! I had the classic Anchor Liberty Ale as my Beer In Front. I spoke with Michael J Maione from the Micro Break Podcast and that was a fun time. Michael had a beer from Flying Fish and I had the collaboration Half Acre and Morton Salt.

This week I'll have the Mikerphone Brewing version of the Things We Don't Say collaboration as my Beer In Front. I'll also discuss the big beer news that surfaced this week, and I'm sure I can dig up some Jagoffs of The Week!
