Daniel’s life was characterised by an understanding and experience of the heavenly realms, and of God’s eternal kingdom. Trevor ends the series with the reminder that exiles live in the light of eternity.

Following on from last weeks message we continue to explore the challenge of not drifting with the cultural crowd. In part 2 Trevor has some practical help for us as we continue to aim to live generously in the world.
One danger of living with our walls down is that we end up drifting with the crowd or the cultural tide. How do we live open and generously in the world when our allegiance is to a kingdom that is not of this world?
How do we keep our walls down and our hearts open when we encounter people who are different to us? How do we love well, those that don’t look like us, behave like us or believe the same as us? Here’s Sara to help us explore these questions.
Trevor urges each of us to prayerfully reflect on whether we have built any walls of prejudice, to honestly recognize them and earnestly repent of them.

At Easter we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, he is risen from the dead and he is lord. But we also celebrate that on that day a new creation garden was born into the wasteland of our world and we get to be a part of helping it grow as Trevor explains here.
This is how we know what love is, that Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. Trevor Lloyd takes a few moments to talk about the incredible love Jesus showed on the cross and how that should affect our day to day lives and relationships.
We are made for the eternal. As Alison Lloyd explain this should change the way we live as we seek to set our roots down in the eternal.
Reminding us of familiar words from the book of Mark, Ruth opens up for us how LOVE is both the motivation and the mechanism for driving our Roots Down deep, and using our weaknesses to intentionally dismantle our Walls Down.
