The Goethe Girls: Recent Episodes

We're Heather and Jessie and we grew up in South Saint Louis on a street called Goethe, which we pronounce as "GO-THEE". We have been best friends for a very long time and we've been through everything together. When Jessie moved to Kansas City in 2019, we started having weekly conversations which we use to not only catch up with each other, but to reminisce on what it was like growing up in the '80s and '90s. We also share all the great things we've learned over the years, and we offer each other a lot advice, love, and support. We talk about everything under the sun and we invite you to join us each Wednesday for these entertaining and helpful conversations which we call "best friend therapy".
After a short unplanned hiatus, the girls are back! This week Heather continues the conversation about the documentaries, Emotion and Emotion 2.0. She tells us how trapped energy can take a toll on our physical health, and how our energy can affect us.
