In this episode of Arise we see how the law of love keeps God's kingdom intact and how this same law keeps the citizens of this kingdom protected.
As believers in Christ Jesus, we belong to a different kingdom, we walk a different path, it's the love way. It is the light we bring into this world. Without it we lose our relevance and our exalted place!
We were made Holy from the start so that we can be vessels of his love and mercy to our world.
The defining call on our lives is the call to make the knowledge of God known through our love lifestyle.
In every church there are not only sons, there are servants, there are settlers, sightseers and schemers. But only the son of peace truly receives the prophets reward!
Jesus used a phrase in talking about who will receive the wholeness that those sent carry. He called it the son of peace. What does that mean.
God has a plan for the financing of the gospel. A plan that is to lead to your own experience of increase.
God can love us even when we miss the mark because Jesus has sanctified and made us Holy in his sight forever!
Just as Jonathan made a covenant with David that David would show kindness to his family after he was dead, so also Jesus in John 17 asked God to love us because of him. God is answering that prayer today!
Jesus is the reason God can love the giilty. He took our place, he fulfilled the law on our behalf and he prayed specifically asking that the love God has for him should be in us.
Jesus is the reason God can freely and justly love us even when we miss it because he fulfilled the law on our behalf. God is no longer looking at how much we met the demands of the law in determining his dealings with us!
God told Moses basically that He is Love but has to keep justice! He will BY NO MEANS clear the guilty. This means our sins can't go unpunished and there is no way God will act towards us as if we have never sinned except someone else took our place. This is what Jesus did for us!
You need look no further than Jesus to assure your heart of the love that God has for us. The bible says to consider Jesus! The bible says that if God did not spare him but delivered him up for us, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things! Eph 1:6 â Eph 1:7
So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.
John 1:29
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Heb 9:22 â Heb 9:28
In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.
That is why the Tabernacle and everything in it, which were copies of things in heaven, had to be purified by the blood of animals. But the real things in heaven had to be purified with far better sacrifices than the blood of animals.
For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with human hands, which was only a copy of the true one in heaven. He entered into heaven itself to appear now before God on our behalf. And he did not enter heaven to offer himself again and again, like the high priest here on earth who enters the Most Holy Place year after year with the blood of an animal. If that had been necessary, Christ would have had to die again and again, ever since the world began. But now, once for all time, he has appeared at the end of the age to remove sin by his own death as a sacrifice.
And just as each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment, so also Christ was offered once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.
Lev 6:1 â Lev 6:7
â Then the Lord said to Moses, âSuppose one of you sins against your associate and is unfaithful to the Lord. Suppose you cheat in a deal involving a security deposit, or you steal or commit fraud, or you find lost property and lie about it, or you lie while swearing to tell the truth, or you commit any other such sin. If you have sinned in any of these ways, you are guilty. You must give back whatever you stole, or the money you took by extortion, or the security deposit, or the lost property you found, or anything obtained by swearing falsely. You must make restitution by paying the full price plus an additional 20 percent to the person you have harmed. On the same day you must present a guilt offering. As a guilt offering to the Lord, you must bring to the priest your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value. Through this process, the priest will purify you before the Lord, making you right with him, and you will be forgiven for any of these sins you have committed.â
Psalms 69:4
They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
Jn 15:23 â Jn 15:25
Anyone who hates me also hates my Father. If I hadnât done such miraculous signs among them that no one else could do, they would not be guilty. But as it is, they have seen everything I did, yet they still hate me and my Father. This fulfills what is written in their Scriptures: âThey hated me without cause.â
Isaiah 42:22
But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.

Confessions PROTECTION I confess that my life has been redeemed from destruction – the ditch, decay and abrupt end. (Ps. 103:5) I confess that I dwell in God’s secret hiding place under the covering of the most mighty. God is my place for shelter and protection from danger, strengthened against attack. Surely, He delivers me from every trap and protects me from every infectious disease or plague. He covers me with His feathers and under his wings I trust. His word is my shield and buckler. I shall not be afraid of the terror by night nor the arrows that fly by day. Nor shall I be afraid of the plagues of darkness nor the destruction, corruption, decay and sudden death that surprise and lay wait in the day. Though a thousand fall at my side, though ten thousand are dying around me, the evil will not touch me. I will see how the wicked are punished, but I will not share in it. For Jehovah is my refuge, I have chosen the most high God to shelter me. Therefore there shall no evil befall me neither shall my plague come near my dwelling, God’s angels have been given orders concerning me to keep me in all my ways. They are effective and they bear me up lest I dash my feet against a stone. I can safely meet a lion or step on poisonous snakes and even trample them beneath my feet. Because I love him, he rescues me. He is making me great because I trust in is name. He answers when I call. God is always with me even in trouble. He delivers me and honors me. He shall satisfy me with long life and show me His salvation. (Ps. 91).

Confession
MY IDENTITY: I am a saint because of God’s Grace. I am not under law but under grace therefore sin has no dominion over me. Oh, what great love dear father, you have bestowed on me that I am called the CHILD of God. Herein is love, not that I love God but that he loved me (Rom 6: 14, 1Jn 3:1). I live under the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus therefore I am free from guilt and condemnation. God so loved me that he gave me his only begotten son Jesus. Jesus so loved me that He bore the penalty for my peace on the cross (1Jn 2: 2, Jn 3:16, Heb 10: 11 – 12). He bore my sin and guilt. There is therefore now no condemnation for me. God said my sins and iniquities he will NEVER recall. I live under a fountain of God's forgiveness (1Jn 1: 7 Rom 8: 1). I hereby present my body to God as an instrument of righteousness, a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable as my logical response to his generosity and love. I believe that I take grace right now to live righteously by the glory of the father who is at work in me both to will and to do of His good pleasure (Rom 12: 1, Rom 6: 9 – 13, Phil. 2: 13).

A Live Audio Devotion with Pastor Nuel Scriptures Rom 8:2 — Rom 8:4 (NKJV) 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Rom 7:4 — Rom 7:11 (NKJV) 4 Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. 5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. 6 But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter. Sin’s Advantage in the Law 7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.” 8 But sin, taking opportunity by the commandment, produced in me all manner of evil desire. For apart from the law sin was dead. 9 I was alive once without the law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died. 10 And the commandment, which was to bring life, I found to bring death. 11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me.

Numbers 14:18 (CWSB) 18 The Lord is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and -- fourth generation. Rom 5:12 — Rom 5:21 (TNIV) 12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned– 13 To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone's account where there is no law. 14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come. 15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God's grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! 16 Nor can the gift of God be compared with the result of one man's sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. 17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ! 18 Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. 20 The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1Co 2:6 — 1Co 2:16 Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; but just as it is written, “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him.” For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Ephesians 2:4-7
But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. So God can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all he has done for us who are united with Christ Jesus.
Romans 8:31-39
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.
Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting -- nothing. -- If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. Heb 10:35 — Heb 10:36 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.
