Eternal life is the only antidote for the consequences of sin in the human spirit, soul and body. This overflowing life is not accessible by the deeds of the law, it is only accessible by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Stand in the shoes of the heir, talk, think and act from the status of the privilege granted. There is no room for a cowardly and beggarly stand in this place of highest privilege.
The individual is not counted as righteous because of his successfully effort to separate himself from sin; he is counted righteous because of his faith in God who separates him from his sin.
This “turning away” is referred to as a blessing, which means our iniquities were a curse to us. No human can deliver himself from his iniquities, self will is impotent with respect to turning away from iniquity.
Many have not yet called on the name of the Lord, because nobody is telling them about it. Many will call, if someone will tell them. God has made the offer of salvation available, he is depending on you to publicise it.
The believer in Christ will also be taken up. The next great event in the eternal calendar is the “rapture” of the Church
You and I are custodians of this message of the salvation of God. It is not for “keeps”, it is for sharing. The social architecture of our communities can be positively altered forever by taking the initiative to spread this message.
You cannot believe God if you know nothing about his character and his intentions towards you. Salvation brings you into a vital relationship and fellowship with God. You have access to regular conversations with your Heavenly Father, you know his character and his intentions toward you.
Faith in Christ Jesus is not one of the options your friends or neighbours have. It is the only option. Don’t be quiet concerning faith in Christ
Everywhere and everyone needs the gospel of Christ. Don’t be confident to bear witness only in your Jerusalem, and cower in Rome. You role and responsibility as a witness must be consistent.
Your personal salvation experience is all you have seen or heard of Jesus Christ.It should be deliberately and consistently shared with others.
The message and mission of Christ was a priority to the early Church, and should remain a priority to the end time Church.The willingness to make sacrifices for the gospel should be taught and practiced in our day.
No human can receive enablement that produces repentance toward God without faith in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. There is a difference between repentance from sin, and repentance toward God.
Preaching and sharing the same message will produce salvation in any other person who believes. It is through this same message that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God, as the waters cover the sea.
There will be no inside out experience for anyone, if there is no gospel preached in the first place.
Many around you are shut out from Christ, because your mouth is shut. Open your mouth and preach the gospel, and see the door of faith open to people to come into Christ.
The “forgiveness of sins” spoken about here is different from the temporary provision God made for the children of Israel through animal sacrifices.
The core truth that must be received for anyone to be saved, is that Jesus is the Christ that all the scriptures spoke about.
Jesus Christ is the righteous one, and the second man, who knew no sin. He is the lamb without blemish, and without spot. He qualified to be the lamb slain, and the perfect substitute for the sins of mankind because he was without sin.
The message of God has not changed, it is still valid and effective today as it was in the era of the early church.
If all the sufferings of Christ mentioned by the Prophets have been fulfilled in detail, then the benefits or blessings of that suffering should be manifested in detail in you who has believed.
The same Jesus has been glorified and made both Lord and Christ by his resurrection and ascension.
