Don’t allow the enemy (or your inner me) to hold onto unforgiveness. Stuff you worry about today won’t matter in a few years. Don’t let an old grudge ruin your Christmas!

There are a lot of anxious and confused people in the world, worrying about high gas prices. Put God FIRST! Trust in Him with all your heart. Stop trying to feed what isn’t real… and start starving your doubts! A bad economy hasNOTHINGto do with you!

But, DON’T wait to be happy until: · You get the job. · You find the spouse. · You have the kids. · The kids finally move out. Enjoy where you are until you get where you're going… no matter how long it takes. When it’s Gods time, you can’t stop it. And when it’s not, you can’t force it. It’s worth the wait to build something GREAT!
Are we just going to sit back and wait? To get the life we want, we have to do things we’ve never done before. Pastor David teaches us: * God called us to live in this time and place for a reason * We have to get out of our comfort zone or we’ll always be stuck where we are * Pay attention to how we’re handling the small problems * If it was easy to have the life of our dreams, everyone would have it It’s not the season to let things get loose. Saddle up! God is preparing us to expand our capacity to be able to carry all He has planned for us.
Failure is not final! Having grit takes us farther than we even imagined we could go. Pastor David teaches us: * Just because we’ve failed, it doesn’t mean we are a failure * It’s not about how often we fall, it’s about getting back up every time * God doesn’t define us by our past or by our mistakes The setbacks will make us even stronger than we were before. So, don’t let the devil’s “no” set you up for failure. “No” is OVER and you’re entering a new season of “yes!” · There are signs that Jesus is coming soon. · We have a mission to complete. · Don’t go for immediate gratification. · Your “yes” is just around the corner! Even if the enemy says, “no,” God always says, “yes.” So, how you vote makes ALL the difference. Say “yes” to your BEST!
Sometimes it’s hard to go to church, but there are so many benefits when we get together. Pastor David reminds us: * There’s power when we worship together * Doing life alone makes us more of a target * Finding the right church family is more valuable than we think * Church is not just important for us; it’s important for our kids After we get saved and baptized, God has even more. Life-change continues when we live it together!
The devil hates the local church! So, we will always have opposition in life. When we die, we’ll go to Heaven or Hell. Every answer we need is found in church. The Church is: · NOT just an institution. · NOT just a building. · It’s NOT a religion… it’s a RELATIONSHIP! · Its members are God's own FAMILY! There are certain values you can only learn at church. Make sure you give your family a firm foundation because The Church is the HEARTBEAT of God!
How much does our opinion matter? Pastor David teaches us how judging everything carries more weight than we realize. We’re reminded: * It’s not our job to fix everyones business * There are tips we can use to avoid judgment from others * We tend to judge others for the same things that we’re doing It comes down to realizing that when we approach others through love, we can defuse those situations.
Everyone needs a spiritual father to speak into their lives. Your legacy will be the return on the investment you make in others. The quickest way to get over the trauma of our past is to keep renewing our mind. Even when we don’t feel like it, we keep acting like things are right. Soon, the things that used to set us off no longer mess with us. We can have control over our own thoughts.
