It's been a few months, and I'm finally back! 🥳
In this shorter episode, I'm sharing where I've been, the (plentyyyy of) grief I've been navigating, and what life has looked like behind the scenes. I talk about trying to balance work, purpose, and everyday life while moving through one of the hardest seasons I've experienced.
This is just an honest conversation about what this chapter has been teaching me and a little glimpse into what's been on my heart. I'm grateful you're here, and I'm excited to be back!

My instagram: www.instagram.com/asia.hilario
In this intimate two-part series, I sit down with former client and dear friend, Tati, for an honest conversation about friendship breakups- the kind that don't get talked about enough, but leave a deep imprint.
Together, we unpack the inner child wounds that get activated, the emotional weight of being painted as the villain, and the grief that comes with losing someone you once felt safe with. We also explore what it really means to move through your "villain era" with self-awareness, compassion, and accountability.
Inside this series, we dive into processing pain, navigating complex emotions, and understanding the deeper layers beneath conflict and disconnection. You'll also walk away with tangible tools to support your healing, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild a stronger relationship with yourself.
About Tati:
Tati is a true multi-hyphenate and trailblazer. She is a California-licensed attorney, rebirth visionary, founder of Renacida, writer, public speaker, wife, and mom- and she brings a powerful, lived perspective into every space she enters.
She is half Mexican and half African American, and as a first-generation attorney, her work is deeply rooted in lineage, liberation, and reclamation. With a background spanning both civil and criminal law, she understands systems from the inside-while simultaneously guiding women through profound personal rebirth outside of them.
She has coached a broad and diverse group of women and leads a growing community for mothers called Multi-Dimensional Mama, has spoken on multiple panels and conferences, and continues to blaze trails in every room she enters- professionally, creatively, and personally.

Sabotaging My Goals Because I Was Afraid of Loss
(My Follow-Through Formula for Goals enrollment is open this week only!)
In this episode, I talk about how I was sabotaging my own goals—not because I didn't want them, but because I was afraid of the loss that came with growth.
I break down:
If you've ever found yourself starting strong and then losing momentum, this episode will help you understand what's actually happening beneath the surface and how to respond differently.
My upcoming course:
The Follow-Through Formula is a four-part mini-course for anyone ready to finally see their most meaningful goals through from start to finish. Through nervous system work, inner child healing, and epigenetic rewiring, it helps you release the DEEP subconscious patterns that hold you back and build lasting grit. By the end, you'll move forward with clarity, confidence, and the ability to consistently follow through on what truly matters to you
Enrollment is open this week only (January 28th - Feb 1)!

This year stretched me in ways I didn't expect.
There was loss, grief, and endings I didn't see coming.
This is the official first episode of the Asia & Alchemy (podcast) rebrand, and it's one of the most honest conversations I've shared to date!
In this episode, I talk about:
• The 8 pains I transmuted this year
• Clean pain vs dirty pain (and why suffering in life is optional)
• What transmutation actually looks like in real life
• Why letting go can be an act of self-trust, not failure
Tune in!
Also:
Enrollment opens January 28th
The Follow Through Formula (my deepest subconscious-rewiring course yet) for anyone who's tired of setting goals their nervous system can't hold. Yes- the lack of follow through is a nervous system problem- NOT a capability problem. This course will be a course to actually follow through with your New Years goals for the long-haul!
Details for the course will come out soon. Hop on the waitlist so that you don't miss the small enrollment window.

🎙️ Episode: When No One Believes in Your Dream
Let’s talk about what it actually feels like when you’re building something sacred and soul-led… and no one around you gets it.
What do you do when the dream you’re being called to walk doesn’t have a cheering section?
This one’s for anyone quietly carrying a big vision while navigating silence, doubt, or straight-up skepticism from the people they love most.

Healing My Relationship with My Mom Part 3: Healing through Reparenting
“Every time I choose to protect myself, speak my truth, and feel my feelings—I’m becoming the mother I always needed.”
In this powerful final episode of the Healing My Relationship with My Mom series, I dig deep into the transformative process of reparenting your inner child, the essential (and most freeing) step in healing generational wounds, even if your mom never apologizes or changes. I share the exact tools and practices that helped me create emotional safety, set unshakable boundaries, and build self-trust after a childhood filled with silence, abandonment, and survival mode.
Furthermore, this isn’t about fixing your mom, it’s about reclaiming your power, breaking cycles, and becoming the parent you always needed. Whether you're navigating complex family dynamics, struggling with people-pleasing, or yearning for healthy relationships, this conversation will help you understand reparenting as a daily act of self-love, not a one-time event.
If you're ready to stop searching for validation outside yourself and start healing from within- let's get into it!

Healing My Relationship with My Mom Part 2: Unpacking Resentment
This is hands down one of the most raw episodes I’ve ever released. At one point while recording, I actually paused and asked myself, “Do I really wanna go there?” And the answer was: yes. Because this is my truth—and if you’ve ever felt resentment toward your mom or held onto unspoken anger, this episode is for you.
Inside this conversation I unpack:
This episode isn’t about blaming, it’s about validating the parts of you that never felt seen or heard.
Let this be an invitation to explore your truth, even if it’s messy. You’re not alone ❤️

Healing My Relationship with My Mom (Part 1): Realizing I Had Abandonment Trauma
In this deeply personal episode, I’m kicking off a powerful new series: Healing My Relationship with My Mom. This first part dives into a huge realization I had recently—that I was carrying abandonment trauma from my mom, even though she was physically present for most of my life.
Someone in the community requested this topic, and I knew I had to speak on it—because so many of us walk around with unspoken wounds, not even realizing they stem from emotional abandonment.
I unpack what emotional abandonment looks like, the subtle ways it can show up (even if your mom was there), and some key indicators you might be carrying this trauma, too. This episode is for anyone who felt unseen, unheard, or unsupported—and is ready to start healing.
This series is about truth-telling, inner child healing, and reclaiming your power one layer at a time. Thank you for being here!

EPISODE 39: Transmuting the No: Turning Rejection into Power On this episode of the Business Baddies Podcast we’re talking about something every person faces: rejection. Yep, the dreaded “no.” But what if I told you that “no” doesn’t have to stop you? That it can actually fuel you? I’m breaking down the difference between clean pain (the kind that helps us grow) vs dirty pain (the kind that keeps us stuck), and how you get to decide how much you suffer. Spoiler: suffering is optional, and power is a choice. I’m also spilling some tea of my own (you know the vibez)- real examples of how I’ve turned no’s into power and confidence. Plus some mindset shifts to help you stay productive (even when you’re in your feelings). This one’s for the baddie who’s learning to lead herself no matter what the world throws at her. Did you know that social media has been described by many experts as being more addictive than cigarettes and alcohol? Yikes!
Listen in to this Glow Up Season episode as I explain what the social media comparison trap is, the detrimental impact it has on our self-esteem, how I’ve fallen into the trap, and how I pulled myself out of it. Is your dating life exhausting and unsatisfying? Let’s change that. In this episode of Glow Up Season, I talk about intentional dating and share a tool that has helped me change my dating habits for the better. This powerful dating tool is the concept of having non-negotiables.
Companionship is a basic human need… and dating is fun, but it can be exhausting. It can feel like a merry-go-round, am I right?! Until I started dating with intention, I was on and off that ride too many times to count.
So, let’s discuss what non-negotiables are and how to build your own list so that you can have a healthy and happy dating life that makes you feel confident and in control. Plus, I share with you my list of non-negotiables based on past relationships and dating experiences so that you can feel inspired to create your own.
Hot tip: “You can tell what someone prioritizes or what’s important to them by what they spend their time on.”
In This Episode You Will Learn:
The typical stages of dating (3:38)
What a non-negotiable is and is not (08:49)
My non-negotiables and why I’m passionate about them (11:09)
My negotiables in relationships (19:35)
Other ways to improve your dating life (29:14)
Questions Answered:
What is intentional dating? (08:08)
How do I define my non-negotiables in relationships? (23:06)
“A non-negotiable is not open for discussion or modification, sis. It is unchanging. It is an absolute. It is something that you have to commit to and not budge on.”

Do you have regrets in your life? Do you reflect upon your past and wish you could change it? In this episode of Glow Up Season, I talk about what it means to grieve your past self, why it’s so important for your health and wellbeing, and what happens when you ignore or suppress grief. Then, I share a few tips on how to grieve your past self so that you can move on and glow up!
“Grieving is simply the emotional response to a loss.”
It’s okay to want better for your past self… but at what point does it start to hold you back from being present and content with where you’re at now?
Grief can show up in many ways and be triggered by many different events, like a break-up, a haircut, a change in career paths, or even the pandemic. Grieving your past self means you’re allowing yourself to feel the emotions you didn’t allow yourself to feel when you were becoming a different version of yourself.
“We will always go through pain in our lives, sis, we cannot control that… but what we can control is how we choose to respond to that pain.”
Grief sets you free. Grief allows you to move forward in your life while feeling lighter, less resistant, and less guilty of the past. You owe it to yourself to stop being a prisoner of your past. Your past is a lesson, not a life sentence.
In This Episode You Will Learn:
A real, personal story showing the importance of grieving your past self (5:13)
Why it’s important to go through the grief process (14:32)
The 5 stages of grief (17:33)
Tips for grieving your past self (21:29)

Do you find yourself over-apologizing, sometimes for things that aren’t even your fault? Other than habit, there may be deeper reasons for why you do that… In this episode of Glow Up Season, I highlight the reasons why people over-apologize, how to stop over-apologizing, and how saying sorry too much affects us as women. I share some alternative ways to say, “I’m sorry,” along with a fun challenge you can participate in that will help you implement this into your life.
“By apologizing, we try to avoid conflict, we try to stop the conflict before it even starts. We apologize so no one gets offended or so that no one gets mad at us. Phew! The tea is scorching today, my sistas!”
The need to please people, low self-esteem, perfectionism, a trauma response, or feeling responsible for other people’s mistakes might all be reasons why you say sorry too much. Saying sorry might seem like it’s polite, but it’s actually hurting you and making you appear smaller and more timid that you really are.
Are you tired of apologizing for everything?
Do not apologize for your feelings. Do not apologize for taking time for yourself. Do not apologize for being your true, authentic self. Do not apologize for leveling up, growing, and GLOWING UP!
Share this episode and challenge your loved ones to stop this habit of over-apologizing! Start TOMORROW. Doing it together will have an even more powerful, healing effect on your life.
In This Episode You Will Learn:
How over-apologizing comes off and how it impacts us as women (6:18)
A tip for easing the anxiety that comes with apologizing too much (16:12)
What you should and shouldn’t apologize for (27:12)
Alternative ways to say “I’m sorry” (30:56)

Looking for love? Let’s start with the heart. In this episode of The Glow Up Season, I spill the tea about my NEW relationship and some of the lessons I’ve learned from past relationships, along with 10 ways I opened my heart to love again. This episode is a little different than past episodes, so cozy up and get ready for some juicy storytelling and fresh perspectives!
“Throw away the idea that you need to pause your life until you are fully healed. You can simultaneously heal your past while being open to the present.”
Trusting the process means accepting that hardships and challenges will happen along your journey to success, happiness, and true love. Every lesson brings us closer to fulfilling our purpose in life and I believe we must surrender to the process and have faith in the unknown. Not all men are the same and you’re not a woman that “only attracts toxic men.” You’re perfectly capable of attracting the perfect person for you, but are you open to it?
What identity have you given yourself that interferes with your openness to receive love?
I encourage you to meditate on this question and journal about your response because it just might be as powerful for you as it was for me!
Love is risky, but it’s out there for you and you deserve it. You are worthy of love. Take your time, put yourself and your needs first, and love will come at just the right time.
In This Episode You Will Learn:

Being successful doesn’t mean you don’t feel pain (6:03)

In this episode of The Glow Up Season, I talk about the power of feeling through our emotions and realizing that there are no positive or negative emotions. I explain the role emotions play in our lives, especially anger and sadness, as well as how to feel through them.
These ideas I share with you have helped me better connect with myself and others, which has resulted in healthier relationships, enhanced inner peace, improved decision-making and problem-solving abilities, reduced stress and anxiety, decreased depression, and improved resilience.
Ultimately, I felt more powerful.
“The most beautiful thing about us humans is our capacity to overcome, to endure, to transform, and to be greater than our pain.”
Explosive emotions or suppressed emotions often begin early in life and are carried into adulthood because we weren’t “allowed” to express our emotions growing up. Expressing emotions is a skill that we must work on and practice. It can be difficult at first, but it’s so necessary for living a healthy, balanced life!
Emotions are there for a reason. They hold messages for us. Listening to those messages and feeling your emotions fully is not being weak, it’s being courageous.
What are your emotions telling you?
“When we take the labels off, we are able to experience emotions just as they are and we’re able to allow ourselves to feel them without shame.”
In This Episode You Will Learn:
Why we shouldn’t label our emotions as positive or negative (4:38)
The role of our emotions (7:36)
The difference between dirty pain and clean pain (16:44)
Questions Answered:
What happens when we label our emotions as good or bad? (6:05)
Why is it important to feel your emotions? (20:34)
How do I feel through my emotions? (28:52)

In this episode of The Glow Up Season Podcast, I dive deep into abandonment issues.
Listen in as I enlist the help of an expert to break down what fear of abandonment is and some of the signs and behaviors associated with fear of abandonment. My lovely guest, Dr. Christine Coleman, shares her story with abandonment issues and how she overcame them, then shares tangible tools you can use to move past your struggles with abandonment and anxiety. To top it all off, she offers insight into how to find closure.
Dr. Coleman is a family and marriage therapist, a professional in the field of psychology, and to be honest, she’s kind of my idol! She’s a philanthropist, consultant, and speaker who specializes in gender and racial justice and has been serving women, adolescents, and BIPOC on issues of attachment trauma for many years.
Do you find yourself committed to or attached to people very quickly?
Do you sacrifice your own needs in order to fulfill your partner’s needs?
Have you stayed in neglectful or abusive relationships, doing anything to make it work?
Do you avoid emotional intimacy?
You’re not the only one.
Abandonment issues may be rooted in different kinds of trauma or difficult experiences prior in life. If you’re not shown what healthy and respectful love looks like while you’re growing up, it’s going to be more difficult to emulate that in your relationships as an adult.
When Dr. Coleman was fed up with the fear and generational trauma she was carrying with her, she made a declaration to do the work that was necessary to heal. No joke, three weeks after she made that shift, she met her husband!
Healing is powerful, ladies, and it’s so attainable!

In this episode of The Glow Up Season Podcast, I talk about eleven (11) signs that you are in a toxic friendship. Before I embarked on my growth journey, my circle of friends was very different. Using examples from my personal experiences, I will describe how toxic ties can affect you and why it’s necessary to be mindful of the company you keep. One of the most crucial realizations in my growth journey is that toxic friends tend to hold you back and stunt your growth, you will be running in place until you decide to cut ties. I even found that the symptoms of my mental disorders became less frequent after cutting off from those unhealthy friendships.
What do you do about an unhealthy friendship?
Listen in as I enlighten you on the hidden clues to uncovering toxic friendships, their impact on your physical and psychological well being and the necessary steps to recover from harmful relationships. At the end of this conversation, you will be equipped to identify such relationships and address them.
We aren't aware of how influential friendships can truly be to us and our lives. To get to the next level, we must release friendships that do not serve us anymore, and surround ourselves with friends that positively affect our decisions and actions.
"Pay attention to how you feel after you hang out with a person. Ask yourself "Do I feel drained or do I feel energized?"
“You are not supposed to feel mentally exhausted or depleted after hanging out with someone who is good for your soul"
When you confirm that you have an unhealthy friendship, you could keep them around and let them know, but no one wants to hear that they're a toxic friend. In regards to that friendship, ask yourself, "what do I gain if I cut them off?" Also ask yourself "What do I gain if I keep them around?" Take the time and space you need to figure things out before you take a step.
In This Episode You Will Learn:Why people don't often cut off unhealthy friendships (04:12)
The science behind the impact of the company that we keep. (06:25)
The Science of Emotional Contagion (07:05)
The urge to conform (08:44)
The effect of your friendships on your health (11:10)
Signs of a toxic friendship (13:18)
What to do when you get confirmation that you have an unhealthy friendship (31:35)
How to cut off unhealthy friendships (33:52)
Questions I Answered:Why is it so uncommon to urge people to leave unhealthy friendships?

In this episode of The Glow Up Season Podcast, I talk about the powerful impact of communicating with “I” statements. Listen inas I explain what an “I” statement is and how to use them in conversation, along with examples that’ll help you understand this concept fully. This communication tool can be used in romantic relationships, friendships, work relationships, and everywhere in between!
“You never wash the dishes!”
“You clearly just don’t care!”
“You’re late, you’re so inconsiderate!”
“You don’t even care about what I have to say!”
Do those sound familiar? No shame, no judgement, we’ve all been there.
Emotions like anger, disappointment, and frustration can get in the way of effectively listening and expressing ourselves, especially in conflict. When we’re experiencing strong feelings and emotions during a conflict, we often turn to “you” statements, like the statements listed above. For me, the arguments stopped and my relationships improved when I started using “I” statements and started taking accountability for my emotions. I was finally able to communicate and listen properly and I want to pass on this valuable lesson to you!
“Choosing the right words during an argument or an important conversation can be the difference between resolving our issues or making them worse.”
In This Episode You Will Learn:

In this episode of The Glow Up Season Podcast, I talk about one of the most important lessons I’ve ever learned: When people show you who they are, believe them the first time.
Listen in as I share a story from a few years ago with my ex that is the perfect analogy for this lesson. It involves me embodying my inner Sherlock Holmes to catch a thief! Then, I talk about some of the subtle ways people show who they are to others, so you can be more aware of how this applies to your everyday life.
“People do not change for other people.”
Do you agree? If not, definitely tune in to this episode! Speaking negatively about others behind their backs, not treating others with respect, not showing up for you in times of need, gas lighting… those are all instances of someone showing who they truly are and chances are they won’t change because you want them to! We’ve all experienced people who do those things I mentioned, but the real question is…
What is it costing you to keep those people in your life?
Be an observer. Tune in to the energy of your life and if there’s someone in your beautiful, sacred energy bubble that blatantly shows you who they are over and over again, perhaps it’s time to reevaluate your relationship with them. Decide what type of life you want and what type of person you want to be. Then, adjust your life to align with those visions.
Do the people around you serve you and your visions?
In This Episode You Will Learn:
The story of my ex’s thief (4:16)
The longer you wait to cut certain people out of your life, the longer they will be ‘stealing’ from you (13:51)
More examples of how my exes were showing me their true selves (14:30)
Questions I Answered:
What are some subtle ways people may show me who they are? (17:09)

In this first episode of The Glow Up Season Podcast, we’re going to explore the concept of giving yourself permission, which is a tool that has allowed me to step into my power and progress into the woman I want to be.
There has been immense conditioning in us as women, even as kids, throughout the past few centuries that has made us rely on acquiring permission from someone else to do certain things. We have also developed an hypervigilance that makes us scared of doing the wrong thing and not trusting our own authority. Well, it’s time to reclaim your authority and your confidence in your decisions! Get out of your own way! It’s time to step into your power, get growin’, and get glowin’!
Listen in as I dive deep into the revolutionary practice of giving yourself permission and the psychology behind it, along with very a personal story that you may be able to relate to. I touch on how we can apply this simple tool to grow and succeed in the different areas of life, like relationships, spirituality, career, mental health, physical health, finances, etc.
How do we know what we need to give ourselves permission for? I then break down the signs to look for so you can recognize when and where you’re holding yourself back in life, such as denying your emotions, not letting yourself celebrate your accomplishments, or not letting yourself take time for rest and self-care.
“I realized that I had unconsciously told myself that I’m not allowed to be happy yet.”
Does that resonate at all? Feeling multiple different emotions at once, like feeling happiness during a time of grief or healing from a loss, is healthy and shouldn’t be suppressed.
Are you giving yourself permission to flourish?
What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Take some time to think and write about that… then go to town, honey! The only thing holding you back is yourself.
In This Episode You Will Learn:
The tool that has changed my life (1:51)
My story and how I gave myself permission to feel love after a break up (4:45)
Signs you’re not giving yourself permission (12:37)
An activity on how to figure out what you need to give yourself permission for (15:36)
How women have been conditioned over our lifetimes (22:43)
Questions I Answered:
Why is it important to give ourselves permission? (3:15)
How do we know what we need to give ourselves permission for? (12:06)
