Hi folks, been busy buying a house! In this coronavirus world it has proven to awkward and full of hurdles but after a lot of work we have managed to get everything sorted and have a moving in date. Keeping on investing nearly hit £3000 total invested and have seen a growth of around 18%. Seems we are entering a recovery phase in the UK. Hi folks, loss in the family this week so only a short one. I have had the best month to date though earning £25.41 it seems I am heading along the right path though because despite my portfolio dropping in value im still pulling in the dividends. Other than that still following the rules from the richest man in babylon. Hello folks, dividend payments have increased by more than 100% this month. We have gone from £5.17 to £11.29 for the year. Not much I know but it proves we are at least on the right track. Still not investing money into ratesetter. Purchases this month were Aviva, IUKD and Vodafone.
Only a short one this month, new job and house hunting are taking priority, that and ive not had any dividened payments. Purchased BAE systems, Nordic american tankers, lloyds and IUKD shares this month. Lloyds are set to restart their dividends in 2021. Rate setter has been sold to metro bank so im pulling out my cash... fun and games eh
Hi Folks, not too bad this month, been working and managed to save £200. that has brought my total to £1600 in trading 212 and £1000 in Ratesetter. I am withdrawing funds from Ratesetter though as they're in talks to be bought by bank. hopefully I will get them, there is a real possibility that I will lose my money. Sticking with the rules from the richest man in Babylon, it seems to be working so far and it is simple to follow. I will check in again next month. I am also going to start work on making a youtube channel, probably using the same audio files with some recordings from my laptop.

Its been a rough month this month, interest rates have been cut, dividends have been cancelled and I have left my job so only had £50 to invest. Nevertheless I am optimistic, taken the time to do some reading and looking back its affirming to see how my pot has grown.
I have put £400 more pounds into the stock market, thats £200 more than I should have. Its highlighted how easy it is to get carried away. In this episode I just go over my shares and ratesetter. Made £14 this month, slowly but surely creeping up.
