Having a woman be submissive is not something that should be negotiated and debated, not for a responsible, mature, and hardworking man. Either the woman is raised to be submissive, or she involves into being submissive once the man demonstrates that he's reliable, capable, responsible, and consistent. OR she doesn't have a submissive nature or mentality! ~ Michael Baisden
Have you had on a boss that was Racist, misogynistic, chauvinistic, cheap, unqualified to boss, took credit for your work, alcoholic, addict, or too touchy feely? Or a boss that slept with his or her employees or openly cheated on their spouse? And what’s the worse job you ever had? What did you hate most about it?
Deciding to marry someone with children should not be a decision made without serious considerations. It’s important for your partner to be civil with the other biological parent. It’s also important to agree on bedtimes, homework, and spanking? But most importantly, you have to have a plan on how to deal with the other biological parent if they start causing drama. What’s your advice on dating someone with children?
Should you break up with someone face to face? What about in public? If they make a scene that can be embarrassing…or even dangerous. And how did you respond to being dumped around the holidays, or while you’re on vacation, or right before a wedding? Some people have been dumped while they were hospitalized, or while they were grieving the death of a loved one. What’s your story about your worse break up ever?
Never in my 20 plus years of writing and talking about relationships have a heard so many complaints about dating, from men and women. What is going on in society that has caused so many people to complain about the dating game? And it’s not just black woman who are complaining, it’s women and men of all races. What’s really going on that’s making dating so complicated?
Women today are taking better care of themselves, look better, more energy, more confidence, more sex drive. And women over 40 are being approached more often by men under 40. So, say it loud ladies, I’m a cougar and I’m proud!
Admitting you want and need a man doesn’t make you weak…it just means you’re being honest with yourself. Don’t allow your man less friends transfer that, “I don’t need a man!” attitude onto you. I know some women will get technical about the word, “need” but that’s okay. I think everyone understands that’s it’s not a weakness to admit you need something to make your life better. ~ Michael Baisden
Why can’t some of our friends, family and our partner stand to see you be successful? I’ll you why, insecurity! People who are confident want to see you fly but insecure people want to keep you down so you don’t remind them of how lazy and unsuccessful they are. ~ Michael Baisden
There's nothing more unattractive than insecurity. It can damage and destroy an otherwise good relationship. The remedy for insecurity is simple, be honest with youThere's nothing more unattractive than insecurity. It can damage and destroy an otherwise good relationship. The remedy for insecurity is simple, be honest with yourself and start working on those issues and also being straight up with your partner, friends, family, etc... about the source of the insecurity and working it out. But because people lack the integrity and communication skills to resolve issues, insecurities are allowed to fester and destroy the foundation of trust in the relationship. When that happens is O-V-E-R! That's my opinion. What do you think? ~ Michael Baisdenrself and start working on those issues and also being straight up with your partner, friends, family, etc... about the source of the insecurity and working it out. Did you have to overcome adversity, dream killers, cancer, disability, mental and physical abuse, and self-doubt?

Relationships cause the highest levels of stress. Being lied to, cheated on, insecurity and inconsistencies will cause anybody’s blood pressure to rise! Not to mention judgmental family members, dramatic friends, and cheap, sexiest and racist bosses. And we haven’t even touched on stress from traffic, waiting on the cable guy, and the anxiety from social media. It’s no wonder so many people are on drugs and in yoga classes…we’re stressed out!
Ladies, how do you feel about paying for dates? Men, do you think it’s time for women start paying more often?
Have you seen the devastation in the Bahamas? What are you, your organization or church doing to help?
The best thing about being over 40 is that you know what you don’t want! And you’re more comfortable with who you are. But the other reality is your patience for B.S. is zero!
Have you had a partner, best friend, co-worker, teacher, or parent tried to kill your dreams? And what’s your advice on how to overcome dream killers?
Do people understand the law and their potential liability when they get married or co-sign contracts with their partners? Share your story!
Yes, this still an issue in 2019 because people are ignorant and afraid of change. While others, in all fairness, see minority men dating outside their culture as narrowing the pool of available men. Regardless of the reasons, people still look at interracial couples sideways in public and sometimes shout racial insults. What’s up with that?
Life will pass you by is you keep waiting on people to travel with you! Yes, it’s great to have a partner, a friend, or family member to travel with but what happens when they just don’t care to travel, or can’t afford it, or always fake you out? At some point you have to say what the hell and set out on your own! Tell me what you think!
What happened in your life to cause you to make the decision to go without sex? I respect people’s ability to be celibate, but I couldn’t do it! ~ Michael Baisden
Which Sign Is The Best Marriage Material? Which Sign Should You Trust As Far As You Could Throw Them? lol
The mass shooting will stop when we outlaw assault rifles. But we have issues with gun violence on a day to day basis, whether it’s children being killed in Chicago and St. Louis. And we must deal with the fear some whites have about the country becoming more black and brown. What are they afraid of exactly?
Why do people use their children to hurt each other? Don’t they realize their destroying their children? Do they care?
Important show today for anyone who is serious about starting their own business…Maybe it takes something like being fired to make you realize your life is meant to be different. Sometimes you need a swift kick in the butt to set you on the right path.
Even happily married couples will tell you marriage isn’t for everyone. But when it’s done right, it’s amazing!
Is it okay to call a grown woman you don’t know, baby! What’s with all the touching and grabbing at clubs and bars? And does today’s man know how to talk to a lady?
These days women have friend with and without benefits and guess what? They don’t care what men or other women think! Times are changing and women are learning to compartmentalize relationship just like men do! Can men handle that?
Why is the perception that if a man moves into a woman home he’s a bum? He might be bringing resources into the home that the woman needs or they could be pooling their money together to buy something together. But the question is do women respect me who move into their space?
And…Is it possible that “The Side Piece” is the reason why some men are able to tolerate their relationships and marriages? Or is she interfering with men doing the hard work it takes to build and maintain their relationships?
Do you know a man who handles his business, provides for his family and treats his woman like a Queen?
There’s nothing worse than a bad neighbor! I had a neighbor who allowed her dog to poop on my grass. Then there was the neighbor who lived above me who paced the floors from 6:00am to 9:00am, every morning! And I also had the neighbor who started a car wash business next door. That loud power washer was going 24-7, not to mention his loud and indignant customers.
So many people suffer in silence and refuse to seek professional help, especially in the Black community. Why do we view mental illness as a weakness instead of understanding it’s a disease that needs to be treated just like any other injury?
For some couples, the drama of planning the wedding can be the demise of the relationship. Too often more importance is put on the ceremony than the marriage. Post your comments about how you think elaborate weddings can destroy a relationship?
Why do some people refuse to go see a doctor…for at least an annual checkup? I recommend twice a year, just to be safe. If you won’t do it for yourself, do it for your partner and family. Don’t risk allowing a disease to kill you because you were too lazy or too afraid to go see a doctor. That’s just crazy!
There are many ways to view this issue (1) The man is telling a woman she’s too good because, she IS too good for him i.e. too moral, too intelligent, too successful and she’s unwilling to settled. (2) He doesn’t feel worthy of having a good woman and is trying to sabotage the relationship. And (3) He’s trying to find an easy way to dump her because he’s not attracted to her, the sex was whack, or she’s boring! Women do it all the time but instead of saying he’s “too good” they say, “he’s too nice!” Post your thoughts.
Dating isn’t dead, romance is dead, dressing up is dead, holding hands in public is dead, and people not understanding the value of dating each other is dead! If you look at the failure of most relationships it starts with one or both partners getting too comfortable and forgetting how important it is to continue to date each other. That’s my opinion, what do you think?
What’s wrong with a grown man or woman in their 30’s, 40’s, and even 50’s that they can’t tell someone straight up, “I like you, I’d want to date you, BUT I’m seeing someone else!” What’s so complicated about that?
I’ve dated women of every color, and I’ve never found any woman to be MORE beautiful than a black woman, just as beautiful in their own way, yes, but not more.
This topic always surprises me, in a way. Yes, I know black women have a reputation for being “Strong” but never in a million years could I image excluding them from my options, or ever making them anything less than my first choice. ~ Michael Baisden
In my opinion, a woman is at her best over 40, she has probably experienced marriage, at least once. She’s probably done with having children if she has any at all. And most importantly, she knows what she doesn’t want! What’s sexier than that? Also, women of a certain age have an air about them, they walk with confidence and don’t seek validation from a man. But what makes a woman over 40 the most sex is that she appreciates a good man when she encounters one. Yes, a good man is hard to find but so are good women who appreciate them. To all the sexy and confident women over 40, I salute you! ~ Michael Baisden
I always hear from people telling stories about how someone they dated went crazy but I’d like to hear from men and women who are willing to admit they were the crazy one. Post your truth, I promise I won’t judge your crazy behind! lol ~ Michael Baisden
There’s nothing more annoying than someone who won’t try new things. That kind of set in your way is just ignorant, they won’t try new restaurants, won’t try skydiving, snorkeling, bungee jumping, hell won’t even go bowling. Just stuck and boring! ~ Michael Baisden
Women own stuff now! This is not the 1950's, 60’s, or 70’s. Women have retirement income, investments, equity in real estate, college funds, and life insurance policies. Don’t allow love to blind you ladies and gentlemen. You’d be shocked by how fast you can go from retiring in comfort in Las Vegas and Florida to living with a roommate and eating cat food. Stay woke!
What’s so great about married? How did you weather the storms? Can being married to the right partner make you better?
Women are assertive about everything aspect of their lives such as career, working out, and holding down their families, traveling and shopping. So, why can’t they assert themselves when it comes to taking the initiative and steppin’ to the man?
I’m saying this on national radio and to my millions of female followers on social media, I don’t think most women have the confidence or the conversational skills to Mack a Dude Down! That’s right, I said it! ~ Michael Baisden
Let me be clear, I’m not condoning stealing money that falls from armor trucks, even if the doors fling open and dumped cash onto the highway. But I understand why people would do it. It’s not just about agreed people have bills to pay. It’s tough out here! What would you do? ~ Michael Baisden
Can I ask you guys a serious question, not to rain on anyone parade who is getting married, but shouldn’t we focus more on behavior than titles? Let’s talk!
There are plenty of men and women who have the title, husband and wife or the label boyfriend and girlfriend but does that increase the odds of it lasting or being fulfilling? Just a question.
Of course, she can win if men and women vote for her, emphasis on men. I do wonder if men, even black men will vote for a woman to be President. Let’s keep it real, we live in a misogynistic society where some men see women as not equal and/or they’re threatened by powerful women. So, would you vote for her? Do you think the men you know would vote for her? ~ Michael Baisden
Life is too short to wait for the right person of your same culture to magically appear? Don’t let your friends, family members, or co-workers discourage you from finding love or companion. The ideal person for you may not be within your culture or even from the same country. It’s time to broaden your horizons and expand your options. What do you find is the biggest obstacle to dating outside your culture? Are you worried about what people will say or are you simply not attracted to those outside your culture? ~ Michael Baisden
Of course, I don't think Zodiac signs should be THE determining factor in choosing a partner, but I do find the consistencies in people's personalities and temperament quite interesting. And I do think there's something to the differences in people's compatibility based on when they were born not just the month of the year. As a Cancerian Man born June 26, I do believe July 15 Cancers are much different. In my experience, I'm most compatible with Virgos, early July cancers, Scorpios, and Pisces (I mean, who doesn't love Pisces women, right?) Taurus and Capricorns get along great with June Cancers, and Sagittarius can be the Bomb combination! They're very flirtatious and love playing that feminine role. That's my experience. What about you? ~ Michael Baisden
Life is too short to wait around for people to go somewhere! You’ll waste your entire life never seeing the world or even the outside of your state waiting around for people to make up their minds or get their money together. Stop making excuses and just go! ~ Michael Baisden
I don’t usually celebrate birthdays. Not because I trip over getting old, I kinda think being alive for another year is an accomplishment, right? And for that reason, I’m grateful. But this year is special. This year, more than any other, represents overcoming bad luck, moving away from toxic people, and building new relationship with real partners, people who aren’t about what they can get from you but how they can build with you!
I know some people are afraid of getting older but I truly feel that the best year of my life are ahead of me. More travel, more exercise, more interesting and deeper relationships and yes, better sex! That’s right I said it! So, Happy Birthday to me. And I look forward to seeing you all on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas. details will be posted and announced on July 8th after the holidays! We’re about the bring in the new decade right! ~ Michael Baisden
I don’t mean to stir up controversy when I create a show topic or when I post on social media; I’m simply trying to engage people. Let’s face it, boring topics don’t get clicks, and no one wants to tune into a sleepy conversation on radio, right? But what I really want to know is…have you gotten into a heated debate online or with a friend or partner over one of my topics? I can’t help it f I expose losers! I consider it a public service. lol ~ Michael Baisden
How many of you are thinking about moving for a better social life, a better job, a better variety of women and more quality single men? And how many of you moved for love? And how far did you move…to be with “THE ONE!” ~ Michael Baisden
Being honest can be difficult in a society where cheating has become the norm. No one teaches us that’s okay to date more than one person, love more than one person and be intimate with more than one person. The issue isn’t having multiple relationships…the issue is lying and concealing it. Everyone deserves a choice to be in an open relationship or not. ~ Michael Baisden
How do you deal with other biological parent interfering with you setting rules and boundaries? What problems are created when child is more comfortable coming to you for advice than their biological parent? ~ Michael Baisden
We've all done it, some with good results some bad. But if we're being honest, it's not advisable. When you're young, if there are no children involved, and there's no legal of financial consequences I say go for it. But when you have the responsibilities of children, you're working towards retirement, or you could put yourself in other legal and financial jeopardy I recommend giving it a year or 2. The truth is even the most honest person has issues that don't reveal themselves until much later than 6 to 12 months, especially if you're dating long distance. The person who is in a rush to move in and tie the knot is usually looking for help not a partnership. That's my opinion. What do you think? ~ Michael Baisden
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads and men who act as father figures as step dads, coaches, neighbors, mentors, etc. Fatherhood should be taken seriously! Fathers are the first teachers to their daughters as to how they should be treated and the example boys emulate as fathers and husbands. ~ Michael Baisden
Can you image what it must be like for a man to find out years later that the child he gave his name to, his love to and invested his time and hard-earned money into turned out not to be his biological child? And 99% of the time the woman knows it. How do you sit back and watch the man play with that child, introduce the baby as his, and accept the child into his family knowing full well it’s not his baby? It takes a cold-hearted or sick person to do that. With no consideration for how it’s going to damage both families and the child. Now that’s the epitome of deceitful and selfish. ~ Michael Baisden
As a man, I can’t imagine anything more painful than discovering a woman I care about has given herself sexually to another man. But then again it could be just as painful if she fell in love with another man. And the combination of the two can be devastating! Share with me your thoughts on what you think is worse than being cheated on. I’m curious to know if men and woman see this differently. ~ Michael Baisden
I respect people who can go without sex and I understand why people decide to take time out from sexual contact. I’ve been told it helps center you or allow you to get in tuned with yourself and find balance and peace. More power to you my celibate brothers ands sisters but I couldn’t do it! ~ Michael Baisden
The average person is introduced to their partner on dating apps, dating sites, or just chatting on social media and there’s nothing wrong with that. The internet is just like any other tool, when used effectively it can produce great results. But in the hands of a liar, cheat, immature idiot, or insecure person it can be a lethal weapon that can reap havoc. That was dramatic, right? lol
I enjoy meeting people on line, causally for building deeper relationships. If you know what to look out for, how to read the signs and how to properly vet, you realize that social media is the best invention ever to weed out undesirables. And that’s easy to do if you remember my motto, “Dating is a process of elimination, not inclusion” ~ Michael Baisden
It’s difficult enough starting over after 3, 4, 5 years of being with the same person but imagine the challenges financially, being alone, and getting back in the dating game. For some people the transition is smooth and easy but for others it’s hard as hell! How difficult was it for you to start over? ~ Michael Baisden
There’s nothing wrong with a man moving into his woman’s home as long as it’s mutually agreed on and the man is able to contribute and improve his woman’s situation. Whether he’s paying a percentage of the mortgage or rent, making himself handy around the house, or saving with his partner to buy a home together. But for a dude to move-in just to get out his mother’s basement or because he can’t afford his own place is unacceptable. That’s my opinion.

Do they work? What are the challenges? How far is too far? And why do some people prefer them?
Is the Other Woman really on “The Side” for fun and games or is she being taken care of just as well, if not better than the wife and girlfriend? And…Is it possible that she’s the reason why some men can tolerate their relationships and marriages?
What advice to men have for other men about how to talk to a woman, how to dress and behave on a date? And woman share your stories about how Whack some grown men dress for dinner dates. And what’s the most whack pick up line you’ve ever heard?
When we talk about women needing to feel secure immediately we think of money, and that’s important, but as women become more financially successful or at least independent, money is less of the issues and trust becomes a critical factor. But trust in what? Trust that her man would not be a quitter! That he would respond like a man with whatever issues would arise. And she wants to trust that her man will do what he says he’s going to do. The three most important words a woman wants to hear from her man is, “I got it!” ~ Michael Baisden
Do men want their woman to be willing to try ANYTHING intimately? If so, will their insecurities come out?
What was your biggest challenge to starting a business? And did your woman have your back or did insecurity creep in and destroy the relationship?
Women call in to share stories about the good man in your life whose loving, protecting them, and holding it down!

Mother’s Day cannot be celebrated in just one day! So, we’re kicking things off today so we can show ALL the women in our lives some love! Do you have a wife, girlfriend, daughter, niece, cousin, or close friend who’s a great mom?
