This is a super simple, delicious dish with raw tuna, avocado, jalapenos, and onions, as well as soy sauce and lemon juice.  It's super delicious and healthy! While "tataki" can mean anything from seared, sliced beef or tuna to just those things cut up small, we are naming this after the eponymous dish at Jai-Yen in Chicago!
