Allowing yourself to feel vulnerable is intimidating! Join Tee weekly as she allows herself to open up and unravel the various layers of life. These layers will include vulnerability, self-doubt, fear, and even guilt. Many people battle with their own thoughts on a daily basis, before they step outside and have to battle more. During Your Weekly Tee, these battles will be discussed professionally, mentally, emotionally, personally, and physically.
Have you ever felt like you were in a constant lose lose situation with certain people. That no matter what you did or said they would find away to make you the problem. You constantly ask for them to do something with you and they constantly turn you down. Then that one time you do not ask they make a big deal about it? Expecting you to ask even though they know they will say no because it hurts their feelings by you not inviting them. Yet, they never think to invite you anywhere. These people tend to be not only selfish but ungrateful at the same time. Be cautious of these types of people as they can be very draining to you.
Are you healed or are you distracted? We tend to hold our feelings in to save someone else’s reputation or protect their feelings. What about ourselves are we hurting us more to benefit someone else? Let go of that hurt do what is needed to truly heal from that trauma, guilt, shame and pain that you’re currently distracting yourself from.
As my Grandma works always say “don’t let one monkey stop the show”. Do for yourself and get it done, minimize the chance of disappointment. Don’t be afraid to ask for help but don’t depend on it either. Only you can get you to your goals.
There’s time that we all lack motivation and find it so hard to keep pushing. This episode talks about the balance of taking a break when needed, but remembering to keep pushing. A break is okay but do not quit. Dig deep within and find whatever it is that made you start the first time to start again...keep pushing

What does success and accomplishment mean to you? Is the measurement the same for each goal you set? Success and accomplishment are such broad terms, yet we all use it. The good and bad with success all depends on the person and what they PERSONALLY want to achieve. My level of success may not be the same as yours but that does not mean we both are/aren't successful. Continue to focus on you and reach your goals to your level of accomplishment.
Are you prolonging starting something you always dream to accomplish? What is holding you back from starting? If it is because support the support is not how you imagined then you need to continue moving forward with your vision with or without support. Now is your time to be your own support and accomplish all that you want in due time. Before it can be accomplished YOU 1st have to take that leap to put the plan in motion.
