Yes. You completely read that right.
In this episode, I'm going to talk about how you're losing up to $100,000 on average if you're waiting to save up 20% down to purchase a home instead of using first time home buyers programs like FHA and Rural Development. Programs like these are designed to help first time home buyers, and even second or third-time buyers, purchase homes at reasonable rates, closing costs, and money to close.
This episode is important because I want people to see how much money they're giving away to landlords instead of taking advantage of the great systems we have in place to allow them to become homeowners.

We go into why the market made such a quick turn to a sellers' market. How low interest rates are affecting the buyer purchasing power, sales price of homes, multiple offer situations, and what this means to you as a home owner and a home buyer.
Average inventory in South West Michigan is down drastically and we're seeing that 50% of the inventory that was on the market as of last year is now missing and that most of the listings are pending. This is leaving buyers scrambling to find homes on the market in their price range and leading to extremely high multiple offer situations.
What do you think is going to happen to the real estate market after Covid 19 is over? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
