Looking at the "I" with a deeper eye, that is our new modules that are to resolve challenges that we face with others. We've been through the Enter the Garden program and walked you through looking at yourself in the mirror. Now's a chance to actually resolve any resentments you have deep within that you haven't been able to resolve as yet.
Module 1 - Untangling Perspectives & Reframing Perceptions
Purpose: We know that the journey has been challenging. We struggle to find our calm in the face of situations that are not only unfair but tedious and never-ending. We long for peace. We know that our intentions are goods and our expectations lost. We know that to find the right outcome, we need to find our balance first and foremost.

Branch 1 - The clay half-baked or overcooked
Goal: I look for a simple understanding of what has happened without emotion; knowing this is my reality.
Epiphany: I know that my truth is not anyone’s else’s truth
Affirmation: I make a commitment to myself to look for a way to resolve my grief.
Branch 2 - Dancing with Discomfort
Goal: We understand it is not about who was right; it is about my boundaries being protected.
Epiphany: Each person has their own understanding of what boundaries are, and it does not make me wrong.
Affirmation: I understand that each person lives in a different reality.
Goal: To measure if our words and actions always accurately represent our heart and mind.
Epiphany: It is so easy to be misunderstood. I didn’t know I was until I saw it in the response received.
Affirmation: I will make an effort to precisely say what I mean and mean what I say.
Module 2 - The Desire to be Deserving
Purpose: We are contemplating what it means to be loving and to be loved. We are defining when we believe this means and if our definition matches the life we have lived, and if it doesn’t seeking to understand why not.
Branch 1 - The Rose and The Thorn
Goal: We set the stage of how we made the choices that we did.
Epiphany: Context plays an incredible role in who we become.
Affirmation: I shall set a vision of how I would like to live, and my path will change.
Branch 2 - The Juxtaposition of Joy vs Jealousy
Goal: We understand that we set ourselves up to creating truth to our projections.
Epiphany: The only person I can control is myself.
Affirmation: I will give space to those I love to be who they are.
Branch 3 - The Ability to Forgive Everything Knowing It Takes Two to Tango
Goal: I know that I am not a perfect human being as no one is.
Epiphany: I forgive myself for my shortcomings.
Affirmation: Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.
Module 3 - The Constant Evolution of our Person
Purpose: We know that nothing remains stagnant nor constant. It is a journey and not a destination. Our impressions are in perpetual transition. If we accept this as a reality, we gain the ability to be flexible in the snapshots we take in our mind and allow for a moving picture that we learn to enjoy with its ups and downs while keeping a keen eye on our intentions.
Branch 1 - The Flexibility of my Impressions
Goal: I am becoming my own encouraging taskmaster and my best friend.
Epiphany: Not every one of my thoughts has to be carved in stone. I too can be wrong.
Affirmation: I allow myself to stretch and stretch to encompass and embrace new perspectives of myself.
Branch 2 - Is a Mistake a Misery or a Miracle?
Goal: There can be good in what we immediately deem as bad, just as there can be trouble in what we see as beautiful.
Epiphany: I take distance to re-evaluate what was, what is and joy in knowing what might be.
Affirmation: The minute I can perceive duality in different moments, I feel wisdom becoming my companion.
Branch 3 - Retrospect is Respect for What Was
Goal: By Reflecting on the beauty that was, I may make peace with what is today.
Epiphany: I no longer hold on to resentment that was only causing me anguish.
Affirmation: I can appreciate and celebrate every crossroad in my journey because they have made me who I am today.
Module 4 - The Context of My Childhood
Purpose: We are looking at the stories that we grew up with and zoomed in to look at whether it has influenced our behaviours and stories in our adult life. Am I repeating any of the patterns that are historical in my family, and is it impacting my life today?
Branch 1 - Looking for patterns that I didn’t realise were guiding my journey
Goal: I untangle any childhood beliefs that are no longer serving me.
Epiphany: I am not my parents, and I am allowed to make new choices if they serve my children better.
Affirmation: I feel relieved to let go of thoughts and limiting beliefs that no longer have a place in my world.
Branch 2 - Calling a Spade, a Spade
Goal: I identify and release my old patterns to welcome a breath of fresh air.
Epiphany: Nothing has to be the way I thought it was.
Affirmation: I will behave like the superhero I have always known I am with diligence, dignity and determination.
Branch 3 - Perfecting my Prism
Goal: I am confirming that the most significant gift I have been afforded is freedom of choice.
Epiphany: I determine that my ego is healthy and free of any desire for revenge.
Affirmation: I imagine sandpaper dusting away any remaining fragments of pain from my heart.
Module 5 - Regal Responsibilities, Majestic Mindsets & Embracing Empathy
Purpose: We are creating our map towards living with our highest and best philosophies to enable us to compliment them with practice, as an act of elegance, not looking for perfection but enjoying the journey towards joyful living, smoothly.
Branch 1 - The Magic of Motherhood
Goal: We know we can create a beautiful journey for our children if we enact exactly as we wish their composure to be.
Epiphany: The sparkle in my child’s eye is a result of all the fairy dust I sparkle on them.
Affirmation: Life can be a light and humorously joyful journey if I so choose it.
Branch 2 - Releasing the Riot of Resentment
Goal: Centering my truth that is uniquely mine.
Epiphany: No one makes me feel anything without my permission.
Affirmation: I will witness my thoughts carefully to untangle any limiting beliefs.
Branch 3 Roles & Responsibilities
Goal: Seeing life from behind my children’s eyes, I know I can create harmony, structure and balance for them, irrespective of circumstances that surround me.
Epiphany: My children do not have to be burdened with anything they deserve not to endure.
Affirmation: Everything can be very simple and easy, depending on the path I pave for myself and my loved ones, from here on.
Module 6 - Meditation & Mediation
Purpose: Our children do not belong to us; they are our keepsake. We have no right to impose anything on them but rather be an exemplary gatekeeper, holding their space with only their best interest in mind and heart.
Branch 1 - Nullifying the Negative Narrative
Goal: From a higher dimension, I now know that I must be fair to my offspring or else it is only I who will lose out in the future.
Epiphany: I release my ego and allow compassion and the benefit of the doubt to engage in meaningful dialogue to improve our collective journey.
Affirmation: I am able to find reasons why things happened the way they did with forgiveness and self-awareness to create a dignified destiny.
Branch 2 - Disclosure with Disclaimer
Goal: The journey towards resolution is with the realisation that we are all responsible.
Epiphany: Vulnerability is an absolute strength.
Affirmation: What I imagined was worse than the reality, I can change my impressions and find a change of perspective, and I can breathe a sigh of relief.
Branch 3 - The Roller Coaster Towards Repair and Restoration
Goal: We learn to dance again from a very different platform, knowing that with time and practice, it can be any dance we wish. Distant shadows turn into a sunny flow, and we learn to dance in the breeze.
Epiphany: As bittersweet as it is, I know I am doing this for the joy of my children.
Affirmation: Our family is healing, and I am giving my children the best choice of balanced joy in their lives.
