Today, Marsha will be speaking with Brian J. Adams, RN, TCRN, CEN.
Show notes and what you'll hear in this episode:
Bio - Brian J. Adams, RN, TCRN, CEN
Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana with an innate entrepreneurial spirit, Brian began his nursing career at a level one trauma center. After getting his feet wet, he then ventured into travel nursing. During this time traveling coast to coast and supporting advanced clinical outcomes, Brian simultaneously tapped into his second passion for real estate investing. Brian proactively took several investing classes and explored different kinds of investment processes across the country. Fast forward to today, Brian still proudly works as a part-time Critical Care RN but is now one who also owns and manages a $10M real estate portfolio.
As the Founder and CEO of BJA Investment Group LLC, Brian holds a rich background involving the intricacies of syndication of real estate deals, sustainable profile growth along with multi-million-dollar estate management. Being a professional fueled by seeing others succeed (and have fun doing so), Brian has a genuine passion for helping others navigate the investing terrain thoughtfully and offering rich real estate methodologies that enable them to maximize ROI with minimal risk. From buying property insights, Airbnb/corporate housing education to full-scope property management, Brian enjoys accentuating the entire investment experience and holds a strong reputation for solidifying profitable outcomes no matter what level an investor is at. This, along with his intuitive nature and connective energy, is what led Brian to not just become an 8-figure investor himself, but ultimately teach others how to do the same and earn passive income.
In the end, Brian loves sharing his dense investment experiences and unbiased educational guidance that help others establish their own foundation to excel on. However, when he is not working or staying updated within the ever-evolving market, you can often find him out hunting, fishing, golfing, heading to the beach, and traveling to fulfill his wanderlust side.

Today, Marsha will be speaking with Irnise F. Williams, JD, RN.
Show notes and what you'll hear in this episode:
Bio - Irnise F. Williams, JD, RN
Irnise has taken her seasoned 13 years of nursing from multiple specialties and combined it with 7 years of experience as an attorney to bridge the gap between healthcare and law.
While working as a nurse, Irnise went to school to obtain her law degree, started a family, and lost focus of her dreams while trying to merge both career titles into one. She waited so long to try to find the right opportunity that she took matters into her own hand and created her own opportunity.
Irnise reviewed her past efforts by evaluating her first law practice launch to find clarity in her purpose which led to a brand relaunch under Your Nurse Lawyer that set out to bridge the gap between the intersection of health and the law. This wildly narrow niche really encompasses the education, empowerment, and elevation of being both a nurse and a lawyer.
Essentially, Irnise educate healthcare workers on how to protect their license and mitigate risks. She works with organizations who are looking to create transformational change that does not disrupt their workflow and employee satisfaction. Additionally, she work with businesses that are struggling to turn a profit. Irnise is helping business owners restructure their business from the foundation by helping them go from struggle to stride.

Dr. Flanagan has always had a lot of heart. He was raised by a very supportive family that instilled a strong work ethnic in him starting at an early age. Having such an amazing support system, he had no doubt that he could be whatever he wanted to be when he grew up, although he was uncertain of exactly what that would be.
He always seen education and entrepreneurship as a gateway to achieving everything he'd ever imagined. Contrary to the gender norms, he started his medical career in the nursing arena. By choosing the road less travelled, it opened up opportunities and experiences for him to gain financial independence all while making a difference in people's lives on a daily basis.
Dr. Flanagan is driven by the inspiration he can give to students, especially Black men with lack of resources, who may need additional encouragement and exposure to the specialty resources that exist beyond the bedside of nursing. He is motivated by the opportunity for younger generations to step in to relieve and support the growing needs of patients. Everything that he do is for the advocacy and equity of people of color and of those that are underrepresented.
