As a mother of two, who recently left her job of 17 years to pursue real estate, finding work-life balance (as well as myself) during these times has been quite the struggle. These are my experiences, thoughts, opinions and stories to share in hopes of creating a dialogue with others who may find my life and random thoughts relatable. In a sense, a different type of therapy.
New Episodes Sunday @ 12pm + random mini episodes released through the week.
In this episode, I share the two interests that have been heavy on my mind and in my life lately... tarot cards and relationships. Hear how I got into tarot and what I've learned about myself and others in regards to todays relationships.
In this episode, I'm back after a 3 months hiatus and I catch you guys up with what happened, how my year ended and where my focus lies going forward.
In this episode, I talk about how we commonly allow fear to control our lives, keep us from fully living life and seizing opportunities.

In this episode, I ask "How are YOU doing...really?" With everything going on in our world right now, stressors haven't been this high in a long time. So, I encourage you to just check in with yourself, your kids and your family. I also give a couple of tips on productive ways to deal.
In this very brief bonus episode, I clear up 1 big detail I left out in my previous episode "Why I'm Single". I just wanted to take the time to own up and make it right to a very special person in my life who was referenced to.
In this episode, I talk about my personal experiences co-parenting with both of my exes and a couple of tips for those who may be in this situation.
In this episode, I get a few things off my chest about how my new career is going, what FEELS like lack of support from friends and missing being in a relationship.
In this episode, I give my thoughts on the current racial tensions and give some insight into just a couple things black people think about that may not cross everyone else's mind. I recorded this in Aug 2020 within a week of Jacob Blake being shot in the back 7 times by a officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
In this mini episode, I talk about how I felt "triggered" by a conversation I had just a few hours earlier.... and some other stuff. This was an impromptu recording but I hope you can still appreciate it.

In this episode, I do a re-do of my original, first ever podcast episode. Why? Because the audio was that bad, lol. Just starting out, with no assistance, my learning curve was tough. Got it together now though, so take a listen.
