Imagine a world where a few people or companies held a vital life-saving product and held it up for a King's ransom which the people couldn't afford to pay, thus leading to everyone succumbing to the threat and the extinction of the human race. Based on current events, that prospective future is not so far-fetched.
People tend to treat social & political movements as binary, "good vs evil" events. In reality, when you examine the people involved in these movements you find a spectrum of people who get involved on either side for various reasons. As such, in nearly every conflict throughout time you will find good people on the wrong side of history.
Welcome to 2022, the third calendar year of this current pandemic. let's get ready to sacrifice even more this year to defeat the pandemic. But, who will do the sacrificing and who will continue living their best lives while we sacrifice.
