Today I share the last 10 years of my nutrition journey & how the keto diet nearly killed me. I have had to learn some really hard lessons the last 10 years, that have helped me form my current belief around nutrition.

That is, that calories are king & "fat burning metabolic flexibility" is BULLSHIT. It doesn't matter where your calories come from, if they are not supporting the training & stress load in the daily environment, & are not made up of adequate proteins, a rocky road is likely not too far away in my experience.
