We are here today. Alive and strong. We often seek out advice, strategies, and inspiring content day after day to help move us along in life. Then one day we hear it differently - as if for the first time. It resonates and we accept it, adopt it, implement it. This is it. After three years of sharing words you may never have heard from anyone in your life, my final message is to continue to be kind. I love you and thank you for listening. I’m not done…simply shifting. Shift happens.
Learning this from my Mom and Dad was a gift! It’s one of the single greatest lessons I’ve ever made a part of my daily existence. I have taught my children the same. How are you doing this in your life?
How have you been hard on yourself? Good people pick on themselves for not doing, being, or helping enough. Let’s all take a deep breath and take it easy on ourselves. At least for a bit.
As a society, we believe in miracles. I think we believe in them for other people. Not for us. Let’s shift that story NOW!
Meeting new people is easy. Making new friends is not. When you spend the time, make the effort, and take a chance, you might get lucky enough to find a friend for life. Just like I did.

As we begin to come together again as families and friends, we must relearn how to enjoy the most precious of things-TIME.
How much are you carrying in your mind (negative thoughts) or on your heart (worry and fear)? Let’s take one small step in this moment to lighten our load.
When’s the last time you went out of your way for someone? I bet it was just recently. Are you keeping score? Do you wait for something in return? What if we let go of that?

If you are having a difficult time, you are in good company. It IS possible to step in a different direction, access new environments, and take pause to figure out what’s next.
Breath is so vital to our health. It keeps us alive and also is a great way to gain back control of our thoughts and feelings. Use it more often!
We all feel like we never have enough time. What if you could change the world in five minutes? It’s possible!
Fall is a perfect time to take in the beautiful colors and really tap into all our senses. This is one way to fill up our spirits. It’s so important to remember to do that every day.

I like to be liked. I spent a lot of time during my life working hard to fit in, to conform to beliefs, and to act in a certain way. It often left me feeling icky.
Life’s challenges keep coming. That means we are ALIVE and growing! We are being called to think and behave in new ways and I believe in us! How are you staying strong?
We DO DO DO all day long. We learned early on that success looks a certain way. I believe who you are, not what you do, makes life successful!
We do a lot of things. What if we did less…before we were “forced” to due to illness or injury? Take a minute to think about what you would stop doing.
So much information! How do we know what to pay attention to, what’s important, and how much energy to spend on it? Take a minute to bottom line it.

Every minute of every day, we make a decision about how we show up in the world. Do you want to be like everyone else? If not, how are you going to stand out in this moment?
