Coming from two completely different backgrounds, the two members of DeepSouls ; Bradley Jones & Ofentse ‘Milo’ Raphadu met through mutual friends and immediately spawned a formidable friendship through their love of music, to be more specific, deep house brought the two together. Throughout the years the love for the music grew and thus allowing them to begin their career in DJ’ing, which initially started out as just a hobby, and avalanched into something bigger than each of them. Bradley Jones, a fun loving, self -proclaimed comedian is one half of the duo. Despite his surroundings growing up, found himself becoming ever more inclined to house music, old school hip hop and a pinch of RnB, but deep house has and always will be his first love. Milo, the more introverted character is other half of the duo, and was introduced to hip hop from a very early age, this was the beginning stages of his adoration for music and the wonderful sounds it consisted of, and formed an interest in the producing side of things. With influences from kwaito and house, he found deep house which he found will become a big part in his life. In their short yet increasingly growing careers as DJs , they have shared the stage with a plethora of some of SA’s most talented DJs in the industry such as Cody B, Sound Sensible, Renato Rodrigues, Malcolm Dexx, HouseKnights, Rob Toca, D'Ritmo, HouseHold Funk, Nick Essential, 2Lani the Warrior, Jazzuelle, Transmicsoul, Just Mo, The Priest, Nuno Estevez, Grant Van Rensburg, Jullian Gomes, Andi Dill, Kid Fonque and Lino to name a few, also featuring alongside an International; Mr Jesus Gonsev from Spain. Adding to events that they have featured at, they too have hosted their own events, in the effort to bring the beautiful sounds of deep house to the masses. Avi Subban is the epitome of innovation and creativity. Beginning his career at the age of 15 years old, this young man has moulded himself into becoming the redefined analogy of musical enlightenment. Currently signed to labels “Deep Stitched”, a sub-label of Do It Now Records, “Stay True Records”, owned by South Africa’s renowned producers and DJs Jullian Gomes and Kid Fonque, "Dubwise Records" (Croatia), Kalushi Records (Cape Town) & more, Avi has set a name for himself in the industry that will only inspire and move the masses. Bringing forth eclectic rhythms pertaining to the genres and their sub-sectors in House and Techno, Mr Subban reconstructs the boundaries of music in his DJ performances and productions alike. He showcases his versatility and abstract approach to music, representing his uniqueness in a multitude of tracks found across his numerous releases to date. It is safe to say that the industry has experienced a burst of awe-inspiring music surpassing the expectations and trends of listeners and artists, as Avi continues to bring nothing but fresh and delightful sounds to all.

MKLY’s relationship with music started at age a young age, setting the foundation for further classical training and an interest in music production and film score.
His music is the perfect fusion of deep and melodic house, performing all over the country as MKLY and sharing the stage with artists such as Above & Beyond, Ron Costa and many more and has remixed artists such as Township Rebellion, Burkie and Pascal & Pearce.
One part of the Techno duo, Ctrl Room, co-founder of Ambious Records and Sky Bear Studios, MKLY helps put South African music on the global map, proving why he’s a versatile figure in the industry.
